Econo Lodge Troy

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We were there an entire weekend and there was NO hot water the whole time. The staff said the gas company was coming to fix it but they never did and that we would have to contact corporate office because they could not do anything to help. There was trash outside and the sidewalks were just dingy and dirty. The toilet in our room also ran most of them time, which was noisy. We will not stay again and will not recommend it to anyone.

For the price, this hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms smelled great. We will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes so strongly I had to go get rooms spray. Also, as we were going to bed I looked down and a roach was crawling across the floor. I would not stay here again. Even for the price, it was BAD!

Room was older but comfortable beds and pillows and very clean. Staff was great.

Checkin went well and was quick. Clean room but some old furnishings. Slept well
