Good Air conditioner, no hot water, no coffee

The hotel has no facilities what so ever. You cannot even buy water. Our room has no windows! Just a very dim light so it was impossible even to read in the room. The decor was dark, the bedding was even dark brown. There was no hot water. Thankfully we had only booked one night. We will never stay there again. I must say that the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

It took 3 day to fix fix the cable plus the ads that you give free potable water bottle water but you do not and reception area that had air shut off because it’s so hot they said is no customers it’s all the big lie

The room had no windows only borrowed light glass blocks The AC was old very noisy and dirty No hot water The toilet flushed eith black water Very disappointing

The air-conditioning system at the front desk wasn't working.

We left early because the area was not safe, locks on room door didn’t work well, poor internet, no safe in the room, refrigerator was dirty and then they charged extra for lay drying the bedsheets We had booked 3 days but cancelled after the first night and had to forfeit the other days that we stayed. Do not recommend staying here

First of all, I arrived there at midnight. The desk gave me a hard time because ( our hotel.com account is joined husband and wife )the reservation was in my husbands name even though I showed the itinerary number that was emailed to my my email address. I was told to get an authorization letter from my husband that I can use this reservation - in the middle of the night. I didn’t get to the room until after 1 am and this was after 20+ hours of flight. The room was another story, the bed was not a real mattress but a foam on a hard surface. The bed linens looked like a century old yellowed by time. The towels were also yellowed and stained with very visible blackish circles. The bathroom didn’t have a place to put the bar of soap or soap bottles. No free soap nor dispensers. TV non working. The site when I booked said it has breakfast included but upon check in I was told there’s none. So much to say about my stay there. I personally think they have false advertisement. The rest of the staff other than the person during my check in who insisted for the authorization letter were nice and helpful. So for the rest of the staff, including security men who went out their way, I gave this one star.

I stay there for four days it took 3 days to fix the tv cable in the room and the app said you get free water but no they said the manager says no more free water and they’re also so damn cheap. They turn the AC off in the lobby not that I was staying in our lobby, but it took forever to check in and it is hot as hell

Older property, needs to be updated. However, room was big, it was clean, everything worked, good internet, close to important places. Easy walk to Ayala Mall, and Mango Square. The staff was outstanding. They have a security guard at the front door 24/7. No safe in the room but I sure felt like my stuff was well protected. I figured if I did not like it, I could leave, only paid 20 dollars a night USD. stayed all 6 days and booked 1 more night for my return to Cebu before I fly back to LA.

My check in was problematic although I presented my Passport and receipt for my 2 weeks. The room I was checked in was Not cleaned and there was a bad smell coming in from the bathroom into the whole room. The air conditioner was too small for a large room like that and was always hot in the afternoons. Only,after Expedia took my complaint to the Hotel Manager thaty room was cleaned and the staff tried to give me better service! Overall I think I received 2 star and Not 3 star hotel service that I paid for?

All staff are veey friendly and accommodating room is very clean

Friendly stff, very convenient, clean rooms

The staff were excellent and room cleaned every day,the hotel is a little dated and showing signs and the air con in my room was very noisy,but the location was handy for my trip,also was value for money so I would definitely stay again next time in Cebu.

The hotel is pretty old, which means some things are breaking down or lower in quality. But the staff tries really hard to make up for it with excellent service, frequent cleaning, good prices, and lots of friendliness. Wifi is spotty, not necessarily going to get a good connection. Shower was a bit weak in my room.

Hotel condition bad,towels are really so stained ,the white color looks brown,linens are the same ,no glasses in the room for water,staffs are excellent,overall I will not recommend this place

If you want to spend $50-$100 USD per night you can do that nearby, but for $20 usd per night in this area, it is a bargain!

First I was given a room with a massive pillar in it. Can barely move in the room, couldn't believe shower where you can't even keep the soap. blocked shower, loud and noisy aircon. Room service felt bad for me and moved to a good room Stayed for week. Serive staff were good and looked after me well.

The room was very hot. It has an air conditioner but it's too small for a room this size. Also they installed it very low to the ground so the cold air blows straight to your feet. The staff was friendly. The location was good. The Wi-Fi was very fast. I would be willing to stay here again but I don't think that it will probably happen.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my friends and family through Expedia, which clearly stated that the reservation was for 4 adults. However, upon arrival, we were told by the front desk staff that only 3 guests were allowed and that we had to pay an additional 900 pesos for the fourth guest. This is a total scam! The pictures on Expedia are completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is far worse than what is shown online. The rooms were dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the overall environment was extremely disappointing. If I could rate this hotel negatively, I would. It’s frustrating to feel deceived by both the hotel and the booking platform. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere for accommodation to avoid similar disappointment and hidden charges. Rating: 1/5

Another great stay at Richmond Plaza. Great value for the low rate. Close to Ayala, great staff, quiet rooms, no complaints.

It was ok for few nights. Nice since it’s very near the big mall and Howling dogs sports bar.
