Calificación y opinión: Las instalaciones me parecieron adecuadas. Llevé un perrito pequeño de compañía y cobraron $750 pesos (aunque me hicieron un descuento del 50%). Aun así, considero que es algo caro, ya que mi perro no ensucia. Además, tuve que pagar $250 pesos por día de uso del hotel, un cargo que no estaba incluido en el precio mostrado en Expedia. Las albercas están bien cuidadas y agradables. Sin embargo, un punto negativo es que el hotel no tiene acceso directo a la playa. Hay camiones que salen cada hora hacia el Princess, y a las 15 y 45 minutos de cada hora hacia La Escala. El gimnasio cierra muy temprano; pienso que debería permanecer abierto hasta medianoche o, idealmente, las 24 horas. Solo funcionaba un elevador en la torre, por lo que había que esperar bastante o caminar a la otra torre para usar el otro. Tiene una pista muy linda que rodea el Fórum y parte del área de alberca, ideal para caminar o correr. El aire acondicionado hacía ruido por las noches; pedimos que lo revisaran, pero el problema continuó. Nos gustaron las albercas climatizadas, las habitaciones y la comida. El club de playa también está muy lindo y la posibilidad de ir a los otros hoteles está muy práctico. Lo que surgiría es que en las albercas pusieran algo en qué resguardarse del sol, algo así como las cuevas o puentes que tienen en el Princess

El hotel está muy bien. La infraestructura que tiene de zonas comunes (diferentes albercas, jacuzzi, cancha tenis, fútbol, arena, club de playa...) está muy bien y amplia. Las habitaciones también están muy bien. Sin embargo, falta servicio. Para pedir una bebida acercándote a la barra de la alberca, se tardan mucho. O desde el camastro, desde que conseguimos pedir (que no fue fácil) hasta que lo trajeron, se tardaron una hora.

Horrible olor a humedad en el cuarto. Y no sé qué les ha dado a los arquitectos por poner puertas de vidrio en los baños (aunque sean opacos por partes). Y tienen una cortinita llena de hongos para dar más "privacidad". El buffet de desayuno está bueno. Las instalaciones exteriores, buenas. Las albercas muy limpias.

El hotel es bastante bueno las instalaciones adecuadas, limpieza adecuada. Lo único es que no cuentan con frigobar ( al menos en mi habitación. Lo solicité y quedaron en enviarlo pero nunca llegó )

We had Franko check us in. He was very Friendly and did a excellent job. Rooms were abit dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Beds are smaller then what we are used to and they are very low. Food choices were good. Buffet service was slow next to nothing they didn't serve us well. Pools were warm on out chilly night. We tried the private beach. Our server Guillermo Giles did a great job better than any of the food staff members. Our drinks were always filled buckets stayed cold with ice. We definitely will stay here again. Thanks guys

En general todo es muy bonito. El personal muy amable. Sólo no nos gustó que jamás pudimos apagar el aire acondicionado y tampoco nos ayudaron a desconectarlo entonces hace ruido y frío toda la noche. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien.

The stay at this hotel was not what I was expecting at all. I paid more to have a better room and to begin it took over an hour to receive my room and a lady that was helping the girl that was checking us in was very rede and had a terrible service. It is not close to the beach and the pools close at 10pm but the worst part of all is that that we stayed at a better room and it was floated and ended up falling asleep with the maintenance guy fixing the roof. I will never stay here again. room and it took over an hogetp

I’m giving 1 start review for the staff & Service section thank you to the absolutely incompetent service from Erika at the front desk. Let’s do this really short”, I made my booking through Expedia, As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation, they had to dial and finally found it but they mentioned that it would take a while to get to their system so they offered me to wait in the hotel lobby, I mentioned that if I could go to the restaurant to eat while I waited for my reservation to arrive (it's worth mentioning that I had the all-inclusive package) as soon as Erika heard this she said rudely and arrogantly that no, I told her that there was no problem that I would pay for it and after they gave me a discount to which she arrogantly told me no that it wasn't possible, I told her that I would like to speak to her manager which she replied that she was in a meeting, I went straight to the restaurant to try to fix it but they told me that they depended on the Front desk, I returned to the lobby and demanded to speak to the manager and surprise! the manager Ana was always sitting in the concierge right next to the lobby which is why I realized that Erika did not want me to speak to her, Ana kindly was able to resolve everything and I appreciate her efficiency, other minor issues like the room wasn’t ready on a Tuesday and the room key fob wasn’t working.

