Good for a wuick weekend trip, Manager is nice and there’s a free breakfast which is a plus. Bathrooms are clean, bed is comfy but the carpet needs replacement. Pool looks clean even though we didnt use it. Ice machine is very useful for the summer and the water dispenser by the dining hall is a glld one

There were holes in the drapes and the bathroom floor was badly damaged, it appeared to be due to water…maybe toilet overflowing? Public areas needed cleaning. Mouse traps around the building and heard staff discussing whether they had caught mice the night prior. Also, smelled bad in the parking lot…like a dead animinal. I would not recommend.

You can see the age in the bathroom, vanity, floors etc. Hotel staff were not friendly . Breakfast was horrible. There was a layer of dirt on the edges and in the bathroom mold, grime and rust in the tub. This place does not meet standards expected by any traveler.

Nice clean room. I stayed three nights, but not once did a staff member come into the room to empty the trash or tidy up. Also, the bathtub surface was so slippery I almost fell twice. When checking out, I attempted to find a staff member to tell, but there was no one at the front desk. Still, it's a decent place to stay.

Lots of banged up walls that were maybe being patched. Not sure if they were getting painted or not. Room was ok clean. Hairs in shower and the shower was filthy and stained. Clearly the sink area hadn’t been cleaned because there was a a half open makeup remover package still sitting neatly with the other shampoos etc.

Rooms ceiling had super creaky noise from upstairs, woke me a few times, walls looked like they were caving in with paint flaking off and cracks. And killed a couple cockroaches in the morning. Yuck! Other than that People at the front desk were nice. Free breakfast was ok.

Rooms were clean, a little worn but generally nice. No elevator (tiring for someone who just climbed out of the Grand Canyon). WiFi very poor- less than 2 Mbps measured several times. LTE from phone was better (to say nothing pf 5G). If coming expecting to work or stream, someplace else might be better.

Clean and comfy! Soft beds, breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausage and more. Only thing is you can hear the people above you and some kid was running up and down the hallway till after midnight. Everything else was great! Safe environment, pleasant staff, great breakfast, very clean rooms and comfy bed and pillows. I would stay here again with my family.

Over all a decent stay, only thing that wasn’t great was the bed/pillows. The beds were hard as were the pillows. Had a pretty rough sleep because of this. The property is clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok for a free and quick place to eat.

One night here, check-in was easy, no elevator, though, so we had to drag our stuff upstairs. And they probably need to change the Wi-Fi password: 12345678 is not really secure. Our room was clean, but the tiles in the bathroom were missing and sliding around, the curtains were extremely hard to close.

Nice, but dated hotel. Great price compared to other areas around the National Parks. Great options for breakfast. I would ask to be put in an inside hall room away from where the big trucks and busses park because they start up their vehicles at 6 am and you can hear everything. Walls are very thin. Great front desk staff. Tammie is a wonderful lady and I enjoyed my morning visit with her when checking out.

Only thing I didn't like was no wifi and bad customer service. I understand it being down and not being able to get a service tech to respond on a holiday weekend, however, the front desk associate was NOT kind about it. She had a busy weekend and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. When I said, wow, that's great to be busy, mmmm she didn't even cheer up. But the thing that really bothered me is that she said because we booked through a 3rd party, there was nothing they could do to compensate us for no wi-fi. Having worked in customer service, there is ALWAYS something you can do. For one, be nice about it and secondly, the LAST THING TO DO is tell a customer that because you booked them using an advertising / marketing source they opted to use to draw people to their business, that you basically don't matter to them. You are basically saying, you aren't a valued customer and we are treating you as though we don't want you back. Other than bad customer service and room not ready on time which was a minor inconvenience (as was no wi-fi), it was a good value for the money.

Checking into the hotel was easy. There is not an elevator if a person requires one. I left my watch on the room. The front desk took my number and called when house keeping found my watch. He explained a low cost way for me to get it back. Breakfast was fine. There are not many protein options for a vegetarian there is fruit.

When we got to our room the door was propped open. We quickly found out that was due to the previous tenant smoking even though it is a no smoking facility. When we spoke to the front desk they apologized and promptly moved us to another room. Friendly service and good breakfast.

The view around this hotel is incredible! I got a great deal for four nights and found this to be a wonderful place to stay. Our group used this as a base to see Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park which are within driving distance for day trips. The local town of Kanab has a variety of restaurants to choose from at various price points. Overall I would stay here again.

Budget friendly motel on the way to Utah’s Bryce Canyon and Antelope Canyon in Arizona. Nice amenities in the room, even a microwave was provided. Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast with nice self service hot pancake maker. The usage parties are decent. They would taste better if grilled instead of baked. The egg patties tasted artificial. I supposed milk and flour weee added to the eggs that they don’t taste like real eggs.
