Honestly a great place to stay. Walked around to neighboring resort and stores nearby after 10pm and very safe. To enter you need to show verification of reservation to enter the resort area. Felt safe and resort is a short drive away from market area

My only complaint was to be treated like an idiot. I got 02 vouchers to spend at the SPA, and went there to schedule a blow dry for my sister 24 hours in advance. The lady told me she could gladly accept the voucher but her equipment was broken. Not sure about that when the only 2 things you need is a blow dryer and a brush and I was scheduling the next day. The price difference from the voucher to service was only $6 usd and that makes me wonder. I complaint at the Hotel and complaint to Hotels.com/Expedia - since they said it was a joint promotion. This is my 4th time at the property and I will go back, however if a voucher is offered to me again I will rip it off right at the front desk.

Arrived at the property after 11 hrs of travel and was told i didnt have a reservation. Called Expedia and they confirmed my booking. Expedia representative called the hotel and spoke with the front desk supervisor MARCOS. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted that I pay one night stay and straighten it out in the morning. Although the Expedia reps assured him that I had CONFIRMED booking.I was assisted with my bags or help to my room or the amenities of the property. Upon checkout I was told I would be charged $20 for the room keys bracelets and two beach towels if they weren’t returned. I was not informed of the policy upon check in. Overall the property was very nice and clean. MARCOS made experience extremely. Unpleasant.
