Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Prater/Messe

Ziemlich teuer für den Level an Komfort. Dennoch sauber, gute Betten. Leider kein Pool. Auch Frühstück teuer gemessen an der Auswahl und dem Lärmpegel. Stühle im Frühstücksbereich nur bedingt bequem, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.

This is a nice, cozy hotel that has all the familiarity of a Courtyard, with a friendly and accommodating staff that's comfortable speaking multiple languages. The hotel is not in the center of the action, but that's a good thing. For one, it's less expensive than something around the historic center of Vienna, or in the heart of the business and technology districts. It's a block away from a metro station, and for a very reasonable price, you can purchase an all-day or multi-day pass and use the train to reach tourist and business destinations in a matter of minutes. The Vienna metro is very navigable and the trains were frequent and on-time. The area around the hotel felt very safe and walkable. There's a market nearby and a shopping center/mall a bit further on from the metro line. Note that shops in Vienna are mostly closed on Sunday, and only open from 900 until 1800-1900 the remainder of the week. The hotel does have a small self-service market at the front desk, that had a good selection of drinks, snacks, and amenities for sale. The hotel restaurant doesn't have a tremendous variety, but the service is excellent, and the quality of the food is very good. There are some restaurants nearby, too.

I had a very nice stay ever thing was as l expected from a Marriott hotel.Thoughly enjoyed the breakfast typical Austria style buffet.Good fitness centre with all aminaties, over all a very nice stay to take in the city marathon

Very good option for a weekend city break if peace and quiet is your objective. Spa/gym facilities are great. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Tasty breakfast options. Very close to parkland for an evening stroll and only a quick taxi trip to the action in downtown Vienna.

Im ersten Zimmer laute Aggregatlärm, also Zimmer gewechselt. Im neuen Zimmer Schimmel in der Dusche und sehr abgenutztes Mobiliar, im Superior Zimmer.

Convenient to the station. Supermarket is very close. I found small cockroach in the bed but not that big issue.

Decent hotel. Looks fancy on the outside but the room was kinda rundown. The cleaning was horrible, had breadcrumbs in our beds after they where made.

Honestly not my favorite stay. I should have stayed at other hotels that offer more for the price. The room was mediocre at best. The mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable. The vent made a loud noise (sounded like the fan was rubbing against something), and was not blowing cold air despite having the thermostat all the way down. Despite hot room and uncomfortable mattress, it was quiet at night with the window open. Overall I personally would not be staying here in the future just because there are much better options out there.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter am Check-In Schalter. Ich habe Online gebucht und bezahlt. Ich bin überalles notwendige noch Informiert worden zb. wenn ich ggf noch einem Gast mitbringe. Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad war auch sauber. Check - out hat ebenfalls wunderbar geklappt und selbst meine verloren geglaubte Tasche hat das Personal wiedergefunden und mir überreicht. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde bei meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien, wieder dieses Hotel buchen

The staff are friendly and amazing! I was fortunate enough to check in early. The hotel is conveniently located - a 3-minute walk to the subway station, 20 minutes to Prater, and 30 minutes to the Ring. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Lage von u- Bahn station top - Hotel aber unpersönlich Personal sachlich bis unpersönlich Gerade am Check- in Schalter .. nicht von sich aus bemüht . Ich habe dort was gegessen, könnte meine Rechnung nicht auf mein Zimmer buchen lassen . Der Kellner fragte an der Rezeption , der sagte ich habe keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt also ,dürfte ich aufstehen insZimmer gehen mein Portmonee hohlen und zurück gehen um zu bezahlen!!! Weil ich durch Expedia mein Zimmer gebucht habe und im Voraus bezahlt habe !!! Beim einchecken wurde mir auch nicht angeboten meine Kreditkarte zu hinterlegen ! Also ein Hotelpersonal wie ein Kontrollor im Zug ! Ich verstehe , dass auch viel Betrüger unterwegs sind , aber man muss auch einwenig Fingerspitzen Gefühl haben und Einzelfällen per se evaluieren . Hinzu hatte ich eine Entzündung am Fuß, diese Reise nach mein Portmonee war echt nervig ! Wobei ich über Expedia buchte ! Mach die Buchung über ihren Portal für mich den Eindruck , wie wenn ich ein zweitklassigen Gast gewesen wäre ! Und den Preis ohne Frühstück ist einfach unverschämt ! Am Angesicht der vielen Lebensmittel die verschwändet werden um solchen Buffets am Frühstück bereit zu halten , macht es keinen Sinn ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück anzubieten . Man könne froh sein , wenn man weniger Lebensmitteln entsorgt ! Sowieso , isst nicht jeder eine riesige Menge zum Frühstück! Aber für Expedia wäre schon einen einzelstellungsmerkmal ihre Zimmer Angebote immer mit Frühstück anzubieten 😉

Really relaxing hotel …. When staying in colder weather we just need some sort of roof canopy outside where we can enjoy our bottle of wine & slimline cigars ….food last night was delish …..prawn pasta for me & beefy burgers Etc …for my partner

Frühstück war gut aber im vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Wien zu teuer. 23.00 Euro da müsste mehr Auswahl sein.

Das war für unsere kurzfristige Familien-Städtereise das beste Angebot. Kombiniert mit der Vienna City Card wunderbar. Wir waren schon viel unterwegs, aber das Frühstück war das beste, das wir je genießen durften. Wenn es für das Kingsizebett noch nen weichen Topper gegeben hätte, wären auch die Nächte entspannend gewesen ;-(
