Silverado Lodge, Park City - Canyons Village by Vail Resorts

Have stayed here before and I would stay here again! Nice hotel room/condo on corner. Close to road so some noise from that. Great pool and great service. I’ll be back!

Nice spacious condo with multiple bathrooms was convenient for our large family, and shuttle and bus service were great for getting to and from the ski areas.

Loved the salt water pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room and especially the steam room! While the front desk staff was nice, there were limited hours and they didn't seem to know very much about the area.

All the floors and ceilings in the hallways are being renovated. The Hotel.com website did not inform us of this. We found out AFTER we purchased the room. The construction supplies are being stored in the parking garage so expect parking problems as the ski season begins. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed. Bright aspects of our stay? It was very quiet because no one else was staying in our corner of the building. Maintenance was quick to respond to light our fireplace.

Great location with fitness center, hot tub and pool. Quiet rooms. Free transportation around town provided by municipal bus system.

Great location, easy to access, 5 minutes from downtown Park City. Friendly front desk, spacious warm room, nice parking garage. Good amenities (gym, sauna, game room, vending, etc). Hot tub was a bit on the small side and my room was on the 1st floor with no curtains, just some wood blinds. Not good for evening privacy or morning sunlight.

Very nice property, the shuttle to the lift is really nice!

Everythihg was out of service. The steamroom, the hot tub etc.

Heated underground parking in a safe area -

We have visited this property over many years. They have been renovating for over 2 years now but still feels dated. Poitives are good room sizes, easy parking and easy access to Gondola. On downside, the elevator stopped working the day we arrived and was not fixed even when we left 4 days later. Everyone had to climb up and down 1-4 flights of stairs with ski boots not to mention luggage etc. Sauna not working due to maintenance. Handicap automatic front door opener out of order. There are serious ADA compliance issues that the resort needs to fix.

The rooms were clean, and the view was amazing.

We got to our room and noticed the floor looked dirty. We had white socks on. Within a few minutes of walking around, the bottoms of our socks were black. At 11pm we got woke up to the neighbor talking. I understand people have different schedules but if you are in a hotel, you should not hear others conversations. The neighbor wasn’t even loud, the walls just need a sound barrier. We were up until 2am with the noise. There was a coffee pot, but no pods to use. The cups and silverware were dirty as well. The pillows were like sleeping on bricks!! So hard!! Definitely would not stay here again.

Carpets were disgusting. Horrible time checking in.

Property is under construction. Because we booked same day we did not get the email from Expedia until after we checked in. Tv didn’t work and we had no hot water. Staff moved us to another room but it was a major hassle. Not much in the village is open this time of year and staff is limited. Staff was very nice just not available. We had to go to other hotel to check in and get help. Floor in our 2nd room was really dirty.

Great place to stay & very clean!

Overall we were very happy with the condo. The room was clean, spacious, and we loved having 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The only thing we didn’t like was the back patio was filthy, and there were 2 dirty baby diapers right outside the patio door. So we picked up the diapers, washed off the patio furniture, and swept it out. Then it was really nice. It was also odd that it was a shared patio with a different room.

Room was very small and no balcony. Felt almost claustrophobic. Worked for one night. Wouldn’t go back.

The room was huge. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, large living room, wrap around balcony large enough to host a party on, leather sofa and loveseat in living room looked brand new, 4 person dining table, bar with 4 barstools.. everything g was immaculate. Christina and her manager were both very kind and helpful with recommending restaurants. Free shuttle to Main Street with several blocks of shops, restaurants, and bars.

The view was amazing. The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Staff was also great. Thanks Brenton for your help getting checked in.

Unable to contact the property manager during off hours to report issues. The room and bathroom were the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely would avoid this property.

Birthday trip with my significant other. Property was quiet, conveniently located to activities and amenities. Having a whole apartment with 2 bathrooms was terrific. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed the covered parking.

The staff was awesome and helpful. Check in was fast. We stayed on the 5th floor and getting into the room was a little tricky. At the end of a long desolate hallway, you either go to the right or left. What we didn't know is to enter our room, we had to go through a keyed door to enter a foyer to get to our room door. At first our key didn't work so were weren't sure we were in the right place. The views from the balcony of the room were amazing. We were able to walk to the concert within 10 minutes and stop and get some dinner as we walked around the base area. Parking was included and underground as an added bonus. If like like firm pillows, this is the place for you. Those pillows could also be structural, used for landscaping, or to lift a car. I should have brought my own, or made the journey down to the front desk to see if they had anything softer. The fireplace in the room didn't work, it might be shut off for the summer, but there were also 3 other light switches in the room that seemed to be for nothing in particular.

The beds were really comfy. We loved the spaciouness of the accommodations.

