We love the Westgate and have stayed there many times. The room this time was amazing, updated, and had plenty of room We loved the steam showers too! It does seem that the last few times we have come to Westgate the adult relaxation area is never fully working. Which is disappointing because it's such a great amenity.

The West Gate in Park City, is in a great location. Check in was very simple and hassle free. The outside of the property and the interior hallways, are very nice and clean. As for the studio room we had, it was a blast back to 20 years ago. The studio rooms are in a dire need of renovation and update. Dark yellow paint on the walls, the base boards were all scuffed/chipped, the bathroom vanity doors and base looked like some took a small ax to it. Large chips of wood at the bottom of the vanity! The glass shower door would not close due to uneven tile work!! Overall we had a decent stay but again The rooms just need some much needed renovation !!

The check in was a little chaotic, but they luckily took care of us because of it. Only thing we didn’t like was the parking process was super annoying. If it was full, we had to have them take our car to park. And then just getting to the car seemed a process. We didn’t know anything about canyons, so just wasn’t prepped for it.

Booking was for a room with King bed. It was a Queen at best. Living area floors were dusty and grimy. Shower stall did not have operational light. Didn’t get what we paid for.
