The customer service at this facility is poor, they don’t have entertainment for the guest overpriced for what they offer, if you don’t book restaurant reservation by 5pm your not able to book despite front desk available, the Japanese restaurant is included in other resorts this one you have to pay an overpriced fee. Terrible all around.. don’t recommend. Amenities are limited

Our room was very wet due to humidity. Floor tiles had puddles, our clothes were wet. Wife slipped and fell getting out of bed. Mtc said it was our fault. We must have left patio open or ac off. We did neither. They changed us rooms and washed our clothes. Shower in new room didnt drain and got floors wet in the new room. Phone didnt work to call maintenance. Clothes got damp again. Pool bar was not very receptive. They were busy standing upstairs talking to each other. Had to flag them down to get drinks. Not much interaction. Stairs from resort to beach were sloaped and dangerous. The wooden ramp deck from lobby to the pool had warped and loose boards creating trip hazards. Beach full of seaweed and not swimmable. Food was nasty. Tacos and habachi were the only decent food. Desk told us we could not schedule a cab for our early departure.said they could call when we arrived and cab would take about 10 minutes to appear. We show up at desk and was then told we should have scheduled for such early morning. Wasnt sure if he would be able to find one. So we had to run with our luggage 2 miles to the bus depot. The lady at the customer service desk was very nice. Few others spoke english. I will not return. And would not recommend. This was my 7th time to playa and the worst hotel and food by far. Pretty distant from most of the local attractions.
