Nice cabins. Not sharing walls with anyone like a hote made it nice and quiet. Property was clean. Wish it had trash cans and a pool for the kids. Otherwise, we loved it.

We loved sitting on the front deck, drinking coffee and watching the sun rise in the morning. Very walkable into town. Liked that we parked right in front of the cabin, easy to pack and unpack the car.

We chose a pet friendly cabin because we traveled with our beloved dog. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It also was really nice to not have to share walls with other patrons. I really liked the little porch with the chairs that they furnished for sitting outside... I recommend this place to everyone.

This property was great!! Such cute little cabins!!! They were clean and comfortable. We had a ton of stuff so it was a bit tight but cabins are about the size of an average hotel room. It was also great to be able to park right outside the door. The porch was great for sitting or hanging wet towels and swimsuits. There is no pool, but I knew that when I booked. It is right off the highway but set back far enough that you don’t hear the traffic. We had to use the washer and dryer and I thought it was kind of pricey ($4.50 each I think). But I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people.

We were impressed with the roominess of the cabin. It was so nice to have an actual bed for all six of us instead of having to deal with a hideaway bed. We loved having a “kitchen table” and patio. We would have loved a pool, but for the price we felt it was an excellent value.

Cute cabins with beautiful interior. The area was quiet and you can park your car directly in front of the cabin. They do have laundry access on-site. There is a gas station and restaurants nearby and the entrance is right off the main road.

Nice cabins from the outside... The bed was very comfortable. However, several of the wash cloths and towels had stains. When we stepped out of the shower in the morning, our feet got dirty on the bottoms... We ran a wash cloth across the floor and it turned black, the floor in the bathroom was not clean. The cabinet to the right of the sink had not been cleaned or dusted in who knows how long. Good standing layer of dust and trash on it... The property looks promising, I hope they can correct these issues.

We were looking forward to our stay here based off of other reviews but were extremely disappointed. The room was pretty dirty. The walls, baseboards and ceiling all need a major scrub. We couldn’t have stayed more than one night.

We stayed 4 nights. The room was dirty with bodily fluids left on curtains and bathroom walls. There was also a disgusting smell between room and bathroom. Kanab a nice little town Red Canyon Cabins not one of them. The man at front desk barley speaks english and is very off putting.butavoid this place. It looks promising on the outside but really dis

The room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the bed, a used towel was left in the bathroom and a container of milk was in the fridge. We asked for another room which the manager refused and only changed the bedding and took the towel. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Location was convenient for us. Price was good. Bathroom floor was filthy. You could see the sweep marks where dirt was left behind. Area behind doors looked like it had never been cleaned. Tile grout looked nasty. Lots of black, moldy caulk. These rooms are individual cabins which was nice and quiet. Just need to clean them better.

There was hair in the beds before we got on the bed. Like between the sheets my son saw long and short hairs all over the bed. He asked to sleep in a sleeping bag after that. Otherwise the place was pretty nice

I had the best nights sleep in 2 weeks in my little cabin, what I loved was the heavy sound proofed front door which makes a welcome treat from the flimsy doors that you get in most hotel rooms ! The cabin was perfect - clean, spacious - nice big tv, fridge and microwave. The bed was also super comfy. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful, especially as I locked myself out my room twice! I would stay here again for sure when visiting Kanab.

The cabin I got was not level. I used a pillow beside me while I slept so I wouldn’t roll off the bed. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hear anything while it was going. The electronic door lock worked but was broken on the inside of the door with exposed wires. Not the most enjoyable stay.

Loved having parking at the front door. Bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Only complaint was that half the cable channels didn’t work. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I loved having a cabin and not hearing everyone’s door clanging in the hall coming or going from a regular hotel. I loved not hearing anyone above or to the side of me. I loved parking right in front of our cabin door. I love that we arrived late and the keys were on the desk in an envelope with my name on it. It is true when the cabin is described as soundproof. The bed was comfortable. It smelled woodsy inside. It was super clean. The price was great. We have paid much more at much worse. Basically, hotels just don’t even compare now, so that kind of wrecks it for me unless I’m at the Red Canyon place. Thank you for making it nice and easy!! If we are in Kanab, this will be our go to. Hands down.

This is a very basic type of accommodation. We found the desk staff satisfactory but not very welcoming. All furniture in the cabin was old, mismatched and we wondered where they found it! It felt like the cabin was new, but the furnishings werw very old.

We really enjoyed or stay there however, we were charged a deposit on the room that we were told that we would get back and we have not received the deposit back after a month, and the room was left orderly with no damages, no pets, and there were no extra charges towards our room while we were there, you're still wondering why we haven't got our deposit back?

It was such a beautiful and spacious cabin. My family and I experienced the outdoors to its max. There are so many hikes within 10 minutes of the area. The town is also very peaceful and welcoming. Great for families will definitely be returning!

The cabins are nice and modern. Some wear but very clean and the bedding is very current. Views from porch with two chairs are stunning of red rock cliffs. I highly recommend this stay as I have tried several places in Kanab and have been disappointed. In room fridge and microwave. Walking distance to restaurants or fast food. Don’t stay in a 50 or greater room chain, stay in a quiet cabin and have some solitude. I traveled with my medium size dog and although I was charged $20 for a pet, rather than a pet deposit in case of damage, I will stay here again.

The cabins were fun to stay in for one night. It is located at the edge of town, so the only restaurant within walking distance was wendys. At the end if a busy day of traveling and hiking, we didn't really want to get back in the car. Otherwise these cabins were very nice, quiet and clean.

We stayed one night while on a road trip through Arizona, Utah and Colorado. Cute little cabins, which were clean, quiet and with a great view. Enjoyed some quiet time reading on the porch! Also enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Wild Thyme Cafe, just a 4-minute drive from the cabins. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was cute. It was clean, they allow dogs for a extra fee. The staff was friendly. There is no breakfast. There are a few places where I could see that maybe stuff was put together really fast or was maybe done by someone who didnt know what they were doing, that may cause problems down the road, especially in the bathroom areas. But over all would stay there again.
