This apartment was fantastic for us as a family of four, with two pre-schoolers. The communication was very clear and prompt before arrival, giving us all the information we needed. The staff were very friendly. There was private secure free parking in the basement. The apartment was spacious, with fantastic views. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very quiet at night. There is excellent access to local amenities. The only downside was that some of the fixtures and fittings in the apartment suffering from wear and tear, and so felt a little tired. Really enjoyed our stay though.

Very responsive staff. They let us park with our luggage before check-in and after checkout. That gave us extra time to explore the city. Apartments are contemporary and well maintained. Have all necessary amenities (master bedroom with separate bathrooms; full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; living room with balcony & view) Receptionist offered free upgrade to bigger 3 bedrooms unit, so everyone in our family had own bed. This is a perfect place to travel or live with a family! We were very happy to find that place!

We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and forth to nicu at the hospital. Bed was also huge and very comfortable. Good amenities in the kitchen. Good quality shower with great pressure.

This was a really large, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Its a nice break from small B&Bs and hotel rooms.The laundry facilities worked well and we were able to leave our car there for a few hours past checkout so we could do a tour of the city. Nadine was very kind and helpful.

These apartments are in a modern block close to Queens University. The apartment was large, generous sized rooms and a small balcony looking over the city towards the hills. The kitchen was well equipped and was more than adequate for cooking a meal. There is a secure basement car park complete with EV chargers which suited us particularly well.

The reception staff were very friendly but I feel the apartment could have been cleaner as the floors and windows were dirty and the dining table had not been cleaned properly. There was no handsoap provided in the bathrooms so I had to buy some. Some of the furniture could do with being upgraded but on the plus side the kitchen was fully equipped and the bedding and towels were very clean. Location was convenient as we could walk into the city centre and plenty of shops nearby.

Stayed for US embassy appointment and very central for transport, food places and a tesco right below. Cleanliness in certain areas quite poor but free upgrade was ideal. Very warm and odd smell in the flat. Would ask for a apartment away from roadside as very noisey due to location. Ryans bar nearby for nice casual pub and drinks.

We LOVED this apartment! It was spacious with everything we could need. Perfectly clean and nice towels, kitchen, laundry, TV. The street its on is beautiful with so many restaurant choices and a grocery store right beside. Very friendly check in. We could have used an extra couple of blankets as it was a bit cold and the living room had a draft. Our only other complaint is that the bathrooms had a slight sewage smell.

although the accommodation is well placed and equipped. There was an overwhelming odour of Deep Fried Food and Curry throughout the whole property, which could not be escaped even if you kept windows open to ventilate the property. There was also a constant noise from the caretakers children who where constantly screaming, banging, running or riding bikes up and down the main corridor at all hours.

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, conveniently located next to a Tesco supermarket and a Michelin recommended restaurant. Also next to a bus top that gets you to Belfast city center in 10 mn. Safe but busy and noisy street if your room is on the street side, I wear earplug at night so it did not bother me.

So loved this place it absolutely made our Belfast stay so much nicer. We stayed in a huge apartment - it was awesome and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. There's a Tesco literally just downstairs. Everything in Belfast is within an easy 15-20 minute brisk walk. There are also plenty of great dining options all round if you don't feel like cooking in the apartment. Before booking we always read prior reviews and did want to comment on two things - yes our apartment faced the street and there was some road noise but with the windows closed you hardly hear it at all. And yes there was a very vague sewery smell in the bathrooms but it's not the hotel's fault - the hotel is spotlessly clean and this is some municipal issue. If you leave the bathroom doors closed and use the exhaust fan you can barely notice it. Given how nice this place is and what you get for your money we would not even hesitate a second to stay here again. Also a huge shoutout to the lovely lady who was at the front desk when we arrived way too early. She was so nice she immediately cleaned our apartment while we had breakfast next door so we could check in early. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant stay!

Cordia were unable to fulflill the obligation and booked me 2 rooms in a Holiday Inn. I took the option as I had 2 days notice but did not want a hotel and was not impressed with the Holiday Inn for many reasons.

I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and forth to nicu at the hospital. Very clean and spacious apartment, the only concern is that the check in says until 12 midnight, but when we arrived at 20:30ish , luckily there was someone to check us in, but that day, the front staff left early and there was a note, but I could imagine if my parents wanted to check in, they could not as they didn't have phone to call the number that was provided. The key card didn't work aroudn midnight and if the garage door wasn't open, we couldn't get it. Also we could not change the temperature in the living room area. Just pay attention that if you don't have phone, you may have hard time getting checked in during late hours.

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, conveniently located next to a Tesco supermarket and a Michelin recommended restaurant. Also next to a bus top that gets you to Belfast city center in 10 mn. Safe but busy and noisy street if your room is on the street side, I wear earplug at night so it did not bother me.

So loved this place it absolutely made our Belfast stay so much nicer. We stayed in a huge apartment - it was awesome and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. There's a Tesco literally just downstairs. Everything in Belfast is within an easy 15-20 minute brisk walk. There are also plenty of great dining options all round if you don't feel like cooking in the apartment. Before booking we always read prior reviews and did want to comment on two things - yes our apartment faced the street and there was some road noise but with the windows closed you hardly hear it at all. And yes there was a very vague sewery smell in the bathrooms but it's not the hotel's fault - the hotel is spotlessly clean and this is some municipal issue. If you leave the bathroom doors closed and use the exhaust fan you can barely notice it. Given how nice this place is and what you get for your money we would not even hesitate a second to stay here again. Also a huge shoutout to the lovely lady who was at the front desk when we arrived way too early. She was so nice she immediately cleaned our apartment while we had breakfast next door so we could check in early. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant stay!

These apartments are in a modern block close to Queens University. The apartment was large, generous sized rooms and a small balcony looking over the city towards the hills. The kitchen was well equipped and was more than adequate for cooking a meal. There is a secure basement car park complete with EV chargers which suited us particularly well.

We used cordia for five days and it was perfect for our stay, there is a tesco right next to the place, it was an easy walk to the main city and there was a lot of things within walking distance. I wouldn't mind recommending this place to other families small or large, the apartments were well fitted with all utilities
