The room was clean and the staff were lovely but the hotel felt in need of an upgrade. The table in the room was covered in cup rings that could not be removed. The walls had scuff marks, the shower lacked power and was pretty useless and the AC did not cool the room. I had to request toilet roll for my second day as this was not replenished when the room was made.

Hotel was comfortable, but dated. Small signs in the bathroom that things need to be replaced. Shower fair, not great. Sink had enamel missing. But spotlessly clean. Soft towels. Good size double. Bed and pillows very comfy. No air con but a standing fan. Nice touch. The pool and sauna facilities were great. Lovely staff. Overall a good stay. Perfect central location. Maybe ask for any newly refurbished rooms.

We checked in to find the aircon not working. We were moved to another room but it wasn't working in there either. The whole place is very tired and run down. The staff seem undertrained and very stressed. The manager was as helpful as she could be and we got a refund and booked elsewhere. This hotel needs a lot of investment and the staff should be better looked after.
