Hi Chicago was everything I had hoped it would be. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room with 8 was perfect and clean. The bathroom/showers for the women was large and clean. Storing my backpack for later was excellent.

I got to check in early and then I found out they were having an event with Chicago dogs and drinks! Learned some history and met people from all over the world and it was free. After checking out I had 8 hours before my train home, they stored my bag and gave me access to the second floor lounge. The staff always goes the extra mile and that is why I keep coming back.
