City & Station Apartments at Gulland House by Pureserviced

To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half a dish cloth should I say kitchen window doesn’t work and it would definitely seem that this building is being used not just as Holiday lets I think there are some long-term residence. There is also a radiator at the top of the stairs no heating downstairs apart from a space heater and the Wi-Fi is not terribly good in that room.

There was a man screaming all the night, just outside our door, we didnt dare to go out. So that wasnt nice. Otherwise it was ok

Owners communicate very well. Important to note that the kitchen is shared.

Well thought use of small space for bedroom Very clean and bed surprisingly comfy_most unexpected but a welcome surprise but annoying that sheet on bed not properly put on_getting back at midnjght to remake bed-grrrr Kitchen pretty clean considering its a shared facility Covenient location for our purpose but not'desirable' Communication ok but not always prompt_a little frustrating Would not reccomend for a gorgeous getaway but if you need good basic facilities (and i have to mention again a comfy bed)in Plymouth its good value an the hoe and barbican are both a comfortable walking distance
