There wasn't a pool as advertised. There was no free breakfast, as advertised. The facility appeared to be run down. Entire 2nd story was unaccesible/blocked off with plywood. Evidence of vandalism in parking lot/broken glass in parking spaces. Disrepair and ants in room. I don't think I would stay here again.

There were ants, dry rot on walking area above, cement falling apart in the parking lot and curb areas. The POOL was empty and old furniture and a mattress dumped by it. The place looks like a dump. Will NEVER stay again..

Very old and unkept. Landscape dead, building cracked and old. They advertised pool and free breakfast. They had neither. This place is nowhere near the price of $161 per night. I should get a refund!!!

Quality inn is Dirty on the outside,Parking lot is crumbling full of potholes. Exterior of the building needs to be replaced. I wish I would have taken a Picture.but, it was getting dark. This Motel should not even be on this site. I question if this place is up to code. Stay at Express Holiday Inn across the street..

This property is in need of help. The room was clean but the parking lot was a mess. No entrance to to upstairs, which looked like the balcony was about to fall.

Bed bugs, hair in the bathroom. 2 story was under construction as it was deteriorating and could collapse anytime. Worse of all is the bed bugs! My party and i check in 5 rooms and we all left within an hour to find another stay. Front service guy was disrespectful and think we are lying until we took him to the room and shown the bed bug crawling. Giving another room but giving my other family the same room with the bed bugs!!! We will be disputing to get our refund. Stay away from this place!

1st room was dirty had trash still in room in bags. Went to front desk he wanted to argue about room being dirty, had him follow me to room show him. I had a single bed room, he gave me a double bed room which I didn’t want but said he won’t charge extra. That room door latch didn’t work, trash on the floor, towels was dirty. One room door was open all night that no one was staying in. Disgusting place don’t stay here

Condition of the property was as if it was abandoned. The pool was unusable. No continental breakfast. Blood on our sheets. We had to ask for new sheets and put them on ourselves. Only slept in the room for 2 hours and then left. This place should be condemned.

When I checked in, I was given a room with two queen beds. One bed had hair in it and the sheets were untucked, as if housekeeping didn't change the bedding and just partially made the bed. The other bed had ants on the comforter. There were also ants on top of the microwave and on the table. The front desk worker offered to come and spray bug spray in my room. Unacceptable. I asked for a different room and was given one that smelled so strongly of smoke I couldn't even take a step inside. I went back and asked for a refund, to which the front desk worker responded by offering me another room. I agreed to try once more. This room had a bug on the pillow and what looked to be feces particles in the shower. I went back to the office to request a refund because I was leaving, and the worker said that I would have to contact Expedia for a refund. The surrounding area was very unkempt, as well, and felt unsafe. I ended up leaving at 11 p.m. This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Upon arrival there was a bug spray bottle in our room.... which was not a good sign but I returned to the front desk. We figured out there were ants in the sink and bathroom. Check in was a pain in the ass. After standing in the lobby for 20 minutes ringing the bell and yelling out I had to search the property for someone, and finally found a house cleaner who found the front seat girl. Not worth the savings. No smoke alarm, floors were very dirty. The condition is very poor. The shower pressure was so hard. It felt like it was tearing your skin. I will be turning them into the fire marshal for the smoke alarm, unacceptable!

The only good part was the bed. We slept very well. The metal base was noisy and I have never had one like yours. The WiFi was terrible I was unable to connect about 30% of the time. The bath soap was poor. We never got replacement clean towels. The lights had to be adjusted to work. There was a table but only 1-chair. The drawers were hard to open and hung down when opened and you had to hold it or it would fall out. Even though it was May the pool was not available. The ice machine leaked and had to walk around the leak to get any ice. If your policy wasn’t to refund we would have checked out the first day and moved to the hotel that we stayed at last time we’re there. My sister normally stays at your hotels and this is the worst that she has stayed at. Before I retired I mostly stayed at Hilton family hotels ( I was Diamond status for my last 6-years and spent many nights in their hotels and others too) I never stayed at one of yours and based upon this one I will recommend to others to consider another family of hotels.

