Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Stillwater, MN

We were awakened at 5am on our day of checkout by the night manager claiming there was excessive banging coming from our room. I told the manager we were sleeping from 9:30pm until he woke us up. The manager then claimed he just received a call from the unit below us rm236. Unfortunately for him my sister was in that room and they checked out at 2:30am to drive home. When we checked out the desk told us the night manager told her that he had several complaints about our room and he even went to our room and could hear us making excessive noise. We are both in our 60's and we attended our cousins funeral the day before we were exhausted and we both fell into deep sleeps. The entire staff called us liars and offered no apologies for their mistake. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out we felt very uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff. My wife and I both work in the travel industry and this hotel will never be one we recommend to any one traveling in this area. Room was clean breakfast was ok staff was terrible.

Pool was very warm & hot tub was very hot, loved them both. Room was very big & clean only different thing was no carpet so the floors were cold to walk on. breakfast was ok

Our initial room the remote blinds didn’t work. The front desk immediately came up with new key cards and switched our room. Staff was friendly, breakfast and pool which we always look for in our stays was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.
