Price was best out of all surrounding Hotels. Clerk couldn't find my reservation, Made me go through a ton of emails. She then said "oh Wade.." and saw it on her screen 15 minutes later. Was very upset with the $25 a night to park. Seemed like such a money grab. Parking spaces are extremely tight and was issued a ticket for parking on the line. I drive a truck and it was extremely difficult to fit in a space and be able to open the door. Didn't like that the top tub on the roof closed so early either

Our room was in a great location to see the drone show and fireworks. Bed was very comfortable. Not sure why the shampoo in the bathroom is provided as it doesn’t lather at all. Extremely low budget. Parking stalls are too small for most cars. Overall this is a good property.

Everybody went above and beyond to help me out the bed was super comfortable. The jets in the bathtub were very relaxing for a spa bath very close proximity to the Slopes ski valet makes it easy to store skis. I would gladly stay here every time I visit.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. WOW. This was not the same place I booked from the pictures. Dark, dingy, overlooked concrete roof, NOT CLEAN. They did not vacuum, found someone else's hair tie on the kitchen floor, hair in shower, chapstick on the couch. GROSS. Received a text asking how my stay was, sent issues and sent pics, no response the entire time I was there. A/C did NOT work, super hot at night, no paper towels, coffee maker did not work, no towel holder by bathroom sink, only one plug per outlet worked so you could either charge your phone or have a lamp by your bed. OH! And the bathroom door in the master doesn't have a door handle which you don't realize until you close yourself in and can't get out!!

The room is very plain and old. It also looked like it had never been cleaned properly. Everything needs to be updated. There are much nicer properties for cheaper, we will never stay there again. Plus the paid parking was terrible. $25 and extremely small stalls.

There was a giant urine stain on the pull out bed, the staff didnt change the bed out or change the room. My wife shared her bed with our daughter bc the pee stain on the pull out bed. They offered them a dinner but I am frustrated they didn’t fix it, change her room and took advantage of her niceness. We won’t stay here again.

Alex was wonderful at check-in. She was friendly and helpful. The room looked even better than the photo, and was well-cleaned. My family and I were perfectly comfy on our room. My children loved the Holiday lights in the evening.

PROS: it’s a ski resort, basically a cluster of condos that a managed as hotels in one spot, gorgeous views, mountains, a few restaurants within walking distance; clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, coffee machine with ground coffee, back patio; CONS: the building is dated, lots of worn out stuff (ex: window blinds etc.); they don’t tell you upfront that there is no staff after 10pm and your check-in would take over an hour; if you got there late, feeling tired and want to just get into your room and relax, good luck with that! Some heads up would have be nice! I would have picked a different hotel then and not wasted my time like this. However, they did send someone to do the room inspection and check me in, but it took a while. Also, they were apologizing in the morning. So, net-net an ok stay at this hotel, but wouldn’t come back here.

I booked a room with a deck, all the photos showed that. There was no deck! Also the bathroom is basically in the bedroom, only closed off by a shutter. Tried to get help and a different room, with NO luck. Car didn’t fit in the parking! Terrible experience. There were almost no guests and they wouldn’t help us at all!

The parking lot was too small/spots were not available for parking my small rental SUV. I parked down the road at public parking garage. Not a huge inconvenience. Room was nice: full kitchen, nice balcony. I could not get the TV to work...something about connectivity issues. That was annoying. I did not bother to contact the front desk.

The pictures of the rooms are not necessarily what you will get. When you rent, you are placed into a rental pool and you can get allocated to any available condo. We've stayed here in nicer units, but the unit we got his time was way under par. Will not stay again.

Really great property in Canyons Village. Perfect location. Ski lift steps away. Great restaurants and shops. After check in someone else used a key and entered our room. Front desk gave them wrong room. When we arrived the carpet around the bed was a bit damp. After using the jetted tub the carpet was extremely wet. Luggage got wet. Called maintenance, they came right away. We checked out the next morning. Overall really good stay. Beautiful at Christmas.

We were treated horribly. Arrived and checked in. They accidentally only gave us a one bedroom when we had paid for the two bedroom suite because our key only worked for one door. Go back to desk and nobody was there. Called the after hours number MANY TIMES and no one answered. I slept on the hard kitchen floor with no blanket because we didn’t have enough beds. Sign at desk said to walk 5 minutes TO ANOTHER HOTEL to get help. I did at nearly midnight. He said he would send someone to help. No one ever came. In the morning I was promised a refund and they never sent it. They took my money and didn’t give me what I paid for. HORRIBLE treatment of customers.

Both nights we had people right next door partying until 3 in the morning. We told the staff and nothing changed the next night! We finally insisted we be moved to a different room and finally they moved us at 1:00 am! No night manager in our place. Had to get someone from a sister hotel. Won’t refer this place!

Check-in process is weird if you get there late at night. Need to go to a different hotel to get checked in and the other one is hard to find. And no free parking. $25 a night to park

I got two rooms, and they ended up in separate buildings. Really, there was no way to even be in the same building? Very little dining options nearby (and they close too early), and the only way to do grocery shopping is to uber to the other side of park city. I was expecting an above average experience. This wasnt it.
