Gorgeous hotel! Free parking was a bonus in a busy walkable area. The rooftop hot tub was clean and large. The restaurant is really good. My only comment would be that the room we were in didnt have an iron.

Property and staff were amazing. Elevator was broken but the staff was more than happy to help carry items up and down the stairs. Was still a bit inconvenient but would stay there again for sure. Location was amazing!

Love this cute boutique hotel. My wife and I have come the last 2 years for a romantic getaway. The only problem is the hot tub is right outside a meeting room that has business meetings every time we’ve been there. She’s not comfortable going into the hot tub with businessmen having a meeting right there. Significantly impacts the romantic aspect of our time there. Other than that, we love the place.

Stillwater is just a great place to eat- drink-shop! Crosby was good. A few little things- cheap air dryer- shower head was very average. The upstairs hot tub is really cool- but I was up there during the day and there is a meeting room with all glass walls that over looks the hot tub. I was uncomfortable with all the men seeing right into hot tub- just a bit awkward. The rest of hotel was really nice!!!

While it was cool being right along Main Street and walking just about everywhere, the hotel itself felt a bit overpriced considering our overall experience. We had to borrow an extension cord from the hotel staff just to be able to plug in a white noise machine or charge phones near the bed as the nearest plugs were on the opposite side of the hotel room. There was no mini-fridge in the room, and ice had to be procured from hotel staff (no ice machines). The bed was aesthetically cool, but my wife is 8 months pregnant and struggled getting up or down from the low platform. We did utilize the rooftop spa pool (a big reason why we booked this spot) and it was a nice feature, but very crowded with drunk people even at 4 in the afternoon. We returned to it the next morning for a quieter experience and this was the right call. The main perks were the location as well as our room's balcony which overlooked Main...we were able to people watch - it felt like a parade, or like being at the State Fair!

I was excited to stay at the Hotel Crosby as it had been recommended to me by a friend. The lobby was really nice and I liked the design of the hotel. The location in downtown Stillwater is perfect and it was nice to have parking for the hotel in a ramp. I liked the design of my hotel room but in terms of cleanliness it was definitely lacking. The bathroom was covered in beard hair from a man shaving and had definitely not been cleaned thoroughly and there was trash on the side of both queen beds. The sink was really scratched up and not in very good condition and one of the curtains was ripped at the top. I’d expect a higher level of cleaning for a hotel of this price point and caliber. The hotel was also quite noisy which I know can happen but I didn’t enjoy being woken up at two am to guests seemingly drunk and talking very loudly in the halls. Overall, a nice hotel but definitely could use some refining to offer a better guest experience.

So happy we call Stillwater home as next time we will just stay in our own bed and send the kids to grandparent’s. Beautiful building but layout is strange. Feel like you are walking through maid’s quarters to get to the front desk then while coming and going from the hotel you just feel you are entering and exiting the restaurant. Beds were crazy firm and pillows were complete opposite; too soft and flat. Room was very clean but the common areas were quite dirty especially the hall bathrooms. Window cleaners were cleaning our windows while we were in the room-awkward. Rooftop was a very nice space but the views were not great, just of neighboring buildings. Check in and out was easy and straight forward and parking was nice.

There nice place to stay. Convenient for walking main street. The only down side was the window shades did a poor job of blocking morning light and we were on the west side of the building. The light bounced off the buildings to the west of the hotel and light up the whole room.

Hotel was great. Parking garage is next door so it's a little hassle. No refrigerator in room, thought that was mandatory but guess not. Bathroom was weird design. It was handicapped accessible but the shower curtain was not installed correctly so there was water all over the bathroom floor and that was very slippery! Hotel and rooms are beautiful and everything was super clean and staff was great. Just wish I would've known about refrigerator just to have cold water etc. No black out curtains either. For the price I thought some of these basic things would have been included.

Very modern, hip, new feeling property. Large, spacious suite. Only downside, we were given a suite with a balcony directly on the main street road which was noisy. Also, they need blackout drapes. Otherwise, lovely place with a very young, hip vibe.

Really Nice! I really liked that they called us ahead to let us know we can check in early :-) Friendly and nice staff, great location. We traveled with kids, there was no fridge in our room so it was inconvenient but staff were very helpful to get some ice for our cooler. Would love to come back for sure!

Loved the location. Excellent staff, restaurant on site is fantastic! Rooms are small, poorly furnished. No tables- chairs beside a corner chair and ottoman. Rooms need updating, (more light and comfort). No fridge, Microwave. You only feel like you can sleep there.

Great service! Really cool spaces, nice amenities. Very centrally located, nice bars, restaurants and shops close by. Bed was too firm and was on an awkward platform that could be very difficult for an older person.

