I can't review this hotel, because upon checking in I found out the hot tub was not working, and therefore I chose to stay elsewhere. I appreciate that even though I had prepaid for my stay, the hotel manager worked with hotels.com to get me a speedy refund.

Rooms were clean! Jackie, who worked the breakfast was amazing - so friendly! Loved talking to her and she made sure we had everything we needed. We were disappointed the pool was closed because the hot tub wasn’t working? We have children and a pool is a big reason why we book certain hotels. Would have booked somewhere else had we known that.

Front desk team was very friendly and accommodating. One thing of note, there is NOT a gym in the hotel. They partner with anytime fitness which is a 3 min drive. Anytime was awesome but if you don’t have a car obviously would be a minor inconvenience. Rooms are ok. Not many creature comforts but that is this brand. Not a slam against the hotel. But you get what you pay for.

Remodeled room including microwave and refrigerator w/ separate freezer. Could use a nightlight in bath area. Good breakfast selection including eggs (powdered), bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and waffle machines. Coffee, tea, cocoa machine available 24 hr/dy. They only service room every 3 days, something new for me; but was OK. No elevator service during our stay because installing new elevator; didn't affect us since we had 1st floor room.

The elevator was not working. I called ahead to see if the hot tub was working they said yes. The jets were barely blowing and the tub had lots of sand in it and could have more water.

We stayed the night for an event in Hudson , Wi. It looked fine and was clean. However the check in line was ridiculous and it took over 1/2 hour to check in. Then when I got to the desk their was a sign that the elevator was broken. I had a severe leg injury and stairs are very difficult. I requested a main floor room and they did not have one. So we had to be on second floor. It was not easy. The room was good. It was clean.

Very clean in the hotel. Slight delay when checking in but it wasn't long. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was simple with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal and toast.Cannot think of anything less than my expectations

This hotel needs a good cleaning in all areas as the hall carpets are dirty and corners and under the beds are also dirty. The overall hotel needs a facelift and updating to come up to Radisson standards.

The room was very clean and smelled amazing! The hallway needed vacuuming and smelled a little funky. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was very good. The bedding was soft and very comfortable.

We checked into our room and both bedskirts had mold on them. We moved rooms and the 2nd room had mold all over the curtain, right above the air conditioner so it was blowing it into the room. They were fully booked so they could not move us to a different room. The desk personnel said they would leave a note for the manager to contact us. We have not heard from them yet. The maintenance person was supposed to come in to change the curtain out during our stay, but we were told “they didn’t come in as they had to bring a ladder and didn’t know how much stuff you had in the room”. For $260/night, this was absolutely disgusting.

When we arrived at the hotel the woman at the front desk told us that she wasn’t sure if we were going to be able to stay for the 2 nights we had reserved. She figured it out and found us a room. When we walked in our room was 72° and very muggy and musty and full of mold in the bathroom, on the bathroom sink, all over the ceilings. We woke up with horrible headaches and stuffy noses. We went to the front desk and had let them know. The next day that our room was full of mold. They switched us to the room next door. They told us we would get a discount but I have yet to see anything on my account. We should’ve gotten a full refund on the room for that night just based on how unsafe it was to having guests staying in a room that full of mold.

Bed sheets had stains everywhere on it. Also the couch in are room had tons of stains on it. The bathroom door frame had mold on it. And the tub towel that is left on the tub was wet like it was never replaced

Was disappointed in the room. Beds are comfortable but cleanliness was an issue. Room smelled very musty. Some ants present in room. Mainly though bed was made with stained (dirty) sheets. We addressed these with front desk but didn’t get much in terms of resolution. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Was conveniet area for our purposes. Close to restaurants and shopping. Clean but the water pressure was barely adequate as was the lighting. We had a king room with sofa, stumbling in the dark to find a lightswitch on the table lamp.

Front desk guy was not very friendly. He let me check in early however. Shower was horrible. Very low water pressure. Bathroom sink plugged. Carpet filthy. Needs to be replaced. Drawers on chest kept opening. No water provided in room. Breakfast was ok. OJ tasted terrible.

