Noisy on Westferry Rd, with very little fresh air (and no air con) in mid summer. Could have been cleaner - floors not the cleanest with dust balls etc. Minimal kitchen utensils and the washing machine quite outdated and very hard to operate. Apartment corridor also smelt of cigarette smoke.

What a beautiful apartment Great location, short walk to the tube station Apartment was lovely and clean, with everything you would need for longer stays (we were gutted we were only there one night) Sofa bed was made up on our arrival The balcony was a lovely surprise, perfect for a glass of vino at night and your cuppa in the morning All in all a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Unfortunate that the lift was not working as we were on the sixth floor but they were actively trying to fix it. The pre-booked parking was no problem upon arrival and we were given complimentary early check-in. A small problem with one of the bedrooms not having been unlocked prior to our arrival but it was quickly resolved. We were unable to get the air-conditioning to work which was unfortunate as it was particularly humid that day, but fans were provided in each bedroom and we were only staying one night so we didn't make a complaint. The picture on the TV was purple and unwatchable but, again, we did not complain as we were only using the accomodation as a base for our visit to the O2. Nice quiet (for London) area and suitable for our family with teenage children stay. Would have preferred some complimentary regular coffee rather than just nespresso.

Property was quiet, spacious and very clean. Just a few very minor items…some doors wouldn’t remain closed or open without the use of a door stop. If you plan to do laundry, be prepared to only launder 1 small load a day. Only a 7-10 minute walk to the tube station and mall.

Great apartment. The cleanliness is to a high standard. The facilities are great. Spacious apartments and nicely furnished/decorated. Easy check in and check out process. Receptionists are informative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are not clean. We had a smell in our fridge that would not go away and they didn’t do anything about it. They don’t replace towels or give you extra towels. Wouldn’t recommend. The neighborhood is not safe and trash all over the street.

good size, oven, grill, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher. luxury toiletries pillows quiet area location smart tv with apps communal areas clean and tidy -upon arrival corridoor to apartment smelled of cannabis - only 2 dinner plates (there were 3 of us) - immediately took a "damage deposit" as opposed to just holding it and now have to wait for it to be returned - apartment floor not cleaned properly, resulting in dirty feet! - apartment was far too warm and quite stuffy during the night - quite basic furnishing, comfy armchair would be nice. Overall acceptable for price point but a little disappointed to have been told it would be an additional fee to have 2 twin beds as opposed to a double! General cleanliness in the apartment was good, just the floor was dirty upon our arrival. Would stay again if needed a self catering apartment but would prefer a better one.

Lovely stay! Very convenient for visiting canary wharf! Initially we didn't like our room as the door opened straight onto the main street so we were able to change immediately. The second room was much better, very clean, felt very safe and so great being able to save some money and cook our own food. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice property. The only issue is that all the pictures you see are rooms with view and a balcony. We got the ground floor,so we heard a lot of road noise. The only real issue we had was that we ran out of toilet paper and they said we had to buy our own, which does not make sense. The other issue was not with the property but the location,you needed to take the train everywhere, we about 4 to 6 stop away from all the touristy areas.

Was upgraded from the studio to the 1 bed flat due to availability but the place was still nice, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. My only complaint is at 1-2am there were people screaming outside and driving up and down the road, whilst that can’t be helped it would be nice if there was better sound proofing. Also your door handle to the front desk does not look like a door handle The metal looks like part of the wall.

We chose this property because of its location close to Canary Wharf. We have stayed in the area twice before and in that regard we were not disappointed. We thought the apartment was very sparsely furnished with little comfortable seating and the bed and pillows not to our liking. The bath lacked a bath mat and grab bars so taking a shower without slipping was a risky experience. I don't think we would choose this property again.

Location on the edge of Canary Wharf is nice - walking distance to transportation and restaurants. And the apartments are spacious and clean BUT… DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER!! It is not clear in the ad but none of the apartments have Air Conditioning. It is hot - like uncomfortable stifling hot - and impossible to sleep even with fan they provide and windows open. I was stuck there for a week during a business trip. I was so exhausted I missed several meetings. I begged and Expedia tried to reach them so I could get a refund and book somewhere else but they simply refused to communicate. Shameful customer service! They already had my money for a few nights - why not let me out of my reservation for the rest of the nights and let me find something more habitable?

Stayed for a long weekend with my family. Staff on reception were brilliant, so helpful. We even got a room upgrade we didn’t expect. The views of the Thames was great with 2 balconies. Couldn’t fault location, so near to tube station. Canary Wharf is a great safe place to stay

We had no hot water our entire stay. We could into wash our hands, faces, or body’s with hot water. Ask to have it fixed, no change. Asked for help to resolve the issue and no change. Will be contacting Expedia next.

We stayed in the deluxe apartment and it was perfect for a small family. It truly felt like home! Front desk was accommodating and VERY nice!! I’d stay here ANYDAY and I am a VERY picky person! The value for money is amazing and this is just the perfect place for the right price!

Terrible. They gave our room to another family, so we had to have two separate double rooms, instead of one family room. No alternative family rooms available in other hotels. In our room, the sink was blocked and shower very difficult to control. The same with the air conditioning, it didnt seem to work. In short, dont bother staying here!

Properties were actually good. We booked two apartments for our family Christmas trip. One had a smoke alarm that was loudly beeping every minute. We reported when we left at 4pm. We got back at midnight and it was still occuring which we reported to the person at concierge. He really wasn't helpful and tried to tell us it was normal (it's obviously not and a sign that the battery is dead). As it was midnight we offered a compromise of unlocking the unused bedroom at which he said that was a problem as it would cost them to clean it in the morning. It might be, but it's not out problem in the slightest. The room was for our 88 year old grandmother so really poorly handled. Have to say the other staff on reception were really nice and helpful. Just a shame the issue wasn't resolved.

Good communication before and during stay. Knowledgeable staff and check in was easy. Accommodation was clean tidy, quiet and comfortable. Only thing was no TV in bedroom, but not a game changer. Easy access to the tube and easy walk to places to eat if you don't want to go into town. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

We visited during festive time of Christmas/New Year period of 2024/2025 Overall, it is good place to stay. Goos size apartment with fully functional kitchen. Location was good with walking distance to Metro stations and Pier for Uber Boat. We found it to be safe to walk to and from Metro stations even late evening. There are two good grocery stores and bus stops if you need to take bus. Junt note that it is little away from London central district so account for commuting time Reception Staff was very courteous and helpful. We interacted with Afzal I Hope I remember it correctly), and he was super helpful. We found two minor issues, but it was not a big deal. - Towel they gave were shredding all cotton fibers and fibers were left on our bodies after the shower and all over the room. - Towel Warmer was not turned on. Even after we were told servicing technician will turn it on, no one came to turn it on.

Ideal for a short break with a family. Apartment is spacious and functional but nothing fancy. Bed and sofa bed are comfy. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk and it’s a ten minute walk to all the shops and restaurants at Canary Wharf. The river boat stop is ten minutes walk and a nice way to get into central London versus the underground.
