Friendly staff. Great view from the room as asked for a sea view and a superior room. Breakfast good choice. Hotel clean. I swim a lot so was grateful for the opening times of the pool. Shane the stream room was out of the action. Great location for walking into town and the beach

Wonderful stay. Fantastic view over the marina. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Free apples and water by reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a lovely swimming pool although on the small size. A good sauna and steam room good opening times and good view over the water. Hotel great location for walking into st Hellier. We went on the ferry to st Marlo a long day but a pretty place to visit a short walk from the port into town good restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was great. Evening menu limited but lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Pool is tiny. Location was fantastic for the beach and locality to town centre. Lovely break. Recommend.

Lovely location Hotel is clean and welcoming. Our room was a loverly size and clean . Downside is the walls were very chipped stained and also staines on the curtains we reported this to reception very understanding . A coat of emulsion costs next to nothing and could be done in an hour room 310.

The hotel is tired .Rooms need updating,no draw space .Bathroom had mould and was missing some grouting in certain areas.Limited access to channels on tv.Marks on carpet and the curtains were tired with a few holes.

Stayed for a full week. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Service was brilliant, food excellent in all departments from breakfast to dinner. Hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. If we return to Jersey, would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great, easy walking distance into town. Clean and tidy throughout. Check in was no problem at all. We arrived early due to our flight and went to the hotel to drop bags off and although our room wasn't ready (which we expected) we were able to check in and drop bags which allowed us to visit Elizabeth castle without baggage and then collect our key cards when we went back. Cannot comment on dining options as we ate in town during our stay. Only downside was the finish in our room. While clean, the tops of the desk and bedside tables were fairly damaged. Not that it effected our stay but did make the room feel very tired and in need of a tidy up and a lick of paint.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location lovely terrace overlooking the harbour, near the beach and ferry to Elizabeth castle. Breakfast was lovely good selection of hot and cold items.

Chain hotel located on the marina at Elizabeth Harbour. Stunning outlook over the marina to Elizabeth Castle from rooms with a sea view. Well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed twice at the beginning and end of a trip to France. Rooms were big and bright and immaculate. Bathrooms are small and lack space to stow things. Shower is over the bath which will not suit some. Clientele includes quite a lot of package tourists and families plus some business people. Breakfast was included and was reasonable. Coffee was awful.

In general a good stay. The sea view from the room was stunning, comfy bed and good big Tv in room. No fridge in the room when clearly states on the list of facilities as having. This was disappointing as one of the reasons I chose this hotel. We like to keep milk, waters, wine etc cool. Did ask reception and they said no rooms had as broken, seems strange and I suggested they remove from website as misleading. Room was a bit rough around edges but was clean enough. Food in restaurant very disappointing and overpriced but bar area very nice and relaxing.

Happy to recommend, a great location from which to explore Jersey. Spacious and comfortable hotel, spotlessly clean and comfy beds, great breakfasts. Car parking is really useful. Have marked down room slightly as air conditioner broken throughout stay (they provided fan so not a huge problem) and the shower was inside the bath which I always find slippery.

Loved our room with views to Elizabeth Castle across the harbour. Only small gripes were the duvet was too warm, even with air con on and No walk in shower. Had a shower over the bath. Otherwise everything else was lovely.

Generally all good but only negative are the bathrooms areva tad dated and water pressure of shower is a dribble. Reported to hotel but apparently all rooms are the same. Not good if your use to a decent shower with good pressure

Very comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to the centre of St Helier and plenty of free parking available onsite. We previously stayed here 4 years ago and were critical of the terrible service in the hotel bar at that time. The hotel management has clearly addressed guest feedback on this issue and this time the service was excellent, with plenty of staff on hand to serve guests at their tables. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back again

From the moment we arrived we received superb customer service throughout our stay. The warm, friendly and knowledgeable welcome we received at check in was only the start. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable, good amenities including a mini fridge. A great location with on site parking and close to the town, waterfront and harbour. Our room overlooked the marina, Elizabeth Castle and St. Aubins bay. The restaurant team are excellent helpful, engaging and made you feel welcome. Eunice. Joan. Miguel. Baraka. Cathy. Dale and Herbert couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast has a huge selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Evening meals birthing the restaurant or the bar are tasty and good quality. Thank you team Radisson Blu for helping make our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Excellent Hotel - would definitely stay here again! The ONLY issue we had was the Hotel were experiencing manpower issue and, therefore, were unable to service the room on the normal daily basis. Not a huge problem for us but could have been an issue for families with children included. To compensate for the above issue the Hotel management provided complimentary bottles of wine - a nice touch1 The food was excellent and the staff were very efficient, helpful and very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Despite our room not being ready when we arrived and only having 1 child's bed (there should have been two) all of these problems were quickly sorted. The hotel staff, in particular Siyanda were all very friendly and helpful, so much so we have booked to return over Easter!

The staff were excellent. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. We informed the desk on arrival and the chef put together a menu of dishes they could put together for her. The room was wonderful. very clean with a great view.

Great location. Very comfortable hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly but a bit slow when the bar area and outside got busy but that was down to the number of staff working behind the bar. All in all we had a lovely 5 days in Jersey .

The hotel itself was of a good standard. It was short staffed which made breakfast chaotic. Lots of mistakes and lack direction on how the system worked. Quite a bit of confusion. It was our first stay there and we didn’t know what we were supposed to do at breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated and tired, which is reflected in the condition of curtains, etc. in the bedrooms. However, staff attitudes were most disappointing; when issues were raised there was a feeling that there was no real desire to deal will them or solve any problem.

From first arrival until leaving all staff were brilliant. Nora greeted us in the bar area and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect as set next to a lovely marina yet only a 5-10 minute walk away from the main town and bus station. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location, looks over the harbour and minutes to the huge sandy beach. We could see Elizabeth Castle from our window and is also walking distance when the tide is out or you can catch the ferry across. The outside terrace is lovely serving good food and cocktails overlooking the harbour. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bus station is five minutes away which was great to visit all over the island. Room was nice with sea view, bed was a bit hard for me but that’s personal taste. Very clean and modern, would stay again.

A very central location on the sea front in a quiet area but within walking distance of shops and the local bus terminal. Situated overlooking Fort Elizabeth and St Aubins bay as well as the marina it is at the centre of activities in the area.

Great hotel overlooking harbour and the bay. We didn’t pay for a sea view but were given one after politely asking. Top tip - if getting bus or walking avoid google maps and go up the side by the sea. Back door is quickest and nicest way into the town. Great location, 5 mins walk from centre, great views, good atmosphere in hotel

This hotel has a good location with amazing views. We had the superior room with an ocean view and it was very nice. The room had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast in the hotel on our last day. They offer an A la Carte menu for breakfast and we ordered this after getting a cooked breakfast from the buffet which was cold. The service overall in the restaurant was good but there was one member of staff who did not provide the same level of service as others which dampened the experience. Overall a good stay in a nice hotel. We would return here.

We couldn’t get in the restaurant the first night they said it was full but I was surprised because there was many empty tables so had to eat in the bar area and the food was awful chips were overcooked the fish in batter was too hard my streak was overcooked. We did manage to get in the restaurant the 2nd night and the food was a lot better