Solo un elevador funcionaba para el edificio 1 del hotel, el tiempo de espera para hacer check in fue de 45 minutos, no me dieron la habitación que reservé, se escucha ruido y entra mucha luz a la habitación, además mi reserva costó más cara habiendo reservado una semana antes que haberlo hecha el día de mi llegada. Lo mejor son los botones / valet parking! Ellos si son atentos y pendientes.

Calificación y opinión: Las instalaciones me parecieron adecuadas. Llevé un perrito pequeño de compañía y cobraron $750 pesos (aunque me hicieron un descuento del 50%). Aun así, considero que es algo caro, ya que mi perro no ensucia. Además, tuve que pagar $250 pesos por día de uso del hotel, un cargo que no estaba incluido en el precio mostrado en Expedia. Las albercas están bien cuidadas y agradables. Sin embargo, un punto negativo es que el hotel no tiene acceso directo a la playa. Hay camiones que salen cada hora hacia el Princess, y a las 15 y 45 minutos de cada hora hacia La Escala. Muy buen hotel ,la comida muy rica ,mucha variedad,los restaurantes de especialidad 10 de 10, el paquete all inclusive muy completo ,los alientos en la alberca muy buenos con un menú extendido para ser en zona de alberca ,el club de playa nos encantó por que está a tan solo 5 minutos del hotel y hay un camión que te lleva por parte del hotel (incluido en el hospedaje ). A mis hijas les encantó .volveremos .

Horrible olor a humedad en el cuarto. Y no sé qué les ha dado a los arquitectos por poner puertas de vidrio en los baños (aunque sean opacos por partes). Y tienen una cortinita llena de hongos para dar más "privacidad". El buffet de desayuno está bueno. Las instalaciones exteriores, buenas. Las albercas muy limpias.

The property is huge & nice. They do not give you a map or tell you where things are. It was pretty hard trying to find things. Adult pool is on the other side of the hotel, building 1. There is no food there. Bartenders were friendly and fun. Pool is very boring! Meant for old people who want zero noise. Even the music at max volume is very low. The resort feels sad, not fun! We paid for all inclusive. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Food is limited, we had to walk to the other side of the resort to the family pools for food, than back. I wanted water, I asked the front desk & they said I had to dial 0 from my room for it. Why would I pay 200 pesos for water to be delivered? That’s stupid! I paid $160 and I can’t get a bottled water without paying for room service to bring it to me? We went for breakfast on checkout day. We had to wait until 7 am to eat. We needed to leave at 7:30. no food until 7am. The most annoying thing is they want you to sign a bill after everything, even when you paid for all inclusive. We got tired of waiting for the bill and learned to just leave, don’t worry they come running then. They act like I’m leaving without paying! Worse all inclusive we have been too. Our room was Huge and nice. Too many buttons for lights, like 15-20. Our bed had sand in it & we had not gotten into bed yet. Blood stain on sheets. It was not old blood. It was still red! Taxi to airport took 30 min for pickup.

Todo excelente, el cuarto perfecto. Limpieza muy bien, los restaurantes y su comida muy rico y abundante. Personal del hotel súper amable, especialmente Marla del restaurante Carnivore, Miguel el mesero de las albercas, y Sr. Escobar el supervisor del seguridad del club de playa. The stay at this hotel was not what I was expecting at all. I paid more to have a better room and to begin it took over an hour to receive my room and a lady that was helping the girl that was checking us in was very rede and had a terrible service. It is not close to the beach and the pools close at 10pm but the worst part of all is that that we stayed at a better room and it was floated and ended up falling asleep with the maintenance guy fixing the roof.
