Outside in the parking no one is looking what is happening and i saw one night people changing stuffs from one car to another and they werent clients of the hotel, another night at the parking a bunch of people was having a meeting drinking beers and smoking weed and they werent clients of the hotel. All of those things made feel not secure there at night.

Breakfast was excellent and hours for breakfast worked well for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was not very warm and the switch for jets didn't seem to work. Easy on and off freeway. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.

Our stay was great… only small issue was that the chlorine smell was really strong from the pool area…you could smell it as soon as you walked in front door.

pool and hot tub was broken while we were there then pool open but hot tub was nasty! that was our main reason we chose this place! indoor due to weather etc and we have been looks forward to this hot tub!

Breakfast, parking, easy access.

Overall very good hotel; clean, comfortable, nice staff. Only recommendation is they need to improve their fitness center. It has old equipment, with one of the pieces broken. No weights at all.

Dated Holiday Inn, located near shops and restaurants but next to Highway 610. Road noise was loud. A van had its windows smashed in. Parking lot was not well lit. Shower head needs to be decalcified.

Since it is located right next to busy highways, it gets very noisy which quite bothers sleeping. Perhaps the hotel needs to improve its soundproofing. I also couldn’t use the A/C because the filter was out and had a lot of dust on it. The room itself looked pretty old, good thing was I only had 1 night reserved. Pros would be free parking and breakfast included.

The hotel offers adequate facilities and services for the price. Although the building and rooms are slightly dated, they are well-maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast is satisfying with basic options, including milk, yogurt, and cream cheese. The staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, there is a fast-food restaurant next door, and a mall and cinema are nearby.

Good hotel, it was clean and a great stay

This is an amazing place. Every day the room was cleaned and fresh linens and towels were provided. Definitely will be back

Funky smell around hallways and rooms

Room says no smoking but there is a strong odor of cig smoke in the room mixed with moldy wet smell. Left at 3am, couldn’t sleep a second night because of the smell.

The staff was great, but the room itself did not feel clean. The hall/rooms smelled like mildew and smoke (so maybe that section used to be the smoking section of the hotel?). We have a newborn so we were hesitant about the air quality we’d be sleeping in. The sheets and pillowcases on the bed were very damp, probably due to the humidity in the room (the AC unit was old) or due to the sheets being put on while still damp from the washer/dryer. But because the bed was made up, the sheets underneath didn’t have a chance to air-dry. The area of town wasn’t TOO scary, but there are reports of vehicles being stolen there. The small parking lot isn’t gated and is very easily accessible to anyone on the access road of the highway. So we didn’t want to risk it and ended up sleeping somewhere else. Again, the staff was fantastic and friendly, so nothing is their fault! We just didn’t feel like having our newborn there was the safest/cleanest environment.

No one at desk when checking in. Had to yell out. Room bathroom floor was dirty and in general looked well worn. Milk container was expired at breakfast.

It is listed as a 3 star hotel but the hotel is very run down. The phones in the room didn’t work. There were stains on the carpet and in the bathroom. There were stains on the wall behind the couch. The rug in a corner almost look like it had been chewed up. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was adequate.

Comfortable room but noisy as it faced off on a very busy highway.

Very ran down, competitively priced but not good value for money. Had to move rooms because shower was not working. AC units were old and noisy and didn’t work very well. Just a bad place overall.

Bed comfort

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have enjoyed at a hotel.

This was a short stay for a quick overnight trip. It is in a convenient location, but I didn’t rate it higher for two reasons. First, our room faced the freeway—a 10 lane super highway and so the sound from the freeway was really loud and distracting, even with the blinds drawn. Second, the hotel is getting a bit the worse for wear and probably should be planning a renovation soon. But it was clean and in a convenient location, so if you stayed on the side away from the freeway, it would be ok for a short stay.

To close to I10. Traffic noise all night. My fault for not investigating.

Old rooms and noisy

Just a one-night stay. The Holiday Inn Express met our needs. Good service and nice room and bed. The hotel was immediately off a major highway and traffic noise did keep me from sleeping well. A few minor frustrations—free WiFi was very slow, TV remote didn’t work well, water pressure in the shower was not very good. The complimentary breakfast was a convenient way to start the day.

This entire experience was TERRIBLE. My check- in was okay, but everything after that went downhill. There is only ONE elevator for that entire building which patrons have to share with ALL THE STAFF. The FIRST time I left my room to go eat I was unable to return to my room because the key would NOT work. With only ONE elevator, I had to return to the desk FOUR TIMES and I'm a disabled veteran. Which was the MAIN problem, I requested a disabled room in advance but none were available. So riding an elevator, waiting in the hall and going back and forth to the desk was extremely tiresome. The last time was at 10:00 PM when I returned from a Military function wearing heels. On my forth trip downstairs, I asked the staff at the desk to come to the room and at THAT time, the card worked. Upon time for checkout, I was afraid to lock my door for fear of being locked out so I had to make two trips with my bags and LEAVE my door ajar. Two times I was in the elevator with staff that attempted to keep me off the elevator by slanting their carts toward the entrance of the elevator, one was named Danielle, the other acted as if she couldn't understand English when I observed her speaking to the desk staff just fine. And another got on the elevator, with coffee in her hands, only to get off on the 2nd floor. And lastly, there are MORE parking spaces for Diamond members than handicapped customers. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again when im in town for veteran events.

The hotel was very clean and everyone there was so friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Even the general manager was there during breakfast greeting everyone, smiling, and asking how we enjoyed our stay. I wish I could give them 6 stars for the comfort of the beds... they are divine!!

Room smelled like mildew and dirty socks and they refused to move me until the last day and 7 different complaints. No manager on duty so "they didn't have the authority". terrible customer service.

Great service and hospitality!

Regular Holiday Inn Express & Suites customer. This was our first stay at this property and we were very impressed with the courteous check-in and information provided. The room was perfect for us. Great breakfast!

This hotel was a lifesaver for my family after a fast moving storm hit Houston and knocked out power for almost 1million customers. Once the temps hit 90degrees the house was unbearable and we headed to this lifesaver. Not only did they welcome us with open arms at amazing prices but also our furry family member was welcome without the outrageous fees others hotels were charging. The room was SPOTLESS, the sheets were CLEAN and the room was COLD. Thank you for opening your doors to us.

Very convienent and comfortable place at a central location. Many ammenities. Good value.

Only thing I would note for anyone staying, it's right next to IH 10 so might be noisy. The area didn't feel safe for me and my daughter but that's probably b/c we arrived late in the evening.

The property was nice and clean. The room was stocked with coffee and tea. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. The beds were very comfortable and there was 4 pillows on each bed. The tv worked and the air was nice and cold. The breakfast was good as they had a variety of foods to choose from. They had mini omelettes which consisted of veggie egg whites and cheese omelettes. They had sausage and Turkey sausage. A juice bar, unlimited coffee and tea. Boiled eggs, hot cereal and cold cereal. Cinnamon buns, muffins, oranges and bananas. Yogurt, biscuits, country gravy, pancakes, real butter and syrup. Milk was 2% and chocolate. The pool was warm and went up to 5ft 15 inches. The hot tub was a little cold but we made it work. There was cucumber water and lemonade in the lobby all night. Coffee in the lobby all night with cream and sugar. They sold snacks and the prices were really good. I will be back to stay there. Minutes from the Galleria Mall. Lyft was an easy access to several different places.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Awesome place to stay. Breakfast is great. Interstate can be noisy if you are a light sleeper.
