Wonderful experience of a old English Inn with 10 rooms over a cute Pub. Recently remodeled and very friendly staff. You can stay at a Marriott in any city in the world, why not enjoy London with the charm of a place like the Hand and Flower?

The staff were phenomenal! At the restaurant downstairs they have the best French fries ever! The location is right across from the above ground rail, a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground station and the bus stop is right across the street. The location is golden. If you're visiting London for the first time staying at the Hand and Flower will put you right where you need to be. The only downside because of the age of the building there's no elevator but the manager was super helpful and helped us get the bags to our room. Will definitely stay there again.

Jazz and the entire staff at Hand and Flower are the best! We felt so welcomed from the start and were sad to leave. The pub is so fun and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our included breakfast each morning and ate dinner there each night. Ryan the bartender was fantastic! The rooms are designed so cool and were spotless with comfy beds. Our entire stay was top notch I would highly recommend this hidden gem! Location is great too, very easy to access busses, and the tube for exploring London. Jazz especially is a huge asset, he is the genuine and fun hospitality you don’t find anymore. Thank you Jazz and team for the best stay! Love the Ewing family.

The Hand & Flower hotel is a fantastic place to stay! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room staying in one of the suites. The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. We enjoyed the complimentary English Breakfast every morning. Be aware that the hotel is very old and does not have an elevator. Everything else was wonderful!

This B&B is amazing. A historic 1880 home turned into a hotel with a fabulous breakfast and restaurant. The staff is amazing, Jack, Alicia, the cook from Italy, we can't wait to go again.

Great Location Beds lovely and comfortable very grateful for the fan as it was very hot in London I omitted to check whether there was a lift and our case was heavy our room was changed from the top floor to the floor below. There are a lot of stairs. We enjoyed our stay there staff very nice. Breakfast choice good .

We would absolutely stay here again! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations! We loved the pub downstairs and could not hear the crowds from our room. The rooms were comfortable. The location was within walking distance to many shops and places to eat, as well as a tube station. I would recommend staying at the Hand & Flower.

I had a really lovely stay, overall excellent and would definitely recommend it! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Easy check in, nicely decorated room which was spotlessly clean with good facilties including a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, safe and plenty of plug sockets. The toiletries were great and the dressing gown was a nice addition. The food was excellent and breakfast was a perfect start to the day - freshly cooked eggs royale 😋 the only things to mention are that you could hear cars going past through the night and being on the second floor may be something to bear in mind if you have any mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

Very good check in experience - fast and friendly thanks to the man on reception (Jazz). Big room which was clean and nicely decorated. Only let down was I think the mattress was 2 singles joined together.

The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . Hotel room is newly refurbished, a good sized twin room with all the facilities you need, fridge with water / milk. Tea coffee and toiletries. Plus aircon which was needed as the outside temperature was 32degrees! Staff are very friendly & the hot breakfast selection is great.

It was the first night the hotel and bar had reopened after a full renovation and so this review might not be exactly how the hotel would be moving forward. The twin room we had was adequate but as it fronted on to the main road it was noisy in the night, London is a busy city and being only 2 floors up wasn't ideal. There was no coat hangers or Iron in the room when we checked in but this was resolved. The bathroom is tiny but you can get yourself sorted in their OK, Nespresso machine in the room and fresh bottled water which was great. Comfy beds and secure enough. Breakfast was the stand out for me, the options and quality of the food was brilliant. The girl serving was by far and away the best member of staff we interacted with. Food in the evening wasn't amazing and service was average but they had only just reopened and it was busy so gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! To top it off, Carlos and his team went above and beyond when our flight out was canceled last minute. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond—so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. Due to unexpected train delays, we had to call ahead, and the staff kindly made arrangements to ensure we could access our room even if we arrived after hours. The staff were phenomenal! At the restaurant downstairs they have the best French fries ever! The location is right across from the above ground rail, a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground station and the bus stop is right across the street. The location is golden. If you're visiting London for the first time staying at the Hand and Flower will put you right where you need to be. The only downside because of the age of the building there's no elevator but the manager was super helpful and helped us get the bags to our room. Will definitely stay there again.

Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! To top it off, Carlos and his team went above and beyond when our flight out was canceled last minute. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Very well located pub slap bang next to Kensington Olympia with very friendly and helpful staff. Decent rooms. Stairs are a bit of a climb with heavy luggage but nothing too serious.

We would absolutely stay here again! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations! We loved the pub downstairs and could not hear the crowds from our room. The rooms were comfortable. The location was within walking distance to many shops and places to eat, as well as a tube station. I would recommend staying at the Hand & Flower.

Jazz and the entire staff at Hand and Flower are the best! We felt so welcomed from the start and were sad to leave. The pub is so fun and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our included breakfast each morning and ate dinner there each night. Ryan the bartender was fantastic! The rooms are designed so cool and were spotless with comfy beds. Our entire stay was top notch I would highly recommend this hidden gem! Location is great too, very easy to access busses, and the tube for exploring London. Jazz especially is a huge asset, he is the genuine and fun hospitality you don’t find anymore. Thank you Jazz and team for the best stay! Love the Ewing family.

We had a great stay, the staff was amazing. Food at the pub is great. The room was very cool, it’s an old building that’s been renovated and has a great cozy vibe. Loved the family room layout. It was perfect with kids.

The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . The Hand & Flower hotel is a fantastic place to stay! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room staying in one of the suites. The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. We enjoyed the complimentary English Breakfast every morning. Be aware that the hotel is very old and does not have an elevator. Everything else was wonderful!

This stay has got to be my favorite in the last 2 years. The whole vibe is charming. The staff was very attentive, helpful and a joy to interact with. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but stylish as well. Food was amazing too! Cannot say enough good things about my stay here.

It was the first night the hotel and bar had reopened after a full renovation and so this review might not be exactly how the hotel would be moving forward. The twin room we had was adequate but as it fronted on to the main road it was noisy in the night, London is a busy city and being only 2 floors up wasn't ideal. There was no coat hangers or Iron in the room when we checked in but this was resolved. The bathroom is tiny but you can get yourself sorted in their OK, Nespresso machine in the room and fresh bottled water which was great. Comfy beds and secure enough. Breakfast was the stand out for me, the options and quality of the food was brilliant. The girl serving was by far and away the best member of staff we interacted with. Food in the evening wasn't amazing and service was average but they had only just reopened and it was busy so gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Such a cute space! Loved the design and its newly renovated with great amenities. The bathroom was quite small, but it had everything you needed and was very clean! Would definitely be staying here again. The breakfast was also lovely
