Pros: Great location. Cons:Not worthy for the money you pay. Walkways, elevators are very congested. Medium standards. You are paying the price of Marriot Spring hill suites but you get the room as Motel 9. Pictures are deceiving.

The room when i arrived wasn’t clean, the sheets where stained with blood, and other blue stains. The wifi wasn’t good, it had a weak signal in the room. The gym was closed, and that was one of the reasons i booked it , so its false advertising for customers. The room curtains were not blackout, so the night lights on the street were in front of the bed. Overall it wasn’t worth the price i had to pay for it at all, i dont recommend the stay

Good location, friendly staff, very clean room. On the other hand, bathroom too small and uncomfortable, lift used a lot by the personnel, then sometimes we need to wait up to 10 min for our chance. I asked an extension for the stay and they increased the fare. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good, clean. the reception staff was excellent, the only serious problem we had was the air conditioning expelled a lot of dust, it needs to change the filter more often, and the biggest problem was that this is a non-smoke-free building, and a guest in the same floor didn't stop smoking on the same floor even though we reported it, all the smoke came to our room, it was actually very unpleasant. for everything else it was very good

Huge rooms. Very centrally located in Roma. Very good value for money. The gym and breakfast are not overwhelming. I would book here again (not for a romantic trip though)

The rooms are a mix of nice and very basic. Certainly not the star level that the place claims to be. The bed was comfortable but didn’t have a top sheet. The bottom sheet didn’t stay tucked in. The coffee packet was of poor quality. I looked at the breakfast buffet option and passed for the lack of quality. The windows are clouded dirty and the HVAC was very noisy although it did control the temp if you could sleep through the noise. Would not return or recommend.

The hotel room floor was a bit dirty during my entire stay even affter cleaning. The wifi didn't work for 1-2 hours daily. The air conditioning is very loud and unnefective. The localization is excelent though.

Property can use some serious upkeep. The floorboards in my room were loose and chipped, the toilet leaked where it came out of the wall. Staff was excellent and let me check in early but would think twice about staying again until some changes are made.

Not the cleanest room, found a lot of dust in the desk area and around the coffee pot so did not use. The fridge never cooled and the a/c ran nonstop but never got below 25 degrees celsius. The staff at the front desk was never the same, when I got in they said I could leave my luggage and it would be placed in my room. When I checked in a few hours later my bag was not in my room and the front desk person was not super nice about bringing it up.

The Exe Suites Reforma was clean & spacious & the hot breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was wonderfully central to the historic central zone, Chapultepec Park, & literally across the street from the Reforma 222 shopping mall & the restaurants & pubs in Zona Rosa. Totally excellent & affordable!

Overall good experience... no issues. The only unfortunate thing was that our unit was on the first floor making it necessary to have the drapes closed as the facing buildings across the street are quite close. Would recommend higher floors for best experience. All staff were VERY good! Gracias!

It's not a 5 stars hotel, good only as place to stay the night, the internet is poor, it doesn't work inside the room. If you plant to do some work or check e-mails forget it. Basic TV channels (not good signal either)

When we arrived the hotel had cancelled our reservation arguing credit card issues, never happened before in my life. Assigned us an inferior room for the first night with the fare of the superior room. Hotel is well located. Don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Horrendous customer service. Photos are deceiving. it looks like every room has a balcony which is untrue. I arrived around noon which is a reasonable time and was made to wait til 3 even though the room was available. When I found out room didn’t have balcony I asked to pay additional for upgrade. And this is where things got ridiculous. Manager wanted to charge double what the online rate was. She then tells me to call hotels.com to have them do it. So much unnecessary back and forth between hotel and hotels.com. After being on the phone for 2 hours I never got the upgrade. They wanted to charge me a $60 fee to upgrade the room. Absolutely ridiculous. Penalty for wanting to spend more money? I ended up leaving after wasting 3 hours of my day. The manager could care less. Hideous experience. Would never come here again.

Clean property and well located. The room space was great. A little bit noisy location (mostly on Fridays and weekends because the noise that comes from the street). Sehr Zentral. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt zu erkundigen. Gegenüber Einkaufszentrum. 2 Etage grosse Auswahl von Essensmöglichkeiten. Preis-Listung stimmt. Das Hotel von Innen schöner als von Aussen. Sicherlich mehr 3 Sterne . Bushaltestelle Angel nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt für Transfer zum Felipe/Santa Lucia Flughafen. Kosten ca. 7 EUR pro Person. Alternative Uber = 25 EUR je nach Uhrzeit.

The staff was amazing, especially the day desk gentleman. Location is terrific but the room isn't great. It was clean, but very basic. The advertised balcony is just a patio door opening to a juliette step out. No room to sit outside. No common area to sit inside either. There is breakfast offered onsite but too expensive and in a boring room off the reception. Flooring in my unit really needed replacement.
