Mercure Salisbury White Hart Hotel & Apartments

We had an apartment. The apartment block as a whole seemed freshly decorated, as was our room; which was also equipped to a high standard. The main hotel was well presented. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. Hotel is really well situated for the centre of Salisbury. Bit of confusion regarding the car park as there is a public car park on Brown Street, which is separate from the hotel car park. We were on the top floor, which had no proper wardrobe, probably due to the sloping ceiling, just a short hanging rail. The apartments on the lower floors more likely to have a wardrobe. We had specifically requested a high floor and it was certainly adequate for our 2 night stay.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.The staff at Reception and at the Bar and waiting on at Dinner were exceptional. Cheers and thanks from all of us at The El Adem Radio Service (TEARS)

Really nice hotel. Perfect position for exploring the city.

Receptionist on arrival was very friendly & helpful. The room was just what was needed, clean with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom had a large walk in shower. Hotel was very quiet at night & we slept well. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant so can’t comment. Excellent location & the car parking was very useful. A pleasant stay & would return.

Room was very clean bathroom good do with tlc but was with another couple and sounds like there room has had a makeover
