This was the third time my wife and I, along with our oldest son and his family have stayed at Take a Mulligan. Each and every stay has been an absolute delight.The house is ideal for us, providing open, airy space where young and old can relax. Access to the pool is a winner, and everything we wanted to do in Branson was less than 15 minutes away.The kids have already started planning next year’s gathering, and Lord willing, we will stay for the 4th time at Take a Mulligan.Paul & Gwen are the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If there were 6 stars available, I’d give them 6 stars!

We had a fantastic time in Take A Mulligan! The location is between downtown Branson and Silver Dollar City…very convenient!! The house was immaculately clean and very spacious for our group of 8. House is located a short drive ( or walk) from clubhouse pool. Check in was easy and communication good with hosts. Here were the few small things that would make a huge difference for a stay: 1.Pillows were horrible in all bedrooms. 2. No bath mats for when you get out of shower. 3. No pool towels. 4. A couple of bathrooms had shampoo or body wash, some had none. A starter of shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bath would be wonderful for a house at this price point. 5. Makeup wipes or black wash cloths so you don’t have to get eye make on white towels. 6. Basic spices were missing ( no salt), we couldn’t find any Tupperware or containers to hold any leftover food or any kind of wrap to cover bowls. The single fry pan was so terrible we all struggled with cooking even an egg (with butter). Again, The house is great, these are very small inexpensive things we all agreed would have made the stay even better. FYI- pool is open limited hours and there is no hot tub, or it wasn’t heated. Couldn’t figure out. This isn’t the fault of the owners… just good to know if an important part of your trip is to use the pool or a hot tub. A great spot for a stay in beautiful Branson!!!

We can't say enough about how lovely this booking was. The hosts are incredibly communicative and the property is perfect for providing private bedroom/bathroom for each guest and a central common living room area. The back porch looks out over a wooded area. Nothing but birds chirping and nighttime insect calls to be heard. We'll definitely be back.

The villa was absolutely perfect in every way . Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, location was convenient, quiet , beds were comfortable, nicely decorated. The outside covered deck/porch is lovely ! We did not have anyone handicapped with us but if you need handicapped accessible this would be perfect. Will definitely rent again. Hosts were top quick to answer any questions!

We are a group that has been friends for 40+ years. We came to Branson to see The Rolling Stones at the new Thunder Ridge Nature Arena about 25 minutes away. This home was perfect for our group - 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. The deck area was wonderful - we really enjoyed handing out there. I would absolutely stay here again!!

This was our second stay here. It’s easy to get too, clean and very nice. There is a lift chair in the living room perfect for my mom, there is a lovely back deck with table and chairs that overlooks a small wooded area that is full of squirrels and turkey. It’s peaceful (even with construction nearby) close enough to everything but u feel like you’re farther away. The owners are great.

Take-a-Mulligan was absolutely wonderful. It’s a great place to stay for up to 8 people. There were 6 of us and we were completely blown away with house - clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and the perfect distance from the busy downtown. The owners kept in contact to be sure everything was fine, making sure there were no problems/concerns. I would give this a 10 star rating If I could.

I came with my sister, her husband and 94 year old mother (who is still in good shape). They are not big on traveling but I think we changed their mind! The house was a perfect place with all the amenities and was clean and close to everywhere we were going. I would HIGHLY recommend.

This house layout is GREAT. It accommodates our family of five perfectly. 4 bedrooms, each with own large bathroom. One bathroom is completely ADA compliant. Large kitchen, coffee bar area separate. We walked into the freezer not defrosting and water on the floor but we were able to talk directly to the owner. No plumber was sent out and we had to go to plan B, but it all worked out and we are hoping some sort of refund for the trouble and inconvenience we had. Hope I can post later that we were well taken care of. We've stayed here before and will again. Cleanliness...pretty good. Found some items in kitchen not the best but we don't cook while there. Location is great.

My group consisted of 11 family members and all agreed that The Mulligan is a "must return to" in 2026. The Mulligan accommodated 8 of the 11 siblings: -- 4 bedrooms all on the ground floor-- Kitchen large enough for multiple cooks to prepare meals, -- Each family had their own bathroom and -- the walk-in/roll-in showers were a great blessing. ADA compliant homes are hard to find in Branson.The remaining 2 couples rented a 2 Bed condo just about 1 mile away from the Mulligan home. So convenient.

