Everything was great minus the breakfast we tried to have on property. Server was rude and followed us out to chime into me and my partners conversation we were having about the service at The Latern. She followed us to the elevator and was trying to give us reasoning why we had not been served yet, we did not invite her into our conversation. We sat down heard another Party talking about how terrible the service was and then she went onto Help two other parties that sat after us so we just left. The room was lovely though. Other than the construction that was going on and the bad service we received. Everything else was great! Very helpful concierge. Also loved the free water bottles at the front because it was a very hot day.

The hotel was nice and in a good area; however, I booked a room with a King Bed and they gave me a room with a double bed. Upon check out, I was informed they would credit points to my World Hyatt account, but nothing as of yet and no response to my emails regarding this. Not cool as I didnt get what I legitimately paid for and booked.

We received a room for handicap accessible people that we didn’t need The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor … I don’t know why handicap accessible rooms are given to people with no handicaps We are seniors … seems discriminatory to me .. We had to be careful not to fall in the bathroom with so much water on the tile

The staff is really friendly and very accommodating for the most part. I asked for a chair to be removed from my room that clearly had someone else’s bodily fluids on it, showed a pic to the front desk, and it wasn’t removed. I had to change rooms for AC and cleanliness issues. I’d say the general state of cleanliness isn’t very good. For a new hotel, it’s kind of falling apart.
