Very impressed with this hotel. We have a 6:00am flight out of Bradley so were just looking for a decent place to spend the night. The front desk guy was very nice and personable and although their shuttle to the airport doesn't start until 7:00am they ordered us a Lyft at 4:45am at their expense.

The 2 treadmills didn't work and it wasn't much of a workout area. More than 2 people in there and you're cramped. Also, the pool is closed permanently. The restaurant doesn't take credit cards which would have been nice to know prior.

The property is OK it needs a lot of maintenance. The pool is not working and I think it’s been out of commission for a while. The ceilings are cracking in the room. The bathroom shower head was rusty. The toilet would not flush the maintenance had to come fix the toilet twice and after that it was still leaking water. This hotel needs some major renovation.

I booked this hotel because I don’t know the area at all and it said it had a restaurant and bar, along with a shuttle to the airport. I arrived and the water was out. I didn’t k ow where else to go, so I opted to stay because the water was going to be on later that evening. I asked about the restaurant and bar, and was told it was closed. Then I requested shuttle service and was told they don’t offer it, but they booked me a Lyft. At 10pm, the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate our rooms for 90 min. While the fire was out of their control, it just added to the other issues. 4 hours later, I had to be up to get to the airport. If I would’ve known about the restaurant and bar, I likely would’ve booked a cheaper hotel.

I waited an hour for a shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport. Very unprofessional. The ice machine didn’t work. I had to to another floor to get ice. Inconvenient.

Property had a massive water leak, we didnt get the king size room we paid for. Instead we got a room with two double beds. The hotel restaurant was closed indefinitely. The hotel pool is also permanently closed. The hotel gym equipment is additionally out of order. Very disappointed.

The bathtub was stained and had black in some corners and seams. AC, during the night was knocking repeatedly-loud. The lobby is nice and at first it seems like a nice hotel but our room was just okay.

The shower and the sink in the bathroom did not drain at all. Not sure how that could go unnoticed. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned, as when the shower steamed up the bathroom mirror, there were finger drawings all over it. I can only imagine what else wasn't cleaned if they did not do the bare minimum. I do have to give a shout out to Jeff at the front desk that heard me out and was very professional about the situation and kind.

Very efficient and quick check in. Room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable. Was able to unplug bathroom light so that it could be very dark for sleeping. Temperature stayed steady. Great shuttle driver to the airport.

After reading all the good reviews about this hotel, I was looking forward to staying there. The hotel did not meet what I thought it would be. The room smelled musty, there were holes in the walls, and everything was dinged up and worn out like it hadn’t been updated in quite a few years.

My room smelled like weed the moment you walked in. I complained but they didn’t do anything about it. The shower is clogged they need to fix it! But the overall place was ok. Would not go there again unfortunately the smell of weed was not pleasant!

I'm staying here because Hyatt House across the street was sold out. The hotel staff seem very relaxed here. Not rude, but also not that professional. The hotel needs MAJOR updates. The hotel overall appears to be unclean. Many stains on the carpet, water marks on ceilings, dead bugs in room light fixtures and that's just the beginning. I didn't know if the room was actually clean, so I brought cleaner and microban disinfectant spray. The room had an odd odor when I opened the door. The furniture is old and peeling. The fridge door is broken along with the freezer. The bathroom WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL. The tub had a dirt ring and a sticker on the bottom. The part where you turn the water on was hanging off the wall. The knob was VERY loose. I was worried if was going to fall off whike i was cleaning it and when i turned on the water. You could see strange dirt shadows on the shower walls. The baskets to hold your shower toiletries is barely connected to the shower and rusted. The mirrors in the room were also dirty and I had to clean them. There's hardly any storage for you to put your clothes away, but after I stepped into the room, I decided it was probably for the best that I don't do that anyway. The microwave appeared clean, but I still cleaned it myself to be sure. The room is extremely dim. There's one main light by the door which is the brightest. There's 2 lamps that are very dim by the bedside (one has holes in the shade) and 1 dim lamp on the desk by the TV. The beds

It use to be clean and quiet. Carpets are stained. Mattresses too soft. They book Art all teams so kids are running up and down the halls unsupervised. Plus- the families take over the lobby and outdoor space. It’s a zoo and trash barrels overflowing. They should post tournament weeks so others stay away.

I stayed for one night with my toddler and wished I could have stayed longer. I booked a Standard King room. It was spacious and clean. The balcony was a plus. My flight came in at night and the shuttle service picked me up from the airport. The wait was not long. The restaurant food was so good, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. I had an early flight and requested for the shuttle to bring me back to the airport at 4:30am. The shuttle was ready for me less than 10 minutes of my request. The driver was also very nice and helpful. I must say I received the best service that I’ve never experienced before in any hotel setting. I recommend 10/10.

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice, but the description is a bit misleading. This is NOT an airport adjacent hotel! It was a 20 minute drive away. Not a great option when your flight gets in at midnight. Also, it says two double beds but these were the smallest double beds I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t fit (as an adult) with my small child without one of us falling out. They’re good for one person only. The breakfast buffet was a joke- the same continental breakfast you see at every hotel (white bread and bagels in a clear acrylic case, cereal in containers) and it was like $14.95! The hot menu had more choices but still around $14-16. It was really disappointing but we were stuck without a vehicle so it was the only breakfast option. I’m hindsight I would have bought the vouchers with the booking to save money.

Our experience was great, from check in to check out the staff was great! We checked in and found an issue with our room that was quickly resolved with little hesitation by the staff; we were moved to a different room and we realized we left our food in the original room at midnight and without hesitation the staff helped us. At check out three hours later, we were greeted by the same staff members with smiles and wished us a safe trip and rest of our travels. It was everything you expect from a stay at a Hilton hotel. If management reads this, they should use this location to train other hotels in the same way. I will definitely stay at this location and encourage others to stay. Can’t give the staff any more accolades without sounding biased. Thank you for such a positive experience for me and my daughter even if it was a short stay.

1st time here. Room, bedding, bathroom all ok, very comfortable. Breakfast area a little confusing. We paid for the breakfast up front with the room charge. Most items were free, but some there was an additional charge. Also was told gratuity not included, even though we waited on our selves.

Easy check in. Plenty of offers to assist with our travels. Lobby is comfortable with many cozy nooks to sit and relax. King bed was comfy, plenty of amenities. Breakfast was affordable and one of the best omelets I've had.
