The pool was horrible. But enjoyed the stay

This hotel is ok. Very low on staff everywhere. The restaurant is very slow and the food is soso. The view from the restaurant is very nice overlooking their beach and the lake. The bar staff was not friendly at all, each time we went had to wait over 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Their isn't anything surrounding this area, so if you dont want to eat in their restaurant you will have to take the ferry across to the bridge to eat there. The ferry staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering questions. The marina is very dirty water wise. Sea weed just about everywhere. If you have a boat you might get lucky to not get any in your intake but not on a sea doo. Everytime I brought our sea doo out I had to take it to the beach to get sea weed out of it before driving it. The beach was semi clean but again sea weed everywhere. Overall it was a mediocre trip stay wise.

Only reason why I didn’t give a the best rating is because the launch ramp needs to be tended to more often. The water is disgusting and so many weeds. Pulling our boat out was horrible and recommend using another launch if this is how they let it get. We used a boat slip and every time we left we had so much crap wrapped around our prop. I bet it causing major issues with jet boats

Small, but great property. Casino is small, but enough to satisfy any gambling cravings. Drinks in the bar a bit watered down, but overall a nice environment. Great band on New Yeasrs.

Friendly staff. Rooms and building were clean and well kept. Air works well in the room. Launch ramp was covered in seaweed, but everything else was perfect

Checked in and never notified that pool was out of service- room was great, hotel was night and empty… but no pool, crushed our holiday

Loved the ferry ride from hotel to AZ side

It was clean but food in restaurant was very processed and not freshly made. Also Casino was just ok as they took all the tables out and everything is video. Slots are very tight!

The staff was friendly and the stay was quite comfortable. They do need to keep an upkeep on their pool cleanisness I wasn’t able to go swimming in it due to having dead bugs in it. Also the food wasn’t as great for the price I paid. The room was great and clean also, but I would come back again but what to expect next time

The room was very spacious and clean! Loved every aspect of it. From the check in to check out everything went perfect. And the restaurant has amazing food!

The whole casino, lounge and restaurant areas smelt like sewage.

We have stayed here several times and love the hotel! The staff at the hotel, RV park and restaurant are all so friendly and incredible!! Only complaint was hair on the bathroom floor and a Bobby pin on the floor of the room, but other than those two things, everything else was clean.

This was a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. There’s a casino, which I did pretty good in there. There is only one restaurant on the grounds, the food was great and very reasonable. Will definitely be back again.

I paid good money for a lake view and only saw big bird droppings on my window which made me sick to my stomach every time I looked out the window. Have pictures to prove my point. I asked twice if maintenance could please clean the window to no avail. With a four day stay, my view was ruined! The manager doesn’t want to do anything about any problem, but he can complain to us that he shouldn’t be working right now because the boat was shut down and employees couldn’t get to work. He didn’t care about us staying there with no service from anything being open either. No food in restaurant, no casino, or bar snacks to buy everything was closed. He didn’t compensate us for anything, just complained he had to come to work. Very dissatisfied with this stay!

We did not like the fact that we had no curtains/blinds in our room, although we were notified at check-in. Also, when I reserved the room, I reserved a king size bed & we got a room with 2 full size beds — we were not happy with that.

Desk staff was awesome- room was good, bathroom was great but air conditioning was turning off and on all night and sounded like a Speed Boat speeding up and racing by/ woke us every time it came on.

The picture view windows of the lake were beautiful!!

Comfortable room with a nice view. You have the ferry boat to take you across. My only complaint is that there is no mini fridge or microwave. So you will need to rely on a big cooler and maybe bring an air fryer.

Rooms are so clean, modern, and the prices can't be beat! We got a king LAKE view and it did not disappoint. Morning sunrise and can boat/duck watch from my bed.Stayed during the weekend of the Havasu Xmas Boat parade and the Sat/Sun rate was total $220. A steal! This place should be busier. Everyone is friendly and the property is gorgeous 😍 come stay here vs. Havasu and you can enjoy the best of both worlds w/ferry!!

We had a great stay i love how we walk in the room and it was clean and smelled great. Cons no fridge or mircowave in the room and if gamble you still have pay for your drinks. Great boat ramp and parking. It was nice to be away from party scence but was great they had shuttle from hotel to downtown lake hasuav. Overall great experience definitely will stay again. And also has a private beach.

