We stayed for a few days with our child. They enjoyed the pool (we did not, it was very cold!) but we did enjoy the hot tub! Sergio was amazing! They are a kind and thoughtful person, who gave us respectful attention and made us feel safe. Kudos and a raise to them!

This was a stay-cation for the indoor pool and hot tub on a cold winter day. Both were wonderful with lots of towels. Our bedroom had a door so we could have a different bedtime than the kids. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Breakfast was plentiful (eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc). No hot chocolate anymore so we'll bring our own packets next time.

We booked this hotel with the idea of using the hot tub as we were looking to relax for the weekend. Not only was the hot tub not working at all- the pool was full of screaming kids that really made the experience terrible. On top of that our TV wouldn't even turn on. We asked for a late checkout and they said they would charge us after a certain time- most hotels they are much more accommodating. Very unimpressed with our experience considering they didn't provide any discount and was almost $200 for one night. Awful.

From afar and in photos we saw prior to our stay, everything looked modern and sparkling new. But upon arrival we noticed cabinet doors were crooked, kitchen drawers were broken, the shower head had very low water pressure, and the indoor pool wasn’t heated. We’ve stayed at cheaper places with fewer amenities, yet their indoor pool was heated. Breakfast however was a saving grace, and so was the spaciousness of our suite. I’m not sure I can recommend this hotel.

it was like living at a resort with your own private condo the pool jacuzzi weight room and the spacious rooms the most favorite thing was the showers were so hot The View was fantastic I wish my condo in Florida was this nice anyway God bless had a great day my son lives nearby and this is a nice place to stay quiet and had a family atmosphere High home really

I was very disappointed in my stay. It was my first time there & I will never book that hotel again. All the money they want for the rooms & the bed was so uncomfortable & very hard to even sleep on. I couldn’t even sleep & then they put me on a floor where everyone kept complaining about my kids. My son has adhd & I asked them to move me to a different floor where there aren’t people that have the do not disturb signs. It was just horrible all together. The hot tub didn’t work & they never informed me about that before I checked in or before I even booked with them. Also, the pool was overly crowded. I had a horrible stay with them & I won’t ever do it again.

We have had many stays at the Hyatt House( latest 2019)- Windsor and this stay was by far the worst. We were not informed of the house keeping policy which is cleaning every third day of your stay. Even with that policy in effect, our room was never touched until day 4 of our stay (after requesting twice). Also our shower had strings of hair in the shower when we arrived on Sunday and a dirty microwave plate left in the microwave. We have loved staying here in the past but, again, this was the worst because we\'ve just not experienced this ever. Also staff was average. A few of them were really nice but later shifts made you feel as if you were"bothering" them. Times sure have changed!

Time for some upgrades on 2nd floor. I stayed less than a year ago and higher floor on back of the hotel was better kept. One tile was coming off in the bathrrom. The night stand was ruined. The ceiling in the bathroom had been poorly repaired. I wasn't fully assured that the room had been cleaned prior to my arrival other than the bed being made and towels were neatly hung.

The king studio was the perfect room for the three of us that were traveling together. After spending multiple days in a poor hotel, we came to Hartford and spent one night at the HYATT House. We were all incredibly pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat everything was after our previous experience at a different hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, there was a kitchen in the studio with a fridge, stove, and microwave, and a large TV that swiveled between the sitting area and the bed. The A/C worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to stay at this specific HYATT House location again, and I will certainly be considering the chain for more stays in the future.

Staff was extremely friendly - overall a great experience. The only downfall would be that the walls are very thin! You hear a lot of noise. We also had the outdoor light pointed directly in our window. It made for a really hard sleep.

My makeup bag fell out of my duffel bag as once I checked in and I noticed the next Day and asked the front desk to see if anyone brought it to the front desk or found it and no one even checked the cameras and never heard back from the maintenance manager. I was disappointed not more could be done, although it accidentally fell out of my possession.

Front desk staff was amazing to us. Our flight in was unpleasant and our front desk attendant was so kind and helpful and checked us in quickly. The bar/restaurant is good, you can tell the food was frozen but the presentation was nice and the bartender was also super personable.

It wasnt bad the breakfast was the only good thing the pool was freezing cold for it being a indoor pool and it being winter and the hot tub was way to hot like burning hot.. once i went upstairs and took a shower the water came out the shower it was a walk in shower and nothing was blocking the water from coming out so once 1 person took a shower the bathroom was flooded even coming out the door like it was bad and they came and all they did was leave me a mop with no bucket so after i mop we had to dry the floor with a towel cuz anyone could slip and i almost did slip and i had to dry it cuz the toilet was in the corner and when i came down to complain he was unprofessional couldn't resolve the issue there was nothing he could do and it really look like he didnt care he try to say it first time he ever heard of it which if you see how bad it was trust it couldn't be the first time...

Very easy navigation to the hotel. Got exactly the room that I reserved, and even a little bit better. The hotel staff from front desk agent to assistant general manager to bartender to the breakfast hostess Were all incredibly friendly and warm and responsive. It felt like staying at a friend's place. Their last act upon our checkout was reflective of the service throughout our Multi-day stay: I asked if the breakfast coffee was still out and the front desk agent told me it was not but then offered to get me a cup of coffee from the kitchen, which she did right away and with a smile. It was so nice and such a kind gesture to this weary traveler, and it's the little things like that that make this a great place to stay.

The room was large with a comfortable bed and a fridge/ freezer combo kitchen and microwave...the bed was pretty comfortably with many plug ins. It has 2 tvs... It lacked an in room safe and no hair dryer. I called down and requested a hair dryer and tissues, since the 1 box i had in my room was down to 5 tissues.... they sent up 3 tissue boxes, but i never got the hair dryer. The complimentary breakfast was lack luster and not very good quality. The eggs were bland, the pancakes were stiff, and the sausage was also basic and bland.Ive had much better at other hotels.

Only thing that was a bummer was that you had to sign up for pool time which was only an hour. Also was kinda bummed about the restaurant, it was more of a bar that had 5 food choices. Breakfast was fantastic and loved the room.
