Scottish Inn Maggie Valley

Our room was spacious, clean and staff were friendly. It was quiet and relaxing very comfortable.

The room was clean, but the heat didn't work and it was very cold in our room that night. the staff was not extremely helpful.

We had high hopes, but were let down. We were in the middle of an 18 hour drive and stopped for the night to take a break. Our goal was hot showers and restful sleep. We booked a room and completed check-in online in advanced. We had three adults. The check-in window is extremely hard to hear through. The bathroom had one small bar of soap. The toilet paper roll was almost fully used. There was hair stuck to the wall opposite the sink. The beds were painfully hard. The floor was squishy in parts. The lights were extremely bright outside the window, and blackout curtains were not provided. The TV remote didn't work. I don't think I could recommend this location to anyone at this time.

A place that has been remodeled nicely. It was clean and comfortable although the towels and rags need to be updated as well. But a nice stay

Lady was very rude at check in. Shower had holes in the surround and mold under neath.
