Nicest Best Western I have stayed in, which says a lot as they are normally a dive. On-site parking is limited though so be aware of this. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent value. I'd definitely stay here again. Reception staff was super helpful and friendly. Convenient to downtown St Helier while set a little bit back from main centre. The hotel is in an old building so the rooms are a bit of a warren, up and down stairs, and smallish, but very comfortable and well appointed. Nice bar/restaurant in the lobby.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for the main area of St Helier and I was there for both work and leisure and was ideal for both. The food is nice in the bar and there was a good easy access car park. The hotel is however quite dated and the rooms could do with a freshen up.

The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Parking is available which is a huge plus. The family room (120) was fine for our stay. We had issues with the water pressure. The showers aren’t the best. The double bed is a little on the small side and the rooms can be very hot but a fan is provided. The noise outside is quite bad. You have the luxury of using their sister hotel for the leisure facilities. Overall we had an okay stay at the Best Western. The staff make this hotel what it is.

Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay!

My only complaint is that the Restaurant was not fully open as it was early in the season. Meals, other than breakfast, were served in the bar and the menu was limited to the standard bar menu which had limited choice. However, the food eaten in the bar was fine.

The property is well located for shopping and restaurants. The bar menu is varied and the food is good. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only small thing is that the decoration is a little tired and a spruce up wouldn't go amiss, but it wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. No air con but fans are provided. Large spacious family room with 1 double and 2 singles. Lots of clothes storage. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired. Room was a bit noisy from road below. No leisure facilities but were able to use the nearby Monterey which was also fabulous. Amazing roof terrace at the Royal. Bar food in both hotels was lovely and same friendly service in both. Would recommend.

I booked this hotel fairly last minute during the Battle of Flowers week so there was not much choice. I was very happy with our stay and the value for money. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great being a short walk into the centre of St Helier. I would definitely recommend it.

A comfortable stay, and friendly staff. However, there is a function room / wedding venue just opposite that can be heard into the early hours of the morning. Even when I requested to moved to the other side of the hotel (graciously accommodated), I could still hear the party. Not a great nights sleep I needed.

The decor was a little tired, need aircon in the bedrooms facing the afternoon sun, a fan is not enough. The staff were extreemly helpful, pleasant and well manered i couldn't fault them. A large bathroom should have a walk-in shower as well as a bath.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The restaurant closed at 8pm which was not ideal although it may have been due to it being out of season. The water pressure for the shower in the 3rd floor room I stayed in was pathetic to say the least.

The staff are so helpful and lovely at this hotel and are what makes it nice to stay here. The breakfast is very tasty with plenty of choices. My first room did not suit my needs and so the staff sorted out another room for me. The hotel is convenient for all the shops and had restaurants nearby too

I loved my stay at Best Western Royal Hotel. The staff were lovely, always smiling and very helpful with anything you need. They were able to allow us to stay about 1hr more after checkout as our flight was later in the afternoon. I am glad I didnt get a room in premier inn which was about 3mins walk. My other oarty were booked there and compared with our experience with Best western was far far better. We also enjoyed their restaurant area. I even invented my other company to come and enjoy their dinner there and they even came back one more time where my grandma was helped by 3 lovely gentlemen. The receptionist was so amazing and always had a smile on her face. The waiting staff were always approachable as well.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for the main area of St Helier and I was there for both work and leisure and was ideal for both. The food is nice in the bar and there was a good easy access car park. The hotel is however quite dated and the rooms could do with a freshen up.

The staff are so helpful and lovely at this hotel and are what makes it nice to stay here. The breakfast is very tasty with plenty of choices. My first room did not suit my needs and so the staff sorted out another room for me. The hotel is convenient for all the shops and had restaurants nearby too

Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay!

I booked this hotel fairly last minute during the Battle of Flowers week so there was not much choice. I was very happy with our stay and the value for money. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great being a short walk into the centre of St Helier. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel sehr zentral, ca. 450m zur Liberation Station. Zimmer und Bad waren riesig und top sauber. Frühstück war ein Genuss. Das gesamte Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Both my sisters and myself had a lovely visit the staff who we got to know, (too many to name) gave a 5 star service, they all went out of there way to make sure our holiday was enjoyed, service in the restaurant and bar, well, they all excelled themselves, so polite, you all should be proud. Food was excellent, we had dinner in the restaurant and also in the bar, would recommend this hotel to anyone, Not far to walk from the hotel to st Helier itself, also there was a bus just outside if you didn’t want to walk, my sisters and I said it should be a higher star rating, whoever is the manager or ‘boss’ you should be very proud of your hotel and staff

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and tidy hotel. Great food in the Restaurant and Bar. Stylish and spacious bedroom/suite. Nicely decorated hotel. Short walk to the main shopping district of St Helier.

The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Parking is available which is a huge plus. The family room (120) was fine for our stay. We had issues with the water pressure. The showers aren’t the best. The double bed is a little on the small side and the rooms can be very hot but a fan is provided. The noise outside is quite bad. You have the luxury of using their sister hotel for the leisure facilities. Overall we had an okay stay at the Best Western. The staff make this hotel what it is.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The restaurant closed at 8pm which was not ideal although it may have been due to it being out of season. The water pressure for the shower in the 3rd floor room I stayed in was pathetic to say the least.

My only complaint is that the Restaurant was not fully open as it was early in the season. Meals, other than breakfast, were served in the bar and the menu was limited to the standard bar menu which had limited choice. However, the food eaten in the bar was fine.