Check in was quick and our room was clean and we really liked the set up of our room. Separate lounging area from the nice but firm king bed. Nice little fridge and bar sink. Bathroom was generously sized although the water pressure was pretty wimpy in the shower that was the only negative of the bathroom. I really appreciated that the a/c unit had the constant on feature so we didn’t have that annoying on and off cycling all night long and keeping me awake. Bed was comfortable but firm and pillows and linens were very nice quality. Here’s where this hotel really stood out for us. The room was SO QUIET! The hotel was fully booked on a weekend and still so quiet! We were on the third floor and we heard no doors slamming or people talking in the hallway or kids. That was fantastic! Pool area was decent and clean. One drawback was the elevator was so busy and needed a cleaning up! Floor was dirty. I would consider visiting the area again and staying in the same place.

My room had a lot of issues: 1. the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable 2. The faucet in the sink was falling apart 3. The coffee pot didn't work 4. The shower had very little water pressure but worse than that it was an accessible shower, and the shower head was loose so It wouldn't stay up - the nozzle wouldn't stay in place - was on my midsection only Around 1 am there I was woke up by some very loud guests in the hallway. They tried to get the breakfast right but the eggs were horrible, they have some sort of fruity or sour taste. For the price that I paid here, I will not stay again in the future.

ripped us off for about $500 Too much on our bank card. The room was only 282.and ruined our entire trip by overcharging.Us that much no supervisors are here to work this out... Nobody here can fix our bank account. Now that they took that much, we might have to wait up to 7 days to get our money returned. Was planning a great Visit to still water today. But have no money thanks to them. Very pissed off.

When we arrived the front desk gave me a key to the wrong room that no one was staying in. So I went back down to asked if there was a mistake and he apologized, then gave me the another key. This key opened an occupied room. I could have gone in and done anything I wanted. But, I went back again and he finally gave me the right key. As I walked to the right room, a person who appeared to be the manager told me she would give me a discount on the room for our trouble; however, we never heard from her again and we never received a discount. The front desk employee was a very nice person that seemed to make an honest mistake, but I didn’t understand why the manager made a point to me about giving me a discount and then ignoring it. The hotel itself was ok, but needed touch up paint and was slightly outdated. Breakfast was ok, but the eggs had a green gray color that looked very unappealing. Great bed and the sheets were super comfortable.

They could not accommodate a 30 min early check in so we could catch our shuttle ride to a wedding. When we returned T 11 pm, no one was at the desk so we waited 10-15 min for someone to return to the desk. Our calls went unanswered. The hotel lobby and halls were in rough shape and dirty. Two of the three staff interactions were with rude employees. Overall, this property was not worth the top dollar they charged.

Was given the keys to our room and when we went to said room, there was a family already staying in the room. They were sleeping in the beds. Was told this happened 3 times that day. The next day the hotel called to ask what room we were staying in because another guest was given the keys to our room. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe. Did not feel like we could have any privacy unless we put the lock on the door.

The property was mostly recently remodeled & clean. The hallways & pool area were definitely outdated & not as clean, but overall everything was nice. The bathroom door in our room was not able to be completely closed, so thankfully none of us cared about complete privacy. The location was convenient for our travel plans, and easy to find. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Front desk staff was friendly. Biggest complaint was that our car received MULTIPLE dings while parked over night. I know this is not necessarily the fault of the property, but a word of caution to perhaps park as far away as possible to avoid the narrow parking stalls.

Nothing fancy, but functional hits stay with a warm breakfast and pool. Room was clean and spacious. We Ubered into downtown Stillwater for a very reasonable price.

Breakfast was great, room was quiet, bed wasn’t fantastic but it’s really tough to beat the mattress I’m used to at home. Linens were clean and soft and exactly what was needed on a hot summer night with the a/c blasting. Downside was that I had two extra charges on my card that I had to call to have fixed. Either way we’ll be staying here again.

Nice hotel, comfy bed & plenty of space in the room. Nice to have an extra sink & fridge with decent size freezer. Breakfast was good, hot items - eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles. When things ran out (yogurt) they were not replenished. Overall a good value in a really scenic area.
