Great location. Breakfast was included and hot. We needed the sofa bed. It was the absolute worst. You can feel the springs through it. They did have roll away beds but the hotel would not let us have 2. I made the reservation for 2 queens and when I got there they asked if I would switch to a king upgrade. It was not an upgrade, we actually lost a bed and had to sleep on the couch which was terrible. A few electrical outlets in the room did not work which was inconvenient. They had 3 treadmills. 2 had out of service signs on them and the third one was clearly broken. Our room also did have a heavy animal order in it.

Liked the staff...courteous and helpful. At first glance, the room looked lovely and clean. One day, the elevators were not working. Being on the 5th floor and at my "mature" age, this was not ideal but I dealt with it. Needed the laundry room and someone had left their dried laundry in all the dryers - for hours. Back to my room: I was washing a bowl and a spoon when I dropped the spoon. Upon picking it up, I noticed down on the bottom of the wall---4 areas that had been peed on by a cat.!!!! Blatantly obvious. This sweet critter had also scratched and shredded both front sides of the couch. The new ? refrigerator was clean but quite noisy. Although the bedding seemed to be clean the top cover was terribly old and lumpy. I held it up to the light and could see where the filling fibers were so old they were merely blobs of lumpy fiber scattered throughout the lining. On pulling the curtains open, I noticed that there still needed to be some finish work on the top frames of the windows... BREAKFAST was quite lovely. Basic but very tasty with an assortment of extras : pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Upon checking out, I was mistakenly charged for parking ( I did not have a vehicle! ) and purchases from the little "shop". Fortunately, they took care of this right away. Would I come here again? I don't think so. There is potential but rooms really need to be in better shape.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel pour un séjour avec mes 3 adolescents afin de profiter de la cuisine complète et du setup piscine- barbecue. La chambre était parfaite pour dormir mais manquait de place pour s’asseoir pour y manger à cinq. Le barbecue ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine fermait à 20h et le personnel était peu aidant. Nous n’avons profiter de rien.

Hotel staff was friendly however the hotel was very dirty. The room smelled like weed. Beware it’s pet friendly and for those who do not have pets the smell was obvious. I will never stay at this property again. Not even close to a 2.0 rating.

The room was fantastic but the a/c didn’t really kick in for a few hours so it was a little stuffy at first. The beds were a bit stiff for us, but we sleep on a pillow top. Breakfast was decent for being included and the staff were quick to refill items. All in all we got what we paid for and we are content customers

We have stayed here in the past. It is a convenient location. We like the size of the room and the layout. We like that this is. A suite with a full sized frig,, stovetop, and dinner ware, kitchen sink. What would make the room much better is an upgrade of the carpeting and walls. Some of the tile was loose. Also, the bathroom tub had a noticeable crack in it.

Check- in staff was abrubt and unwelcoming. Checked with others around as though I had butted the line. (I didnt) Didnt explain policies. Such as 100$ hold in my card. Which is not uncommon, but, she could have mentioned it. Gave me a keycard that did not work and insinuated that I did something to the card or didnt know how to use it.(I do and the 2nd one worked just fine). Only one TV worked and the one that did took us 20 min to make that happen. Wifi didnt work with the password they told me...When I went to the desk a different unfriendly person gave me a "code" to get into the wifi. He wanted my " device" to put this in directly, but I didnt have my phone on me and there were 3 kids with many more " devices" in the room...so he agreed to write down the code. Our room at chk in had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 people. For the price we paid for 2 nights, it could have been a much more pleasant stay. I will say the man who I checked out with was super friendly and I wish he would have been there all weekend.

We stayed in one of the two Queen 1 bedroom suites. Offered plenty of space for our 3 kids to stretch out after a long car ride. Of course someone complained that the kids were loud, but the front desk staff and security were nice and understanding. The front desk staff (Allison and Paul) were great btw. Very helpful with local recommendations and attentive to our needs during our 3 day stay. The breakfast was decent too. Although the staff in that area can be a bit rude. They don’t speak English, so the one lady just grunts at you to move and will wave you away if you ask any questions. Don’t let her ruin your breakfast though. It’s all good. Comfortable seating and plenty of places to sit. They even have a few big screens you can watch there. The also have a nice gym! Treadmills, Smith Machine, and Free weights up to 60lbs! No excuses dude! Overall this place was good. The rooms could use a little updating. I don’t think I heard a vacuum cleaner run while I was there lol but maybe it as electric. Our room was pretty clean and cool.

My partner and I had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The sheets were thin and caused both of us to feel very itchy throughout the night. We made multiple attempts to reach someone at the front desk for assistance, but were unsuccessful. Fortunately, I had my own blanket with me. At 7 AM, the fire alarm went off, and we rushed outside. There were no staff members providing updates, directions, or even basic reassurance, which only added to the chaos. After the situation settled down, we again tried to speak with someone at the front desk. The woman there was rude, unprofessional, and was seen laughing and chatting with firefighters instead of assisting guests. When we later tried calling to request a late checkout, she answered abruptly, said, “Sir, we’re going through a fire alarm,” and hung up on us. As the face of your brand, your staff should meet a higher standard of customer service — especially in moments of emergency and guest distress. This experience fell far below expectations.

When we arrived at 4:00 (one hour after check in time) our room was not ready. We were told it could be an hour or longer before it was ready. We had a function at Georgetown to attend and needed to change clothes. We were told we could change in public bathroom. Unacceptable.

It was a short stay for us visiting family over the weekend but we loved the kind staff and breakfast included in the morning. The rooms were also spacious and nice. We loved having a kitchen since we have small kids and needed one. This was the main reason for booking this property. We were a little disappointed that the kitchen only came stocked with 2 pans. It made getting dinner ready a little difficult. Extra towels and washcloths after we got in later at night were also only available if we came down to the front desk to get them. No one could deliver them to the room since the housekeeping staff had left for the day. That was a little frustrating bc we had already settled in and gotten the kids set to start their baths so we just did without the extras which would have been helpful. Otherwise short and pleasant stay

Our stay was excellent from check in to check out. Akeem, William Rosa were amazing in taking care of all of our needs. The workers on the 3rd floor laying carpet were so kind and professional even while people had to get on and off the elevator. I was honored to share LEDO'S with them for their hard work.

Huge room! Beds were comfortable but nothing to write home about. Breakfast according to my 21 year old daughter was meh. Overall though for the price it was great. Close to Metro if you have a car to get to Shady Grove (red line). Well positioned relative to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great. They had snacks for sale downstairs and small items to cook that attracted my kids. My kids enjoyed the pool outside. I only can complain about the comfort level of the bed but that’s because I’m use to my bed. The bed here was very uncomfortable to me. But the room was very spacious and bathroom was clean.

Amazing rather small hotel. The room and breakfast was great not to mention the stuff so extremely helpful you can feel the warmth of home atmosphere up there .Was a pleasure staying there ,not too long but very enjoyable . We definitely will be back when we play another game around this area.. We have played so many tournaments in this area but sincerely never had this kind of accommodations. Thanks !

The rooms were clean and the staff was always curtious to us. The breakfast was okay if you stayed away from the hot food. They did have oatmeal and overnight chia and oatmeal that were good. The facilities were nice but this is not a luxury hotel. There may have been staffing issues as the rooms were not cleaned even when we asked for them to be cleaned.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast was not a good option. Not much to choose from. If you’re looking for pancakes, waffles, grits and anything else other than cereal and oatmeal plan on getting up early to go get your own breakfast.