No Balcony and the lake view was blocked with some of the roof that wasn't that great of a view. Restaurant seemed like they were under staffed. Food was great though. Overall...mediocre stay and probably won't go back, but for a first timer it was ok. Nothing to brag about.

The only thing lacking was the absence of USB ports that are common in other hotels. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and fast. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Hospitality is very important in the hotel business, it is highly missing at Havasu Landing Resort & Casino located in Needles, California. We are always an early checkin and we always note this when making our reservations. We arrived around noonish and stepped up to the desk to check in. We were looked at as she immediately replied without even looking to see if there were any rooms available, instead she immediately replied that check in was not until 4pm. I explained that we understood that but if she could check in which she replied that they DID have available rooms BUT the Hotel POLICY would not allow her to check us in early without management approvaL, I asked her to get a manager. She called someone on her cellphone and then repeated the same thing to us about their POLICY. I then asked to speak to a manager and after my persistence she called again but according to the conversation I heard from her side only, she said the manager repeated their POLICY and she conveyed to me that the manager refused to speak to me. This resort is located in the middle of nowhere and we just drove 3 hours to get there so we were stuck. We rearranged our plans of enjoying the hot tub and refreshing ourselves before playing in the casino and instead waited a few hours for our time they would check us in which didn’t happen until almost 3pm…TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE NEVER WERE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER!

Overall stay was very good, but the restaurant needs more servers as it took too much time to be able to place orders. Servers, themselves, were very good but had too many tables to cover.

The staff was really helpful, kind and helped us take care of some things that we needed to do. Look forward to coming back.

The deposit is INSANE! $250 when anywhere else, big hotel, small hotel, any other casino resort is $50 a night. The check in people were fine. The check out guy when I had questions about being charged through this site AND the hotel itself to 2 different cards, basically said you would’ve avoided this if you just called the hotel (as he put his finger and his thumb out to make a pretend phone). But I’ll have my manager call you to check, which he did not. I would say the hotel itself was nice. Crazy expensive, customer service, meh.

Felt harassed by staff when we where in the pool. Asking us if we belonged there and what room we where staying in. The man even brought out a printed list with guest names on it. Had issues with the room. When I brought it up to the reception desk, I felt Katherine was blowing me off. Telling me her “phones where going off the hook and her lines where long”

It was a relaxing and fun stay! The property was first rate and the staff was awesome!!

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our only complaint was the restaurant seemed a little unstaffed for a holiday weekend. The food was good but we waited for over a hour for our order and the waitresses blamed large parties when there weren’t any. So I’m thinking the hold up was the kitchen is understaffed.

The drive to get here can be a bit of a challenge but other than that its great.

There is parking on the Lake Havasu side then take the ferry over to the hotel so you have a vehicle to use in Havasu. There is nothing on the side of where the actual hotel is.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bar had a live band playing (who were excellent) and the casino looked to be busy. Only one slight complaint - breakfast on Sunday only started at 8am. I needed to leave earlier and there were no food options available.

Love being close to the water, walk out the hotel right onto the beach. Quiet and clam great place for family and kids with out the rowdy-ness of the typical Havasu party crowd.

Not much as far as restaurants or markets. You have to go across on the ferry for anything. Love rooms! Views are gorgeous. Casino is nice. Ferry leaves from casino. Staff is great! Rooms are very nice! Beds are comfortable.

This was a great little place to stay, and had a small casino to spend some time gaming as well. The only drawback to this hotel is that it is isolated and a fairly long drive around the lake to get to anything else. If you are aware up front it’s a perfectly nice place to spend the night!

Room was clean and modern. The only thing is the hotel is not in lake havasu. you need to park in the lot by boat dock in lake havasu and take a ferry boat 7miles to the hotel. If you want to drive its located in california 1 1/2hr away. Allow extra time for ferry and time schedule of the ferry boat.

Beware extra room charge excessive! $96 extra fee per night! Nice rooms but not that nice! If you’re going to gamble stick with Laughlin! Casino didn’t pay! Cafe ran out of food at 7 pm from extra people they ferry over from lake havasu city.
