Right on Route 66 nice breakfast no elevator so book on the ground floor

Good set-up for the price. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. There's a dog park right next door which was a bonus since we were traveling with our dog. Hotel was somewhat run down but comfortable. Pool was closed.

Nice clean room for a quick overnight. The pool was a plus The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would stay again

Looking forward to using the pool this summer. Area to east needs some general cleaning -- lots of construction trash laying around.

This was our second overnight here as part of a road trip from SFO to ABQ and back. The first night we were a little taken aback by having an upstairs room and no elevator, and by some non-functioning electrical outlets. This time the room was downstairs and the outlets were fine, so no issues!

Nice Motel with large pool and good breakfast!

Our room is in a great location. We also enjoy the facilities. Our check in was smooth and easy.

Customer service was top-notch. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was overall old and in need of updating, but was clean and in working order. The room linen was clean, the dead bolt on the door took a bit of shimmying to get closed. When I got out of the shower the floor was pretty dirty and had to rewash my feet and put socks on before I touched the floor. The bed was okay for sleeping a bit firm, pillows a little flat so bring your own. But for the price it is a good value, lots of parking, the pool was empty so can't comment on that, was overall quiet could hear the train on occasion. I would stay again and just bring my own pillows and slippers for walking around the room after showering.

Was a bit taken aback by needing to get luggage upstairs (no elevator), and that only one corner of the room had electrical outlets. (The other side table had nonfunctional outlets.) But other than those, no complaints.

The room, especially the bathroom was not very clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The sleeping area appeared to be clean and the bedding was fresh. Beds were comfy. Fridge and microwave worked well. But... Bathroom floor was not clean,. The fridge had a dried up avocado in it and there was a cherry pit on the floor. The hot water was tepid at best (this is a potential health hazard) and the cold was about the same temperature.

I dont know how this place is at 7 stars! Our room was just filthy. The shower was full of mildew, the tub dirty, faucet and shower head caked in scale buildup and the bathroom door had to be manhandled closed. The air had been left off all day and the room was easily 100 degrees. They may have done that to try and deter you from realizing theres no hot water. The beds had dirt that had to be wiped off and the floor was dirty. There was a crack i could fit my finger in between the door and jam and i was thankful the lock at least latched. In hindsight it now makes sense the door and beds were dirty because the dirt was just blowing in from the outside. Base boards filthy, paint peeling and shoddy caulk jobs throughout the room. If that room was that bad i cant imagine the rest was any better. It was just not good. I didnt expect a perfect room but with some cleaning and simple repair it easily could of been a lot better.

Couldn't use bathtub. Sheets were stained. Gum on the floor.

The curtains and the pictures were hung incorrect. The bathroom and bathtub was in such a state that I would not take a shower in it. The sheets were thread bare. Mold in the corners.

Clean room, nice staff great price

The floor in our bedroom was filthy. I could feel it on my feet, and wiped the floor a little with a tissue. It was black on the bottom. The bathroom was dirty and partially painted. The suitcase holder strap was broken. Air conditioner dirty. The bed seemed clean and comfortable. Although, we didn’t expect much, breakfast was pretty bad too. A disgrace to the Wyndham name. I paid 125 dollars for a bad motel. Won’t ever recommend.

Latch to secure the door was broken. Door knob to the adjoining door was completely missing and if the other person were to open their side, they could see into our room. We were so tired that we just fell asleep and left at 7am Bathroom was so filthy,

Very clean friendly check in and out Quiet

Checked in at 230am. Went to bed at 330am. Pulled sheets back to find nasty stains and BUGS in the sheets. No wearheratripping around door. Easy access for bugs to get in. Left at 6am. Requested refund. Was denied for that night. Granted for second night terrible! Why should I pay to sleep with bugs in a dirty bed!

Small room

Checked in our room late, called and let them know we would be late. When walking into the suite we reserved, neither AC were on, very very hot in room and both TV's did not work. They put us in a regular room, asked if the AC was on was told yes but it wasn't. Room very hot again but it was after 2 am so just stayed. Did receive a credit for the difference in the room price.

It really needs to be remodeled. Front door hard to open, bathroom old, walls need painting, faucet n sink old. I been at better days inn. Sorry

I was not impressed with the Days Inn in Needles and it was actually somewhat disappointing. First of all the furnishings in the rooms are all run down. The carpet had tears andfraying in it. But most of all hotel room designers need to understand that today's Travelers need a table or desk where they can put their laptop to work and or sit to eat. Here the desk was up against the wall with the microwave and a lamp on top of it and the refrigerator underneath of it so that the desk was completely useless for work or eating.

The rooms are tired but clean. Our room had holes in the hardwood floor. No in room coffee but did have refer and microwave. Front office staff welcoming. Not in the best area of town.

It was hot in Needles, CA when we checked in. Temperature was around 103F. The room A/C took a while to cool the room. One issue besides the temperature was that the door was not weather sealed which might be the reason it took the A/C unit a bit longer to cool. Overall a good overnight stay.

