Nice area near everything you'd want to experience in Chicago. Parking for dropoff is very limited and stressful unloading. DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT NEXT TO THE HOTEL- you'll be charged $50 (no prices posted). Rooms were clean but weird. Glass panels next to the bed gave you a view of showering and the toilet. No microwave and the balcony isn't available. Broken elevators- had one elevator working for a 25 story building. Was OK for the price and a good area, but probably won't stay here again.

The valet service was extremely disappointing. We had to park our own car and handle our own luggage every time we arrived or left, which completely defeats the purpose of valet. From the start, things felt off—when we first arrived to check in, the valet attendant actually followed us upstairs to collect payment upfront, which was very unusual and uncomfortable. The service overall was subpar and did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. I was also let down by the quality of the bed—it simply wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been. I wont be staying again.

The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. We appreciated the decor in the lobby, however the bar was not open at night for us to enjoy it. After taking our keys to park our car at a rate of nearly $60 for overnight parking, the same valet told the next person to park their car that there was a parking facility one block away that had overnight parking for under $40. That same valet was nowhere to be found when we checked out the next day for over 20 minutes - it turned out he was sitting inside out of sight the whole time. The room was nice, clean, and modern - but small compared to other downtown rooms we have stayed in. The shower was incredibly awkward in that it shared a pane of glass with the bedroom with a privacy curtain within the room itself. This meant you had little to no privacy while taking a shower or using the toilet, which was awkward. The location of the hotel was a definite plus in its relation to downtown.

The room was nice and clean. The heat and air was self controlled, which was good for me. Being a V.I.P member came with its perks (20% on site food and spa services). The balcony was not accessible but the view was great. Will stay here plenty of more times!

My stay at Eurostars Magnificent Mile was honestly a conundrum. The customer service was decent for the most part, but they barely answer the phone or leave you on hold forever. Checking in was smooth though. We got there early and they let us check in, which I appreciated. The first room we walked into was just bad. It had a strong, weird smell and you can’t open any windows or go on the balcony, so it felt trapped and stuffy. We asked to switch rooms, and thankfully they did. The second room was bigger, but it stayed super mucky and moist the whole time, like the windows were constantly fogged up and literally dripping wet. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way, and I don’t think the vent worked because the air just felt heavy and damp. The ceiling looked like it was supposed to be artsy, but it just came off like random stains. For what we paid, I’ve stayed in way better hotels. The only real plus was the location & you can walk everywhere, and the little restaurant downstairs was cute. Overall, I WOULD NOT stay here again. The moisture, smell, and general feel of the room just threw me off. It didn’t feel clean or cozy enough for us, and I don’t like feeling sticky in my own room.

Maybe I’m just use to the Dana being a previous guest but the drawers weren’t clean so I couldn’t put my clothes away, clearly the head board wasn’t clean so I Bought Lysol wipes to clean it blonde hair in the drawers and worse soap scum and mildew or mold in the bathroom. This is definitely not luxury anymore I wish I knew before I booked the staff was amazing but I wish my room was in better conditions

We really enjoy staying at the Eurostars hotel in downtown Chicago. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly, and it smells good. We mostly love the view you get at this hotel with the floor to ceiling windows. However this time we got a room with a cement view, other than that it was a great stay!

I liked the cleanliness ond comfort of the room. Housekeeping was excellent. The rain shower in the bathroom and water pressure was amazing as well. The only issue with the room is the lack of power outlets near the bed headboard. It was difficult to charge our cell phones near the beds. We had to charge them far away at the desk (where the outlets were located) instead of close to the beds making cellphone use while charging impossible.

This is a TikTok hotel, looks really nice but when you get inside the room it’s just a small room. The bathroom shower doesn’t have a door that closes. The door the the bathroom doesn’t close all the way. Who wants to shower with a cold breeze in the bathroom. I chose it because i thought i was going to get a luxury experience I did not. It’s not a bad hotel at all but it didn’t live up to the clot.

Overall it was a great experience. Everyine was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of sound proofing. On the 9th floor and could hear the street like my window was open ont he first floor. Crazy.