I left for the day when I returned my key wouldn’t open door. Went to front desk nobody can help me out. Finally I found front desk lady. She couldn’t put me back in my room. Later she moved me to a different room. When I was about to eat my dinner she tells me I couldn’t be in the room. She moved me back to the first room I was in. I will never return to this hotel because they double rent out rooms.

it was kind of a shifty crowd that hung out there at night. Didn’t feel too safe. The rooms weren’t dirty, they just felt like they needed to be upgraded. Don’t think I would stay here again. I would pay more money for a better hotel. Unfortunately, the staff walked in on one of my business partners right as she stepped out of the shower, naked. My other business partner was also changing, and they walked in on him. Not a good thing to do.

A worker walked into my room within one second of knocking despite the safety lock engaged. There was no time to respond and they just walked right dead. This did just happen to me, but also my coworker who was getting out of the shower. They need to figure this out because that is not OK anyway. You could also see where the other lock had been completely torn out By somebody violently opening the door. The plus is that it’s very cheap. At least the beds were fairly comfortable. The shower worked. The place was relatively clean just the property around. It is slightly sketchy. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. But I would never come back here due to the way they handled entering The rib was no time to respond.

I paid for my room months in advance through Expedia. When I checked in they claimed they had no record of my Expedia payment and charged me again to stay. They ran my credit card to charge me and would not refund me because I didn't want to stay under these conditions. They no longer serve breakfast and the pool was under construction so it was not usable. Since they don't serve breakfast until 10:00a.m. on the weekend, they moved the checkout time to 10:00a.m. from the advertised 11:00a.m. There little black ants in our room. I will never stay there again and will tell others of my awful experience.

The hotel was quite run down, the parking lot all broken asphalt and gravel, no breakfast available as advertised, the pool broken and green, no working wifi at the hotel for guests and of course in a cellular network black out area so we had to walk around the property or park next door to use a phone or send a text message. However the rooms were fine, beds comfortable, air conditioners worked, staff were nice. The shower water pressure was hot and great too. My favorite part was the beautifully green park and playground next door which was perfect for our pet and child. Overall it was functional for a short stay but very limited. It has potential with the surrounding restaurants and shops if the property were fixed up

No breakfast, no pool, ever though it was advertised that both were available. Trash all over out side. Broken glass in the parking lot. Very run down, dirty and trashy place. Also right across the street is a sewage plant, so it smelled out side the whole time.

Easy check in and out process. Overall very pleasant experience. Parking was easy and area nearby was full of shops. Small concern about nearby odor. Could have been the dumpsters near our room, but not too sure. If youre not picky like me, I’d recommend. I would stay here again!

I really like the quality Inn and I love the location of where it’s at really close to some great places to walk and eat etc.. The place is a current work in progress, the new owners are doing a lot and I’ve stayed here a few times in the past year and seen improvements being slowly, but steadily made. the downside right now is that the pool and breakfast type things are not available while everything is under construction, but I still choose to stay there when I’m in the area because I feel safe and the accommodations are good.

1)I was kind of disappointed this time. It’s a non-smoking room but I think it was a former smoking room. My husband has asthma and he smell right away. 2) says in website has breakfast and swimming pool. There’s a message that no longer breakfast and pool under renovation.

There wasn't a pool as advertised. There was no free breakfast, as advertised. The facility appeared to be run down. Entire 2nd story was unaccesible/blocked off with plywood. Evidence of vandalism in parking lot/broken glass in parking spaces. Disrepair and ants in room. I don't think I would stay here again.

There was a sign indicating in the lobby that breakfast was no longer being served. There was plywood blocking access to the second floor. The landscaping around the property was not kept up. There was other general cosmetic issues in our room and around the property. But our 3 year old thought the room was great. We got what we needed - a clean place to sleep - but the general quality of the property was lower than anticipated/advertised.

The room seemed very clean. All amenities worked. Shower nice and hot, plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Could have used more ciffee but then again we didn't ask - so that was on us. Property advertised buffet breakfast which was NOT provided. Pool also not in working order. Property and motel looked very run down.

It wasn’t the cleanest. It had stuff on the walls and hair in the bath tub that had to be removed so that it would drain. The pool was empty. There was only one access point to our room because the stairs and balcony were under construction although not actively being worked on. The person behind the desk seemed bothered that he had to help us and was unwelcoming.
