Such a comfortable place to land while I was in Cairo. Loved the pool with a Nile view. You could even see pyramids in the distance when the air was clear! Maadi is a tourist area and I felt very safe.

Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Cons: Noise Levels: The hotel is situated on a main street, resulting in significant traffic noise that made it difficult to relax. Service Quality: While the service was decent, it didn’t exceed expectations. Gym Facilities: The gym was below average, lacking the equipment and space I anticipated. Room Issues: My room was generally good, but the air conditioning unit was very loud, making it hard to sleep at night. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms available. Pool Experience: On my second morning, while I was trying to relax by the pool, the team was painting the ceilings and walls. The noise and paint smell made it impossible to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere I had hoped for. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, the noise, air conditioning issues, and pool disturbance significantly detracted from my stay. it wasn't worth the price.

Gym was not well equipped. Barbell: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg. Nothing between! Old rusty and not good, sorry. Room was sticky, walking barefoot from the shower to the bed and I had different things sticked to my feet. Very noisy from the street because the windows are cheap and not insulating. Breakfast: very simple and every day exactly the same. Not even water melon or cheap stuff. For 5 stars, it's not good.

The Nile view suite was amazing. The service and friendliness of the staff wonderful. Super safe area. Great food. Negatives: The hotel is not smoke free and the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. They need to close the door to the lounge where smoking is allowed. They use a very heavy air freshener. Carpet in the room should be replaced with a hard floor covering.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in a river-facing suite on the top floor, and the views from our room were stunning. You can enjoy the sunset from your room. The staff were very helpful, and Mohamed from housekeeping made sure our room was perfectly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have an great view of the Nile and on clear days we could see the pyramids of Giza. The staff were kind and helpful. Customer relations representative, Maryam was especially helpful. It was an added bonus to have a washer and dryer in our suite as it allowed us to pack less clothes for the trip. We signed up for the breakfast buffets. They had an excellent selection of foods including made to order omelettes. We ate dinner in some of their restaurants and always enjoyed good food.

Clean room. Friendly staff who strive for excellence. Amazing daily buffet breakfast. Many room service options from several on site restaurants. Convenient in room laundry.

The room itself was fine. I was in a suite, but it was oddly set up. There was clearly a spot where a couch should have been, but instead it was empty. No real place to sit and eat within the room aside from a small table near the kitchen that would fit one person. Outside of the hotel is a highway and it was constantly noisy. This might be true of many hotels in Cairo, but I found all the honking and noise to disturb my sleep. English communication was difficult unless speaking to the front desk. Even had a server at the hotel restaurant tell me I could not charge breakfast to my room. ATM in the hotel was broken the whole time I was there, when I asked about it, the front desk seemed to have no idea there was even an issue. Room would get quite hot throughout the day, but the staff would turn off the A/C when cleaning, so you always came back to a hot room. And this stay was in the winter, so I can only imagine the summer. There was a grocery store a couple minute walk away, which was convenient. Room service was adequate. Not amazing. They have a call policy if you leave do not disturb on for your room. It says as much in the hotel pamphlet, but would have been nice to know when checking in. I was woken up by them calling to check on me Not the safest area to be in. Very not-walkable. I'd stay again if I had to, but I mostly chose the location because I was working nearby.

Everything was perfect . Mustafa at reception upgraded us to a wonderful suite with an amazing view over the Nile . The most comfortable beds on our entire Egypt trip . The restaurant was great . Really good food ( had some amazing sushi at a very reasonable rate , great service and a lovely setting with a view . This hotel was a true oasis to come back to after crazy wonderful Cairo

Smoke alarm has a bright flash every few seconds that lights up the entire room at night. Fridge did not work. General condition of the room was generally poor Staff were delightful and helpful though

Best food at the hotel. Best staff.

The food at restaurant was not so good. Security guards are standing at the entrance and smoking. Room were very nice but hotel didn’t offer us connecting room even though we had 3 kids with us. Not an big issue for us.. location was good but traffic is terrible in cairo so i would recommend even more sentral location if you don’t want to use too much time in taxi
