We had a fantastic stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya! The food was genuinely better than average for an all-inclusive — lots of variety across the restaurants, everything was fresh and well-prepared, and we never felt like we were settling for "resort food." The property itself was immaculate; the grounds and rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond at every turn — friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed, which made the whole trip feel effortless. We also upgraded to the Elite Club, and it was absolutely worth it — the added perks and service level elevated the whole experience. Overall a beautiful resort with great food, a clean and well-run property, and staff that made us feel taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone considering the Riviera Maya!

Riu Palace is a stunning property!! Staff were very kind and always attentive. The entertainment was fantastic and the food was amazing! Doña Patricia kept the pool bathrooms extremely clean. German in the bar was quick to keep the drinks going. Rosanna in dining and Carlos at breakfast as well as Adelida in the evenings were all kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience at our first Riu!

Everything was great, my only complaint is that the pool closes way too early. Other than that, there is not one thing to complain about. Just be careful when paying for the jet ski etc. they will tell you 1 price then when you pay they charge you even more
