Problem with check in....they said hotels. Com did not send in the funds. Charged for 2 hours early check in. Room was cold. Asked to change the room, Katie at reception was uncooperative. Ebony and Macien were friendly but Ebony was helpful, polite and helped getting us a radiator for the room. Would like to thank Ebony and the guys at reception for their help

An amazing hotel. Can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff, dining and rooms were. The menu for dinner was the best we’ve had on holiday so far. Thanks to all. Definitely recommend for couples.

The carpeting throughout the hotel should be replaced - it looks dirty, dingy, there are bleach and other stains. Having no telephone to reach the "front drsk" was inconvenient but we soon realized it's more of a self serve type of place. The prices for food and drink were great and the staff we did interact with were cordial and helpful.
