Katelyn on the front desk was very apologetic that there is no airport shuttle- i was told by phone that “there WAS service and it would be no problem “. Katelyn patiently helped this elderly woman download Uber and schedule a ride. The breakfast was wonderful! Good coffee and hot (or cold) food was hot ( or cold). Wish I could have stayed for another round another morning. The pool was not sparkling water but murky- too many chem? There was mold in the sealant of both our shower and the room my daughter’s family had.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was convenient for our family of six. We used the barbecue grill, the pool and had breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful but the staff seemed to want to clean it up early. In the end they brought it back out. The barbecue grill was adequate. One did not work at all and the other one only lit in the back but we were able to cook our food. The two bedrooms was not equipped for people who actually wanted to use the kitchen. There were no cooking utensils or serving utensils, silverware for three, dishes for four, glasses for three. But after a phone call they brought us more. Fortunately I had prepared all my food ahead of time so I didn't need a sharp knife or a pan. Overall it was a nice day. The rooms are pretty nice for the price.

This is a great property. Check-in was a breeze. Room was ready early which was nice. Inviting lobby. Very spacious rooms. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Towels were large and soft. We arrived at around 4pm and had to wait for our room (check-in was 3pm). Then we issued the wrong room. We then had to go to the correct room which wasn’t ready. The hotel needs a desperate update. The beds were uncomfortable, the desk chair looked like it came from a second-hand store, the sofa had covers over the cushions and it smelled terrible. The AC in one room worked fine, but the other room ran all night. The pool is very small. I have to say that, even though the location is near an international airport, I only heard one plane.

There are bed bugs. Be very careful. We got bed bug bites all over and severe allergic reaction.after that. We even found a bed bug and showed it to the reception. Immediately left the hotel as soon as we saw the bug.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were not updated since the hotel was built. Although I didn’t need the cups, as I brought my own, the ones supplied by the hotel were very dirty. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. This place needs to be updated.

There was mold on the shower walls and all over the shower head. I wiped the shower head and showed the front desk clerk the mold, asking for it to be cleaned. The next day, I bought some cleaner and cleaned myself again. I went to the front desk again and requested my shower walls and shower head be scrubbed/sanitized. When I returned to my room, neither had been done, although I was told they were. I wiped the shower head a third time, but do not have the tools or cleaning products to make me feel safe from lung issues. I will NEVER stay here again. Also, the TV is too small for the space and does not swivel enough to view on either the sofa or the bed. Useless.

The shower was dirty and there was either blood or some other darker red liquid spilled on the wall ,and there was food left in the cupboard from a previous guest, and the breakfast was terrible.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. While the property was older, my biggest concern was the cleanliness. The couch cushions were soiled/stained and ripped. There was visible dirty/debri on the carpet and some dead bugs as well. There were not linens for the pull out sofa. The bedding itself was fine but I was half expecting bed bugs etc. Additionally, while they had a nice spread for breakfast, the hot food was not good. I am not sure there are a lot of option in the area however I would not choose this hotel in the future

I wound up staying for 9 days from an original plan of 4 days due to complications related to my brother’s emergency stay at the nearby hospital. During that time my room was cleaned only once despite a posted notice that they cleaned every other day. I had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. My trash was overflowing as I was cooking in the unit. The day I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned they said I was scheduled to be cleaned that day. When I returned after hospital visiting hours it had not been cleaned. All I needed was for garbage to be emptied and supplies refreshed but I couldn’t even get that.

So hard to believe that I was in a Hilton hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, mold in the bathtub and towels hangers were looser from the wall. Spider webs on the night stand. Bedding set for the sofabed was very smelly. I didn't leave the hotel because it was closed to midnight and I have to take a flight next day early in the morning. We are Hilton honors clients and we paid $265.00 for a motel . That is the way I see it. In the morning desk person asked how was my experience I tried to tell her and she say we are working on that. Very disappointed.

We weren’t given our requested room type and didn’t have enough beds or blankets in the room. We were kept awake until extremely late by noisy neighbors and staff slamming the laundry door next to our room every 2 minutes. Complained multiple times and asked for a room swap, but they were full.

We booked a 4 night stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Our room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen had the utensils needed for cooking. The toiletries were in those " attached to the wall refillable pumps' that were eco-friendly. Front desk was very accommodating as to our questions and requests for iron, extra towels and toilet paper. Shout out to Nick and Tianali who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, the usual hotel food fare. Dining area is very well maintained and clean. Indoor pool was fine as well, and the deepest height is 4 feet 6 inches, which was very convenient for my children who are non-swimmers! The only issue we had was the spotty WiFi connection at times and our newly issued key cards did not work. But was easily resolved by front desk. Overall, very good stay at this hotel!

Staff are great and I liked the text option to communicate with the front desk. The suite was large and kitchenette had almost everything I needed for a week stay. Very close to the airport but never heard a plane. I do wish they had smart tv’s though as their tvs do not offer access to any apps and don’t have the ability to mirror your device so I had to use my laptop for my Netflix etc.

Overall our overnight stay was pretty good. The only thing I noticed was I could hear other guests above, beside, and in the hallways. I did appreciate the front desk addressing some unaccompanied adolescents being rowdy in the lobby area.

We went to PA to celebrate my son’s birthday. We had fun outside that hotel. Staying at that hotel was nightmare for us. Beginning with their room keys. Keys never worked at any of their doors. Had to make millions trips to front desk to change keys. They kept saying IT issues. Did not get a single house keeping service over our stay even though we requested for it. Also requested for extra duvet because there was none in the room. Had to go and grab it myself. Front desk employee Nick was rude enough. Working in Hilton property they need to be little bit more friendly but being rude isn’t acceptable from hotel employee. Breakfast wasn’t bad

No hot water thermostat did not work it was cold in room thermostat did not shutdown on morning we put call to find out about the hot water so there answers was you need to let water run for half hour to get hot water go figure

This hotel has been a favorite of ours in the area for a long time. Has always been very nice with great rooms/space and clean and quiet. Lately the hotel could use some TLC as some upgrades and repairs would go long way. Staffing and setup of the free breakfast has not kept up to previous standards, though I would still recommend the hotel.

My family and I had a good experience. Very clean and quiet . It was relaxing. What I liked the most is that we had access to coffee all day. I was not so thrilled about the breakfast, overall it was good.

I really enjoyed my week here. It was super cozy with all of the amenities needed to make it feel like home, plus a premade hot breakfast and great coffee. The staff was also fantastic!
