The breakfast wasn’t free. It was £20 per person The parking wasn’t free it was £15 We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant due to a mix up with a booking elsewhere The menu was very fancy and contained a lot of game. My husband is a vegetarian. They had two option for him so he had bass. The sparkling water was £15 a bottle Very expensive

Stayed in room 415 for two nights. Fabulous reception staff. Lovely, if small room. Too much furniture and aircon unit meant nowhere to put our small suitcases. There was enough storage, safe, coffee machine and T&C, but perhaps TV should have been on the wall. Bathroom was great, rainforest and hand shower. Nice toiletries, although non-removable. Gets a 4 due to car park fees, £12.50 per night and you cannot guarantee or reserve a spot. I just do not understand hotels that do not include parking and breakfast in a standard rate. Apart from that, lovely hotel and great location.

Excellent hotel with lovely rear courtyard gardens and an excellent restaurant and bar.

Stay was excellent-could do with the bar being open after 9.30pm though!

When we checked in we were not made aware that we needed to separately register our car - apparently we should have been handed / directed to a tablet to do this. Consequently we received a parking “fine” letter; however the hotel dealt with this very promptly after I phoned them about this. So be aware of the need to register your car! Great location, we chose a superior Tudor room and it was lovely. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious and felt luxurious

Hotel is in a great location with parking on site. Rooms are really lovely and comfortable and staff are really warm friendly and excellent. Bar and restaurant are really very nice and the garden area is a lovely place for a drink or to chill. Millie on check in was absolutely brilliant.

Amazing location , excellent customer service from both reception and breakfast staff . A few minor details could have been better in the room , some scuffs on the wall ,some dust on mirrors , loose draw knobs and loose taps . Otherwise an excellent experience.

Reception staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was located opposite an elevator, therefore quite noisy when the doors opened and closed, not going in the early hours of the morning. The bathroom cleanliness was very disappointing, black stains underneath the rim of the toilet on one side, only seen laying on the bed and looking into the bathroom, also stains on the floor underneath the sink.

Beautiful property in heart of Shakespeare country. Beautiful Tudor facade. The interiors are lovely too. The contemporary areas sre beautiful. Every experience of customer service was exceptional from reception to the bar, with IHG membership recognised despite booking through Expedia. The hotel lost points for attention to detail and cleaning. The wooden floors were dusty and the toilet seat was damaged by the riser. Points for ecofriendliness with bathroom toiletries in large bottles not tiny takeaway toiletries BUT if you do this they must be cleaned between guests - I found a red hair on the shower gel. Breakfast was honestly disappointing for the price. Only 1egg in the English breakfast and teapots had small chips. But staff were lovely, if a little hard to catch the attention of. The continental section was very good. Not enough tongs to prevent cross contamination between fish/cheese/ham.

The room was spotless. Check in and out were smooth and seamless. Very comfortable sleep!

This hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Theatres in Stratford...only a short walk to the riverside. It is central for shopping & sight seeing. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff warm & friendly. We had a lovely time.

Lovely stay in Stratford, staff very helpful and it was a bonus to have on-site parking albeit there was a daily charge. We stayed in the old part of the hotel and although the room was spotless, the bathroom smelled strongly of dank water. We mentioned it to reception who were going to send up maintenance to check it out but we didn’t see anyone during our stay.

old building ,but very modern inside .food very good .lovely quiet garden to eat and have a drink. would recommend this property just need tend to a few cleaning issue bedroom dusty.

This is a lovely hotel but our room was exceptionally small (Room 410). It was really difficult to squeeze along the end of the bed to get to the other side. The shower was lovely and big but if the shower head wasn't angled correctly, it flooded the bathroom (which I did until I realised there was a big gap under the shower door)

We did not like the lighting in our room. Switches too confusing and too dark when all was on. No bedside table lights. Shower was lit well but hardly any shelf space and no hooks near shower for towels. It was not planned out very well.

The room was cramped. The car park was full. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent. For a tourist centre not a bad hotel but certainly not an outstanding hotel.

Beautifully updated room. Very nice size, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the outdoor garden area for some wine and lunch. Also a nice a breakfast.

The hotel is located in the heart of Stratford. It was easy to walk everywhere. The only issue we had was that the rooms seemed to have thin walls.

Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money.

Loved our stay But! - Only fault was a very hard bed, it was so hard we could not sleep! Neither could my Son and daughter in law in their room! We were in Stratford for the marathon so it was very unfortunate that none of us got a good nights sleep!

We booked a room in the Tudor section, and loved the room. In the heat of the summer, the room has an air conditioner installed and run before we stepped inside. Best shower in a hotel I've ever used! Breakfast was plentiful, and a gluten intolerance catered for very well. Triffic!

Fantastic location, excellent samboende but the aircondition makes me doubt another stay.Floostsnd and noisepop and my colleagues in the more modern rooms also had problems adjusting them.

This was our first stay at the Hotel Indigo in Stratford and I have to say it was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and shown to our room which was utterly stunning. It felt cosy and warm, we were delighted. The room was clean and had all amenities and some complimentary drinks and snacks. We chose to have the breakfast which was fantastic. Local ingredients, all fresh, with a great selection across the breakfast bar. All in all, we loved our stay and we can't wait to go back.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Everyone, from the front desk to the bat and restaurant was helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a beautiful Tudor building, in the center, an easy walk from all the sites. Wonderful spot!

This was our first time at this hotel since it rebranded. My expectations were probably higher than they should’ve been. Little things let it down- maybe not big things, but enough to bug me into feeling I had overpaid, and would not return. As an ex hotel manager, I judge places perhaps more critically than most, but having said that, I’ve had better experiences in a budget basic chain hotel! Poor service, rude or ambivalent staff need no excuse- they need a P45! At these prices, the answer from staff should always be Yes, of course. Even when I checked out, and was asked about my stay, the person wasn’t interested in my answer. However …. the room was ok, nothing special. The decor was nice. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on the food, but the menu looked interesting. We did not have breakfast, as I felt the option too expensive on top of an already high room price. Parking was extremely limited - as a disabled person I did not appreciate being told to go and find an NCP. When I explained about my blue badge, they just shrugged. As I said, not enough genuine interest in their paying guests. The worst bit of our stay was a welcome letter saying the bar calls last orders at 10.30pm. I found this unusual. We returned to the hotel that night at 10.55pm, and struggled to get a drink, while an abrupt bar person carried on closing down. We did then have to get served by an amazing lady on Reception, but from an extremely limited list. Just a frustrating experience!!

This is a lovely hotel. Check in staff was very friendly but gave conflicting info about the hotel amenities between us and our friends. Location was perfect for walking around town.

From the minute I arrived at the hotel I received a very warm welcome from team members Alyshia and Craig. They are both so incredibly customer focused and it clearly shows. Room 706 amazing and I had a fantastic stay. Breakfast this morning was divine and I would visit the hotel again in a "heartbeat". I look forward to visiting again soon.

The staff was wonderful, especially Craig and Alicia. The dining room staff was also kind, courteous and helpful.

From our arrival to our check out the whole experience was first class. What an excellent hotel. Will definitely be coming to stay again.

Every aspect of this hotel was excellent. The staff were all exceptionally well trained and friendly. I own and run a business within hospitality and I know how hard it is to get to the Standard achieved at the Indigo Hotel.

From start to finish we had a brilliant experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We turned up before we were able to check in and were able to park with no problems. Perfect location, only a short walk to the town. Room was clean and modern, very comfortable and also there is a fridge with a few complimentary drinks/snacks. Very quiet at night Wouldnt hesitate in staying again if we were in the area

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo in Stratford. The property is spacious and very comfortable and couldn’t be in a better location in the center of Stratford. Our party had three rooms and they were all very nice, modern and comfortable in the newer wing of the hotel. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast with a continental buffet and hot food cooked to order. We stayed in January and got a very reasonable rate for the quality of the hotel.

1st class service all round. Beautiful rooms, great staff and fantastic food at the Woodman. Will definitely be booking again.

Amazing hotel, brilliant location, very friendly staff, def be back, only downfall was poor choice of drinks at the bar, no chardonnay, no beanded bacardi and no branded vodka, so we drank out.

Lovely hotel, central to shops restaurants and the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was tidy and clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, including cereals, fruit, pastries and cooked options. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay and would recommend to friends.
