The IAH Houston Hotel

Terrible expérience !! No towel in the room and the person at the reception said to us that she doesn’t have any more towel to give us cause the hôtel is overbooked

cabinet door in our room was hanging off the hinge, the sink stopper got stuck and we couldn't get it open, there were wall repairs in the bathroom that were poorly done and looked terrible, most of all the room smelled horrible when we walked in. It was like the air conditioner was pulling truck exhaust fumes fro the parking lot. Room 210. there was also not a room number posted outside the door. we had to guess based on the other rooms around and the key worked on the door. Saturday breakfast didn't start til 7am and we were expecting 6:30am. no one at the desk at 6:30 am to allow us to buy drinks and snacks. we were in a hurry and couldn't wait around. we won't be back

Staff friendly amenities nice!

The hôtel has overbooked and we did’nt have our room at our arrival. The service was really bad !!

Room was very dirty. Elevator was broken. Smelled like smoke no 24 hours shuttle like it is stated the breakfast was nasty.
