Best Western Kenner

The location was great, right off the freeway. The hotel is fairly old, so there was a lot of patchwork paint and caulking in the room, specifically the bathroom and shower. The water pressure in the shower wasn't that great. I liked that the room was cleaned up every day. For the hotel to be in the shape it was in, the cleaning helped. The staff was nice and courteous. It was great to have a laundry room on-site; it only takes quarters, and the staff didn't have change, and there was no change machine. It's difficult because many people don't carry cash nowadays.

Breakfast was decent, not an elaborate spread, but had the regular items you expect from a hotel. I believe we met the owner, he didn't introduce himself, but he was very caring about everyone who was in the dining hall. He spoke with everyone, asked if they needed anything, and greeted us with a nice day ahead. Very genuine.

Breakfast was alright. Sausage tasted like rubber. Besides that, not a bad stay.

Staff was really nice and I was able to check into my room early with no problems

Breakfast was limited and not good. Coffee was very weak. And above all my room that I stayed in spelt like period blood, it was so gross. I did tell front desk. They couldn’t change my room and offered Lysol spray.
