Stayed 2 nights

Wasn't sure what to expect, but our stay was lovely, came to Yarmouth to attend a wedding. Frindly staff went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was as described, clean & comfortable. Breakfast freshly cooked & was lovely, offering a good choice from porridge to full English. We would book again if we need to be in Yarmouth.

Let’s start with the pros- -Both staff we met were lovely and welcoming. -I can see some effort has gone into updating the room, the bathroom and shower were in good condition. -breakfast was really good- had cereal/ muesli and gluten free options. Cooked breakfast was also very good. Orange and apple juice also. -good location near sea front. Things to work on: It was advertised as off street parking- this was not the case we had to abandon the car 2 streets away- not ideal. We was in room 10- the fridge was noisy and woke us up at least 10 times. The room was next to the kitchen area so we were awoken by people slamming plates before 08:00AM The cream carpet has seen better days- it is thick with muck so needs replacing. There was dust behind the tele. Overall it was a cheap and cheerful one night stay. It is a guest house along a street of other guest houses. Not a hotel. I imagine any of the other rooms alot better as they wouldn’t have had the noise in the morning. Food was good, staff were good and location good- just be prepared to park somewhere and leave car overnight, otherwise get transport in

Well located. Owner friendly and helpful. Room had a fan (no aircon) which was tricky in the June 26 heatwave. Probably fine in normal weather.
