Rooms were dirty and had an odor to them. Front desk worker was professional and kind and helpful when we needed to get our room swapped due to a certain creepy crawly but will not be staying here again unfortunately

I got in my room the floors were disgustingly dirty, there was roaches crawling around on the floors and even on the bed. I paid for a premium room, I asked to switch rooms because of this problem they told me I can only get a standard room if I switch and the staff at the front were very rude

Call until you can confirm your reservation is still in place. I arrived and was told I did not had a reservation and staff was anything but helpful. Never again.
