I always use holiday inn in my every trip. Everything was good but swimming experience was not good people should not drink alcohol in the pool you should not allow anyone to drink alcohol in the swimming pool because it’s family hotel and it’s not necessary to drink alcohol in front of small kids. We don’t prefer that. It’s was very bad experience everything else was good. Thank you

The agent at reception (don't recall name, but not Nadia) was rude and not helpful, not only to us but also to an elderly couple in front of us. The "airport shuttle" was not a shuttle that ran every few minutes, but a Lyft car that had to be called. Because it was 5AM, we spent some time waiting for the Lyft ride. There were not decent options for late night dining. The beds were comfortable.

Nice large room with fridge and microwave. 2 queen beds with lots of pillows. Nice full breakfast and coffee throughout the day and nite. Friendly staff. Nice common area to sit or work. Will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was in need of serious updating. Tubs and sinks didn’t drain water very well. Room and bathroom were dirty however public spaces were clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. I come to Allentown twice a year and I probably won’t be staying here.

the bathroom sink would not drain. I called the front desk to report as I was leaving and would be gone most of the day. I was told they would send someone right up, so I left (notified them). I returned late at night, and the problem had not been addressed, nor was I told anything. Everything else was fine.

Stayed there many times. I haven’t been there in 10 years so I love the recent renovations. Only one problem my floor as you get off the elevator had a strong urine smell. There were air filters in the hallway so I don’t know what happened but it smelled.

Upon checkin, the staff was more concerned about discussing the upcoming schedule and dates not available to work. After waiting about 5 minutes finally another staff member came in to check us in. The lobby looked clean. Our room was on the third floor. There was a musk smell to it. The fridge was never turned on hence water from the small freezer from defrosting had dropped all in the inside of the fridge. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower head, leading us to believe the bathroom was not fully cleaned. Also, the tub and sink drained very slow, making your shower very quick as the tub started to fill up. This was our first time at this hotel, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Would definitely stay there again. Our biggest issue was that we had a handicapped room and the shower just leaked all over the floor. There was a leak in the shower head also that we did report. But the room is immaculate! Bed was super comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel just not a handicapped room

Conveniently located near ABE Airport and shopping centers; PJ Whelihan's Pub Restaurant next to hotel parking lot. The room and bathroom were very clean and stocked with liquid Dove hand soap and body lotion. Even the shower had complimentary bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash which was very nice. Locale quiet; plenty of parking and felt safe. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were professional, efficient, and helpful. Good wifi. The included breakfast buffet had tasty hot and cold choices. I would have preferred a firmer mattress but overall, the room was comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay. This hotel will be my first choice when returning to Allentown/Bethlehem.

I regularly stay at this hotel when in the Lehigh VAlley. It’s well kept, the staff is efficient and friendly. They serve a real breakfast. The rooms are large and comfortable with windows that can open.

Nice staff, good food, lots of parking, gym. Unlimited Coffee and tea always ready. Walls are very thin. Can hear everything from next room and hallways. Found a floss on the floor very close to the bed. Easy to miss. Found it when I had to pick up something from floor. Overall I was happy. Kitchen staff were super helpful. Very neat in the dining area. Well maintained.

We liked this property as their staff were nice, friendly and helpful. When we arrived our baggage didn’t arrive with us so we had no toiletries. We asked the hotel for some and they readily gave us what we needed. I’d recommend staying here.

The ladies at the check in mixed me up with another person. They gave me a wrong room and they charged me double amounts. When I told them that I have already paid through expedia, they found out that they were mistaken, and they gave me the right room and reverse the extra charges. Anyway, they even did not apologize about their mistake.

Property was excellent and the breakfast options were great ! Feedback for the front desk representative who really needs to take a lesson at having an engaged conversation.. She looked bored out of her mind and unhappy.. Too bored to even respond properly when questions were asked.. Other than that we loved our stay at this place

The front desk staff, Avi and Dakota were pleasant, professional and caring. Our room was very clean. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff made sure it was stocked and kept the area clean. We will visit this hotel again for sure!

I normally don't review but my experience at this property needed to be told. Woke up in the morning to a ton of large black ants in the bathroom. Makes one wonder where else the ants were as the carpeting etc is much harder to see. After killing them so my family could shower and get ready for the day we went to breakfast. Open the first tray of eggs and there was large long black hairs in the food. Other reviews said the food was good, the food was horrible. So at check out the person at the desk didn't offer a receipt so I had to ask for one. This is very abnormal practice as every customer should have the right to review any and all charges on the bill. When I told her about the ants her response was "we can spray", a lot of good that does for someone checking out. Also, the lack of empathy - no I'm sorry or anything. Then when I told her about the hair in the food her response was "Ok I'll let them know." Not a normal response. In my opinion I would advise anyone to avoid this property like the plague

What an incredible one night stay, we didn’t want to leave! Such a clean and spacious room, great TV, and everything worked! There was tea and coffee all day in the lobby area, and I think I even saw Swiss Miss hot cocoa packets! Great little shop with all the essentials, and it was very affordable! The breakfast was included and incredible, far exceeded our expectations! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked us in very quickly. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. They had a good variety for everyone in our family of 5 to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Allentown.
