The hotel property it is nice, clean, service is great and professional. The rooms are good, not great but meets the 4 star level service. Pool is on the 7th Floor, and the chlorine smell is a bit strong. They have a full service bar by the pool. Gym is on the 11th Floor and there is NO elevator access. You need to walk up from the 7th FL (depends on how you see this it can be a good pre-workout or a burden). I tried the restaurant for breakfast buffet and for the price is good. Food tastes great and service was very good. Bathrooms are a bit on the small side and the toilets are similar to the ones in the mall (high pressure and loud) if you tend to wake up during the night, this will be one hell of a loud toilet. Towels are old. They really need to upgrade that. I really recommend those towels to be replace asap. Great location, walking distance to a lot of great places, comfortable and quiet, great service, great staff. For some things this hotel ranks as a 4 star hotel but other is ranking closer to a 3 star. Elevators are small but they work. To be fair out of a score of a possible 10, I believe it ranks a 8 out of 10. I will definitely stay here again. 30 minutes away from the Benito Juarez Airport, also close to many important places, museums, amazing restaurants and shopping districts. For the price this is a WIN.

The hotel is amazing. Staff is great. The pool area and hot tub are amazing. Just have to ask to turn on the jetstreem for the hot tub The amazing thing, it’s in the middle of everything. So if you don’t want to uber, you can walk everywhere.

Quedamos muy contentos. La habitación es pequeña, pero limpia y acogedora. El área de alberca es lo máximo. Solo estaba descompuesto uno de los dos elevadores, así que a veces había que esperar mucho pues solo había un elevador para todos los huéspedes. Pero fuera de eso, fue una excelente estadía. Property is near lots of attractions. Staff was excellent. Beware of jacuzzi jets if you book a suite. Our jets blew out cold water that smelled like sewer the first time we turned them on. It injected dark smelly water into our bath. We immediately exited and were disgusted to find dead skin and gunk had floated up to our nice bubble bath. Our AC leaked water at night so just beware of stepping in a puddle on the carpet the next morning. Aside from the repulsive jacuzzi incident, fun stay :)

The hotel is not new, but it ihas been remodeled and is very well maintained. The rooms are large and well equiped and the bed is comfortable (firm). The indoor pool area is very nice. There's a so-so gym with a nice sauna. The buffet breakfast is spectacular and lunch and dinner are very good too. The employees are super. The hotel is located right at the edge of a not so good area, so if you leave on foot, make sure you head in the direction of Paseo de la Reforma and you'll be alright.

El hotel no es malo. Cumple su función. Pero estuve en dos habitaciones diferentes y en ninguna funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el calor era bastante molesto a la hora de dormir. La habitación no tenía frigobar. El baño olía mucho a desagüe y el mal olor contaminaba la habitación. A la hora de limpiar la habitación solo arreglaban la cama y en los días que estuve nunca barrieron. Todas las mañanas temprano pasaba una ama de llave a tocar a la habitación para verificar ocupación cosa que es bastante molesto si estás de vacaciones y quieres dormir hasta tarde. Habiendo tantas opciones de hoteles en la ciudad la verdad no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We stayed in the presidential suite. Very nice space, a lot of room and very private. It was a little dated in it's decor, and it was missing some amenities which would be easy to update. For example, the TVs are smart TVs, but are blocked from connecting to the internet, so you can't even use your own hot spot for Netflix, YouTube, etc. Also, there is a full kitchen, but no plates, glasses, silverware, pans, etc. Room service didn't want to bring us champagne glasses unless we ordered champagne from them. Update the TVs, stock the kitchen, and ask the kitchen to be more accommodating, and I'll update to 5 stars on my next stay.

Its overall a good hotel: very friendly and helpful staff (very hard workers), great food, and clean. Cons:The area around the hotel does have a lot of SWs which isnt an issue but just wanted to mention for the people that might not like that. The shower and sink knobs are a little hard to close, my mother has arthritis and I had to help her whenever she used them but able-bodied people can use them fine, I think. Walls are also thin, I could clearly hear conversations that people were having. Despite that, I had a great time!!

A Taxi service from the hotel took us to the airport, however the driver charged us more than what the hotel quoted us. When I called to report the driver said he charged us more cuz he took us to other places besides the airport which is an absolute lie from the driver.

Where can I start? This hotel is simply amazing. The breakfast was more than exceptional, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I even had a stressful moment when I needed to get to the airport but most of the streets were closed due to a strike/protest and Uber kept canceling. A staff member, Mario, went above and beyond to help me secure a taxi and made sure I arrived on time for my flight. My entire experience at this hotel was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great night’s sleep in a hotel that’s close to everything, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. With a greater selection of breaky options and softer beds it’d be a solid 5/5. I’d read reviews on the location but we felt perfectly safe the entire time. Yes there’s prostitutes in the surrounds and homeless people sadly living on the streets, but they’re perfectly harmless. We loved the area and how accessible it was to transport, historic centre, Polanco etc. We will definitely return.

El hotel es lindo pero la comida no es tan rica, los tragos no son los mejores y tuve que pedir como 3 veces diferentes que limpiaran mi habitación, se escucha mucho ruido en el sexto piso por lo mismo de la piscina, sin mencionar que te sacan antes de tiempo a la hora estimada, es muy bonito el hotel y tiene una linda piscina pero por el precio no se vale realmente la pena :(