This was a very nice hotel. I had originally reserved a single room, but upgraded to a king suite and I'm glad I did. The king suite is actually two single rooms, with the adjoining wall taken out. One room had the king bed and the other was a sitting room and bath. Overall, it was very roomy and very comfortable. The front desk service was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was fine. I would recommend this hotel. A nice place to stay.

Very nice big room

Paint and plaster cracked throughout room. Beds were oddly springed and noisy getting in/out.

I asked the front desk about a late check in. The answer is I have 15 mins to check out. Sounds like I did something wrong

I enjoyed my stay though it was brief. I checked in somewhat late but the manager/owner was very polite and the process was quick. Very nice people run that place. Needles itself could use some TLC. The hotel needs some updating. But it is a good location if you are traveling further east or west. A great resting point.

The front desk lady was very friendly & efficient. The smoke alarm battery died in the middle of the night & scared our dog. She had us move to room next door, which worked out but it was just a pain.

We pass through Needles on our way to New Mexico for business. We sleep here and enjoy the breakfast. The Inn is great. Our room is great, and clean. The check in is supurb. The woman there is totally helpful and fast to check us in.

High point was the desk manager! So friendly, ready to help at anytime!

This place is not pet friendly. The pet fee is ridiculous, higher than Las Vegas resorts. Two small 5 pound dogs cost me almost as much as the whole room. The owner will personally wait outside your room after check in to verify you aren’t trying to sneak in extra pets and people and is very argumentative. The sheets are stained, no hot water in the shower. Breakfast is boiled eggs. Everything is absolute minimum at max price. Next time going to motel 6 next door. This place is not welcoming at all.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and polite when she checked us in. She suggested some places for us to visit and was helpful when it came to suggesting somewhere to eat as well. Next time we're in town definitely returning here.

The first night I stayed, I was given a room which was not amazing, but acceptable. There were lots of other guests near me, so I felt pretty safe parking my car in the lot. The grounds were not very nice, but I was not there for the ambiance. I reserved a room for $87 because the listing said it was pet friendly, so I was bummed that they charged me an additional $25 for my pet. This felt like bait and switch. I returned a week later since the reservation was already made. The woman behind the counter was much less friendly for some reason, and put me in a room which had a lot of issues, despite there being hardly any other guests at the motel. The most egregious problem was that there was no hot water in the shower and the drain did not work well at all. There was a visible hole in one wall. The bathroom walls had grime on them. I had a migraine when I arrived, and was too sick to think of trying to move to another room, or I would have said something. That night, hardly anyone else parked in the lot near me, so I was concerned about my car in the lot and I felt isolated. I never leave negative reviews, but the whole reason I agreed to pay more for this motel was to avoid issues like the ones mentioned in the reviews of the Motel 6 directly across the road, which was much less expensive. From now on, I will call ahead to check for pet fees, since those are not obvious on the listings here.

This property was okay. But I was facing an internet issue and front desk service did not show any interest to resolve the issue. Room phone was not working and I had to came out to speak to front desk. There was a board in breakfast area that Breakfast is not allowed to take out of breakfast area. I saw something weird for the first time

Had our 3 month old pup with us. Cool dog park right across the street.

We stayed one night on a quick trip out to California to break up the long drive. For what we needed, it was perfect! Close to the highway, close to a few stores and restaurants, and the staff was great! Bonus, we got in a bit early and they had a pool! It was great for what we needed. The area felt safe, too.

This motel was good for a Days Inn, but there's much reason to spend time in Needles. Pretty depressing place.

Hotel is clean, up to date and desk clerk was courteous and friendly. Not many dining options nearby. We did see McDonalds, Jack in the Box and a local pizza place. Other than that, its a nice hotel.

It’s a great location, just off the freeway and quiet. There’s a dog park across the street for pet parents and a few diners close by. The staff was wonderful and so helpful!

Such a bad, dangerous area I chose to keep driving. Scary!

Terrible ‘continental breakfast’. No protein at all, no pastries. Only fruit was apples. No waffle maker. Only wheat or white bread and cereal,

This could be the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. The water is just under luke warm, the towels are Billy Barty sized, and the room hasn't been maintained in years. You had to slam the door to close it. Breakfast is not permitted outside the lobby, but the pancake maker makes 2 1/2" pancakes perfect for Snow White's dwarves. The luke warm theme continued with the coffee. Think of this hotel as the one-ply toilet paper when you have an endless wipe.

Several machines in breakfast area were not functioning. No fresh coffee machine. On the plus side the hotel is convenient to the highway and was very clean in all areas

My only complaint is the “breakfast”….. i don't call “yogurt” which is not liked by some people, and “toast” a continental breakfast. My rating for you breakfast is…. FAIL

Continental breakfast was a bit lacking. One coffee choice, for example. A few more basics and it would have been just fine.