Came for a wedding weekend.. no closet to hang clothes, no mini fridge, no ice machine, low quality bedding.. worst part though was sharing the room with male family members and trying to get ready in the bathroom. It’s a sliding barn door with a full open peep view.. you can’t give anyone privacy without staying completely away from half the room. The “aesthetic” being the focus of designing this room meant that function and comfort suffered. The patio furniture has been weathered down to gross looking. They could all use a good sanding and restain, rooftop was filled with dying sad plants and a million spider webs so we didn’t stick around there too long either. The pics and reviews make this place seem high end luxury so justifying spending a grand on 2 nights in Stillwater seems a bit less painful, but the reality of what you get is a big let down.

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent and I highly recommend! Our balcony was nice but overlooked the restaurant dumpster which was disappointing watching garbage getting thrown out while enjoying the outdoors. The hotel was quiet, has a great 3rd floor deck with a hot tub, but my pants were wet from enjoying the patio furniture as the cushions were left out the night before during a rainstorm. The king bed was awesome, unfortunately the room had a red blinking light the whole night which kept us up - no sound so not sure why it kept blinking. Excellent location in Stillwater for exploring and shopping on Main Street.

The hotel location was great! Walkable distance from the riverboat rides, downtown, and the walking bridge. The restaurant's had a non traditional family style menu. Two downsides though: the front desk staff (most of them I encountered) seemed checked out, and the beds were really stiff.

Loved Hotel Crosby and would definitely stay again. All the staff were attentive and helpful. In fact, my husband broke a pair of reading glasses and could not find the lens and staff called me after we left to let me know. Now that is service. I have read some complaints about rooms not having a refrigerator, however, staff told me that refrigerators are supplied upon request. Expedia should update this information. My only suggestion is for outlets/charging stations to be close to the bed for phones and other technology.

We had exceptional customer service and the staff was very friendly and made our visit memorable! We will be going back for future trips and family get togethers. Refreshing to have a fine hotel close to home. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Another great stay at the Crosby. Definitely worth spending more for a premiere room as the beds are more comfortable. Right on Main Street so excellent location, free parking too. Staff all super friendly. Matchstick, the hotel bar/restaurant rivals anything in NYC, LA or Chicago given the sheer number of bourbons they have.

Nice spot right on the main strip. Some drawbacks were the street noise at night with loud cars and activity. The blinds in the room where black but let in alot of light in the morning. If you are one to be awakened by light this room would not be for you.

They have a beautiful 1st Floor and Lobby, with an outstanding bar/restaurant. And our room was very nicely appointed, and quiet as well. Finally, it has a great location in the heart of downtown Stillwater -- close to many restaurants and bars, and lots of shopping too.

Overall nice, comfortable room, and excellent service. There is no ice machine, but staff brings ice and extra tea and coffee immediately upon request. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Overall the room and the bed were extremely comfortable. However, when you book, ask about the layout of the bedroom and the bedframe. We had a very strange, hard wooden block as a bed frame that somebody must have thought was stylish, however it extended about 24 inches away from the mattress and made it very awkward and uncomfortable to get in and out of bed. this was annoying. If we had any joint issues or were any older, it would not have worked for us. The rooms are not at all soundproof. every evening we heard thumping music and people laughing and screaming in the bar, as well as loud neighbors. The atmosphere of the restaurant bar and lobby is warm and welcoming. Food is delicious. However dishes come out in random awkward order and are sloppy to try to share without proper plates and serving utensils. It is not at all a fine dining experience, but the food is delicious. they say it is tapas style so that they don’t have to plan the timing of your food, but the dishes are not tapas dishes. It’s a great restaurant for a romantic evening when you are sharing food. It would be awkward for business.

Disappointed with the window shades not keeping the room dark to sleep. We had several string lights shine directly into the room. Also the A/C would turn off and not keep the room cool, especially while sleeping. Is this intentional? Odd to have to use our cell to talk to hotel staff. Excellent food at Matchstick. Loved the ambiance of this hotel: brick and dark beams, and super convenient location right on the main street of Stillwater. Also, free parking garage was great. The only thing not great was the mediocre coffee, and no breakfast available in the building or the attached restaurant. We had to walk several blocks to a breakfast place - or a full block for a good cup of coffee. Otherwise, we had a great time! The staff was very nice, responsive, and we got to check in 3 hours early!

We loved everything about our stay with the exception of the room service. The second day we did not have dry towels or coffee & creamer. Our suite wasn't touched by room service when we got back in the evening.

The only odd thing that was a mild inconvenience is there is no mini fridge in the room, also no ice machines, they will bring you a bucket of ice to your room, but you can't get it yourself, otherwise this place was simply amazing! Will definitely stay here again!
