Hampton Inn & Suites Bethlehem

Everything was fine except for the pool. The heater was broken, so a sign said the water might be cooler than normal; but when we decided to go anyway; the doors were locked and the pool was completely closed. Otherwise; it would have been a 5 star experience. The breakfast especially; was most excellent.

Very nice property and great staff. Poll was a little cooler than anticipated, but overall nice. Pantry was convenient and not too crazy priced. Breakfast was good and duning area great.

The property was like new. Very clean. The fire in the fireplace was also very nice. Nice breakfast. Staff very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The workout space was small, but efficient enough to get a good workout. The shower was a bit small and the lighting in the bathroom was not the greatest. For example, the light above the vanity and the sink was adequate, but there was not adequate for the shower. Overall, a good value for the price.

There was nothing unique about the property. What was bad was that the pool was not heated. They turned it on, but it was still cold. It would be very uncomfortable for senior citizens to swim in this.

When we checked in the room. It has awful smell, seems like the sewer has exploded in the bath tub. This makes me wonder if they even clean the room beforehand.

Entire stay was great. Everything was super clean, linens were fresh, sheets were soft. Breakfast options were beyond expectations and delicious, even through the end.

This property needs a lot of updates. Front desk when I checked in didn’t tell me what times for breakfast, WiFi password. The key didn’t work. The remote in the room didn’t work. And when I went to the front desk to tell them, he opened a drawer and picked one of them out and handed it to me almost like they get this all the time. The room was dirty and dusty. Beds are uncomfortable. Base boards coming off. Dirty wall. I took a bunch of pictures so I wouldn’t get charged for anything. Then the pool. Lots of things on the floor of the pool and I was a little hesitant to swim in it.The outside looks very nice but not the inside.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not great. The room had a musty smell and the floor felt damp. The bathroom floor was sticky. There was no conditioner in the shower.

Was a very pleasant stay. The room was sparkling clean and up to date. I used to stay at this location a decade ago when I worked in Bethlehem and it still is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at!

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The only thing I would have loved is that I should’ve book a longer stay. No complaints.

This is my second time staying in the area, and I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I’m very confused where the good reviews come from. We stayed on the first floor and walking the halls reeks of chlorine. Thankfully the room didn’t smell like it. However there were hairs and stains on the sheets. The room overall seems very small and outdated. My first stay in the area was at a holiday inn, I will stay there again if I’m ever back in the area.

The suite was absolutely spacious and exactly what we needed. It was extremely clean, the staff was so helpful and it was in the perfect location. Next time we are in the area we plan to stay here again. My only little complaint was that the pillows were a little lumpy and flat. The bed was nice and firm. We also didnt know they had complimentary breakfast which was also delicous and convenient! Best of all the value you pay for what you get was amazing!

The AC did not work, we were up all night attempting to cool the room. Smelly/musty throughout the entire hotel

The only problem We had was the air conditioner unit was so loud.

The suite room was unique. It was like living in a one bedroom apt. Very clean.

Overall it is a good stay. Only complaint I have is the couch is a bit dated and needs replaced

This place is a hidden gem, we could not get over the room we had. Big and quiet.

The motor and the heating unit was too loud I couldn't sleep so I turned the heat off and I froze

Check-in was a nightmare!!! Kept getting denied 4 cards!!! Called all banks and they didn’t have ANY CHARGES TO DENY!!! Then we had our daughter call and use her credit card with different name and was denied!!! NOT POSSIBLE!!! Clerk “Kenzie” was horrible and said we could bring cash but not willing to give us receipt! Finally talked to manager and he said they could print a receipt AFTER 3 HOURS WE FINALLY GOT A ROOM! AC SMELLED LIKE ON FIRE. Checked out next morning and went to comfort inn. We were emotionally and physically abused by hotel after sitting all day in hospital with a dying relative! We should be REFUNDED IN FULL BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PURSUING THAT!!! It had something to do with the reservation system or hotel because our credit cards work everywhere else!!! This was an absolute nightmare!!!

After a few hours of driving, i think the staff should have that in mind, i believe the majority of people travel a good distance to crash in a good hotel. And i don’t think 15 minutes early is not a difference to get your room, we were 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to get In the room in a very rude way. Is always a first time for everything. Other wise, was a very pleasant stay. The room was really good.

I had a unique situation where I had booked for three nights but had to leave one day early, Devin was great at check-in and Melanie was fantastic for the rest of my stay. They were patient and kind with me, making my stay there even more incredible. Very comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Weekend front desk was rude. Never in my life did I think I would be greeted by “No you’re not” for checking in earlier (paid for the night before).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Taji was most helpful and did an excellent job checking us in. He was very personable and professional. Definitely impressive. I will be back for sure!!

Unfortunately I won’t be staying here again - I have stayed at this location frequently as do my family and friends based on my recommendation, but had an unfortunate experience during my stay last week and will not recommend going forward. While reading in my room, there was a loud knock on the door - when I answered the door, a man stating he was security somewhat aggressively asked if I had been smoking in the room. I said I had not and did not smoke to begin with. He then asked again with the same tone and I again said no and asked where this was coming from. He said a call was received for someone smoking in my specific room number - I found this to be implausible as it was unlikely someone would be able to pinpoint a room and also because, in the 2 hours I had spent in the room, I heard zero foot traffic or anyone entering or exiting rooms in my hall. I pointed out there wasn’t even a smoke smell. He said they were required to follow up (which is understandable) but then asked me to confirm a third time that I wasn’t smoking in the room. His tone was unsettling and the multiple times asking was completely inappropriate given the lack of any smoke smell, appearance of smoke, etc. I also noted he did not knock on any other doors before or after which would have been expected if he believed someone may have been smoking in that hallway. I felt very uncomfortable the remainder of the evening. I travel a lot for work and vacations and have never had an experience like that.

This property was conveniently located near the interstate, which made it quick and easy to get to our destination. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place near ABE airport. Always a go-to when we pass through the area.

Quiet, out of the way

The hotel was in a very convenient location to anything a traveler would need, from shopping to restaurants to things to do. The hotel was very clean. The lobby was very inviting with the coffee and fireplace, and comfortable seating. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Breakfast needs more vegetarian options. No, I don’t mean vegan. Just something more than apples. Everything they served had meat in it. Everything but the waffles.

The hotel and room were kept very clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast foods are stocked and everything tasted great. All of the things I’m looking for in a good hotel. 10/10.