HVAC not working. Room was 85 degrees. We had to deal with maintenance in our room for over an hour while we were trying to get ready installing a temporary portable A/C that still didn't keep room cool. Hotel was dusty and under construction. Shouldn't be open during this process! Wasted a lot of time trying to deal with the issues.

It was clean but it was old. The most awkward part of my room was that I didn’t have access to a closet. There was a closet in my room but it was locked. I had a lot of nice clothes I needed to hang up and I couldn’t. The whole lay out of the hotel was weird and made no sense.

No staff overnight. Had to check in at different hotel in hotel maze park. Fireplace did not work. Indoor parking was available but we were not notified how to access. Check out was at 10a Room TV system had 3 remotes and was outdated.

Guy who check use in was great. Victoria passed us off to him cause we came in late. Super helpful. Friendly. Very professional.

Easy access to the concert venue we went for. We didn’t have to worry about parking a car and fighting concert traffic. The hotel was nice, and front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Zero hot water, no staff at front desk, staff at nearby facility managing reservations were late to the desk in the morning and extremely unhelpful. Fitness room had broken, shoddy equipment and looked like someone’s spare garage with old torn yoga mats and a few machines thrown in. We’ve had many fantastic stays at other lodges in The Canyons village here, but the Silverado is awful.

No one at the desk had to use a different hotel to check in. Otherwise OK

We stayed at Silverado Lodge almost a year ago in August for our honeymoon. It was a last minute decision of changes for our honeymoon to stay closer. We booked online and originally thought we were booking a condo style room with a full size kitchen to save money on eating out so much, but booked the wrong room with no full size kitchen. We checked in close to 10pm Aug 10th 2024 - had written a small request of wanting a nice view since it was our honeymoon. We had a surprise upon arrival and the lady at the desk informed us that since it was our honeymoon they upgraded our room to a condo style room at no extra charge! It was so nice. We loved our stay, the quiet nook in the hotel we had and the access to the washer/dryer machine, the private balcony and 2 full bathrooms. We loved our stay and appreciated the consideration of the staff. One of the most professional places we've ever stayed. WE LOVED IT!!! Thanks you for your kindness

I had a last minute change in the person accompanying me and needed an additional sleeping space. Even though the hotel portion of the property was fully booked, the hotel manager was able to make an adjustment and provide additional space for me at very little cost. After staying at this property three times over the last month I highly recommend it.

Love this property! The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was amazing. Will definitely book here again!

Reception is only open from 10-6 pm on site . We had a couple of requests and they ignored them .

Convenient location, clean and comfortable.

Room was a bit smaller than some but it was comfortable. Great access to the pool area. Convenient access to the buses and shuttles. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Save and close to ski slopes

We had a great stay. Very accessible to Canyons Village fro concerts, dining and shopping.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms and very convenient for walking or taking shuttles to nearby activities - skiing, dining, shopping, etc. Even with the current construction, we found it to be very quiet.

Easy a ces to shops and restaurants within walking distance

The room we had was like a cave and outdated. The room definitely needed a room darkening shade and needed to be longer as the curtain was thin and too short in width. Pool was not very clean and bird poop everywhere multiple bird nests under the eves. The place was empty and no upgrades were offered. Restaurant was closed.

Very run down and shabby. No food or any services whatsoever. Most public restrooms closed. Sauna torn apart. Never again!

I did a 3-day snowboarding trip to Park City, UT, and chose to stay at Silverado Lodge in Canyons Village. I enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was aesthetically pleasing, clean, spacious, and the price was very reasonable for the location. This property is more of a ski lodge versus a hotel. A few differences from a regular hotel: * No breakfast service: not a big deal for me. There are a few options in the village. * No room service: This would have been nice on the first night of my stay, since I arrived late in the evening (~8:30pm). However, this was not a big deal breaker. I rarely use room service on vacation, and it was a short drive to find food in Park City. * No daily room cleaning service: this was again not a big deal for me, since I was only there a few days. I actually prefer this. You can, however, request a room cleaning a day or so in advance of the time you want the cleaning. A couple of other nice amenities were (1) the ski check at the shop in the lobby area of the property, and (2) the free shuttle that runs throughout the village with pickups/drop-offs every 10-15 minutes. The shuttle takes you to the Gondola, so that you can hit the slopes. Please note that it if you do stay in Canyons Village, it takes several lift rides and quite a bit of time to get over to the Park City Resort side of the mountain…unless you drive to the Park City side and take a lift from there. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend this lodge to others.

Overall great! Just wish they had some on site stores, restaurants, coffee or etc.. Plus more spots for covered parking. The garage isn’t big enough for all the rooms they have available.
