The room was spacious and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Pool is outdoors and clean along with plenty of seating. There is an exercise room as well and an area where you can print boarding passes. John who works at the front desk is amazing and his customer service is the bomb! He is very funny and extremely helpful!

Hot tub appeared to need some upkeep.

The staff (mainly John) was really nice and helpful. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The pool area was well kept and nice looking. I did get down to breakfast late, so that could be why the options were limited. My main complaint is the elevator being out of order a few times and my room was on the 4th floor. It doesnt sound that bad until you factor in I have an infant in a stroller and my mom has breathing problems. Overall good stay, they just need to work on that elevator.

Hot tub was a plus.

Staff was great! Every single employee was so helpful and just nice from the time we got there until check out and we were there for a whole week. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! I love the pillows! The only complaints I have is that the business center is kind of old and the ceiling is leaking so there's water all over the desk, computer, and wires/plugs. The walls seem very thin bc you can hear every sound from the hallway and other rooms nearby. Lastly, the rooms only have 1 small trash can that barely fits anything so you constantly have overflowing trash. All in all I'm very glad I chose this hotel and I'd definitely stay here again!

Fast check in, clean room and they have a great shuttle service that goes to the airport. They even had coffee out for us before 5am! Very much appreciated.

Hallway going to room smelled of urine. Old food in corner of bedpost at foot of bed. Needs some TLC and updating. Front desk Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel seemed okay when arriving, but an odor was in the room which triggered my allergies severely. Not sure what the scent was but I will not be returning based on my reaction.

We had a good stay and our room was nice and clean BUT it had a funny smell to it. Not sure if it was the carpet or the cleaning supplies that were being used. Overall the staff was nice and it was a nice stay

We were only there for one day and night and morning The check in was great had my room ready super early we were stuck in Tampa due to storm the check in was great the room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent and the free breakfast was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend a n d will definitely stay there again

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and informative! The room provided all that was needed, except the thermostat was not responding correctly. The room temperature was freezing and would not respond to raising the temperature. I would consider booking another reservation.

Only stayed here one night while passing through Tampa. The breakfast was very convenient. Had a decent selection. The air conditioner was loud, but my kids like sound machines while sleeping so it worked out

The staff was so kind and very helpful. Didn't need the shuttle. The actual building inside and outside could use a remodel or uplift. $159 + tx. for a suite, with non polished furnishings, substandard microwave, sofa, chairs, lamps, etc, need good cleaning, disinfecting, & powerwash & repaint. Not up to Marriott standards with exception of staff & great breakfast. Thank you for them.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We didn’t really want a handicapped accessible room, but I am glad they are available. The clerk at check in was very friendly. Shuttle service was prompt. Breakfast was just fair.

Very loud and outdated window units A/C, thermonstate not working correctly, needed to switch off and wanted to open the window instead - which was blocked after opening a few inches. Not something I am used to as European. Generally the old style of the late 1980s (dark brown, old style), bed linen not ironed, dirty carpets in the ground floor. The complementary breakfast served on disposable cutlery and plates (far from being environmentally acceptable!!) was not even worth mentioning. A room charge of almost US$ 300.- per night for that was not something I would rate acceptable or appropriate - pay 50 more and you are in a truly luxurious environment. I would accept a price point of 150.- max. for what is on offer.

The support I received from the desk clerk was great. He was patient and understanding. He also provided a list as well as personal recommendations for restaurants. Very positive and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was great. John at the front desk was especially kind and courteous. Excellent service. This would definitely be a reason to return.

Amazing staff! We were able to check in a little early. Staff was quick with all requests. They also offered suggestions for dinner. We used the airport and cruise port shuttle as well. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

John was very helpful getting me checked in quickly & early so I could do a conference call for work.

Facility and staff were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again some of the properties and or businesses around the hotel we’re not great. The gas station on the corner adjacent to the hotel had quite a few homeless and people begging other than that no complaints.

Great hotel near to airport. Clean, friendly and safe. Breakfast was good. Walkable dinning options from hotel are a bit limited. Also getting free shuttle bus didn’t work as didn’t get response from hotel so had to get an Uber. We did however only book the hotel the night before.

The room was very nice, the only improvement is that I had to ask for a second trash can with recycle in it and the shower curtain (plastic) was dingy and should have been replaced. The breakfast was fine, but fresh fruit other than banana or apple would be great (berries, cantaloupe, pineapple etc.).

The location of this hotel is great. Theres a few things to do around there and easy to get around. A few things were great and a few things were less than great. To start I had called ahead of time to figure out the shuttle situation, they told me not to worry and that they'd send someone for us as soon as we landed within 10-15 min. When we landed I called 7 times and no one answered at the hotel forcing us to have to get on an uber and go to the hotel. We were they ahead of checkin time but they were very accommodating and let us check in early which we were so grateful for. The room was decent but can tell it wasnt deep cleaned. By the time we went down for breakfast things were running out and the ladies who run the kitchen were very rude about them not brining out more food. This happened hrs before the ending time of their scheduled breakfast hours. The front desk staff is amazing, however the ladies who manage the food could use additional training on how to speak to customers who simply wanted to know if there was additional food coming. This happened on both days that I stayed with the hotel. Getting a shuttle to go to the airport was easy. Just wish it had been easy when we arrived. Overall the hotel was decent, however if I was in the area again, i'd book a room elsewhere.

No Charge For Parking Big Plus. Good Breakfast Them Biscuits & Gravy Was Soooo Good. The Yogurt Was Expired Tho. Rooms Clean And Nice. Good Location Will Come & Stay Again!!!

This hotel was amazing. The hotel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable! Even the towels were soft and fluffy. The breakfast was superb! Not just your generic powered eggs. The staff was super friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast was meh, but staffs was excellent. They only cleaned room every other day. Room was very spacious. Definitely would go back if ever come to Tampa.