Good location, there was plenty of security which is a good thing I guess as its Chicago. Check in people were nice. Bar closes at 10pm which is lame in a big city. Room was good size but thats about it. Black out blinds don't work as they let in beams of light early in the morning which catch you no matter where you sleep as the sun rises. The bed is old so it has a lumpy sinking feeling - definitely not new. Windows are single pane so every siren and car sound could be heard even on the 21st floor. On Halloween night with the crazy people in town it never stopped so hard to sleep. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door with no latch - which saves space but does not work in a practical world . It was unbalanced from so much use and no repair so it was impossible to close the door - it kept opening. So that's not cool in a shared room. I told reception but they could not fix it at the time and we didn't want to spend time moving rooms while on holidays. So not great for a modern hotel but good location.

A great hotel in a very convenient location. Two blocks from a subway station and right in the center of all the restaurants and shopping of River North. Whole Foods and groceries stores right around the corner. Staff was excellent and took care of us after some mishaps with the airline and our reservation. Very attentive and friendly the entire trip. Will stay here again next time I'm in Chicago!

Called for hours before checking in and was unable to reach anyone. Checked in and staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience. Booked through Expedia and was told to contact hotel through an email address, which was given as “——-@———“. I was told I could contact the front desk through the phone in my room, which is missing the battery and cannot even make any calls, which I find to be a safety concern. The room was nice, but smelled of mold/mildew.

The check-in was painfully slow, we didn’t line up or anything, in fact we checked in late so we walked right up to the reception desk, it was late (130am) and what should be a quick process to almost 30 minutes. The hotel was fine and the stay was good, just the length of time to check in was painfully long.

I loved the hospitality of all of the staff and checking in was incredibly easy. A professional driver option is an addition you can book through the hotel and he was so amazing picking us up and helping us get to EuroStars safely. We were able to check in early and settle down in impeccably clean rooms. A beautiful establishment, this will be my go-to place to stay while in Chicago.

From the entrance downstairs you are greeted with such a warm welcome. The staff were absolutely incredible. This stay made my birthday ! Extended my stay after my first night here. Looking forward to booking again !

Didn't get our VIP discount, because nobody told us we needed to ask for a voucher to the resteraunt that isn't part of the hotel. Upgraded room was super basic, not sure what was better about it. Very limited in amenities. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were kicked out of a seated area when waiting for a taxi and there was nowhere else to stand, so we had to wait in the rain. Desk help basically didn't speak to us other than to ask for ID. Service was awful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We picked the hotel for its location (near Magnificent Mile but not on Michigan Ave.). Even having lived in Chicago for years, I underestimated how good the location would be. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and just a couple of blocks from the Red Line. The staff was lovely and welcoming and very helpful. The room was beautiful, quite large, and with amazing views. This is our new Chicago Hotel! Highly recommended.

Amazing staff and service walking distance to Gold Coast beach and the lake, and Maginificient Mile, there is a true food kitchen and Barry’s boot camp next door to it, safe area even at night, walking distance to Tao night club and has an amazing rooftop bar and lounge and restaurant down stairs food is amazing! Rooms are floor to ceiling windows with really nice bathrooms, and hardwood flooring This is hands down my favorite boutique hotel in Chicago

Eurostars was such a pleasant surprise to an awesome weekend in Chicago. The staff was outstanding and our King room had an awesome view. The location is fantastic and the convenient River North Bistro was perfect for breakfast each day.

The property had room service, but anytime you tried to order it from the website. It said they were not accepting orders. And when you tried to call, no one answered. So when I called the front desk to see what was going on, they told me just put in your room number and it should work. There is no option to even put in my room number because I couldn’t even click on the food to order it. And then the electricity went out for my last night, so I had nothing to do but to go to bed. It was just not the type of service I was expecting. For the price of the room I honestly could’ve found better.

I enjoyed my time at this property. Check in was amazing, walkable to a lot of bars, shopping, and restaurants. It was clean, enjoyed the shower and my views. Hotel has a restaurant with a great happy hour and good food, especially the mimosas. I highly recommend it

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and in a good location. My only complaint was that Diego told me he was upgrading my room and put me right across from the elevator. So I heard a lot of noise during the night. I did enjoy the restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay the restaurant. Attached has great food. We were here during restaurant week and the restaurant week menu was superb. Great food. The room was amazing. Very clean. Staff was polite. We had an overall great experience.P