The property is gorgeous and perfectly setup to handle privacy of multiple rooms and bathrooms. The floor is beautiful and I honestly wish every VRBO was setup this way. We loved it and Paul was wonderful with his communication. He went above and beyond. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We were kept apprised of every detail regarding our stay in your beautiful home! The single story for a group in their mid-60’s was super ideal. An en-suite bathroom for each of the four bedrooms was perfect. The golf course neighborhood was lots of fun. The only comment to you, Paul, is to purchase and new towels for Bedroom 3. The existing towels have holes, but I’m sure maid staff hasn’t notified you! Easy fix

My siblings and I decided to have a reunion. We chose Branson because of its location. We started looking in February and funny thing was my sister who lives in Florida and myself, from California, picked this place in Branson mostly because it was handicap accessible and looked amazing in the photos. My two brothers agreed. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door we were all very happy to be staying at a place where we could easily communicate and spend time together. The house has a warm welcoming feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We didn’t go to any restaurants and we were all very happy. They even had some games to play. We enjoyed the Trouble game. Whenever I reached out to the host, they were prompt in responding and explaining. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this house to anyone who enjoys getting together with their family or friends in a comfortable home away from home and saving money. It was actually cheaper than staying at a hotel and we made our own meals which saved us a lot of money. The house was clean and spacious. This was the perfect place for our family. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners and they were super responsive to any questions we had. This was my first VRBO experience and they have set the bar very high. Not all handicap homes are truly accessible but this one was. I highly recommend it!

The place looks just like the pictures. Very large kitchen, living room, dining room. Nicely decorated. We loved a lot of the signs with sayings on them. This house layout is GREAT. It accommodates our family of five perfectly. 4 bedrooms, each with own large bathroom. One bathroom is completely ADA compliant. Large kitchen, coffee bar area separate. We walked into the freezer not defrosting and water on the floor but we were able to talk directly to the owner. No plumber was sent out and we had to go to plan B, but it all worked out and we are hoping some sort of refund for the trouble and inconvenience we had. Hope I can post later that we were well taken care of. We've stayed here before and will again. Cleanliness...pretty good. Found some items in kitchen not the best but we don't cook while there. Location is great.

From check-in to check-out Paul & Gwen are super responsive and communicative. This was our second stay at Take-a-Mulligan. We came back because of the wonderful property and because we had such an excellent experience last year. The amenities are top tier, it is an excellent location, and we will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic time in Take A Mulligan! The location is between downtown Branson and Silver Dollar City…very convenient!! The house was immaculately clean and very spacious for our group of 8. House is located a short drive ( or walk) from clubhouse pool. Check in was easy and communication good with hosts. Here were the few small things that would make a huge difference for a stay: 1.Pillows were horrible in all bedrooms. 2. No bath mats for when you get out of shower. 3. No pool towels. 4. A couple of bathrooms had shampoo or body wash, some had none. A starter of shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bath would be wonderful for a house at this price point. 5. Makeup wipes or black wash cloths so you don’t have to get eye make on white towels. 6. Basic spices were missing ( no salt), we couldn’t find any Tupperware or containers to hold any leftover food or any kind of wrap to cover bowls. The single fry pan was so terrible we all struggled with cooking even an egg (with butter). Again, The house is great, these are very small inexpensive things we all agreed would have made the stay even better. FYI- pool is open limited hours and there is no hot tub, or it wasn’t heated. Couldn’t figure out. This isn’t the fault of the owners… just good to know if an important part of your trip is to use the pool or a hot tub. A great spot for a stay in beautiful Branson!!!

We took our annual trip to Branson and needed more space for the in-laws. This place gave us a lot more space than our normal cabins. This house had everything we needed and then some. Conveniently located to just about everything! We loved it and will be back if it’s available!

Beautiful place to stay! In a very quiet area.The view out the back is incredible. Kitchen was very nice with everything we needed to enjoy cooking in it.Really close to all the major shows! Stores & restaurants were less than 1 mile away.

I came with my sister, her husband and 94 year old mother (who is still in good shape). They are not big on traveling but I think we changed their mind! The house was a perfect place with all the amenities and was clean and close to everywhere we were going. I would HIGHLY recommend.

This was our second stay here. It’s easy to get too, clean and very nice. There is a lift chair in the living room perfect for my mom, there is a lovely back deck with table and chairs that overlooks a small wooded area that is full of squirrels and turkey. It’s peaceful (even with construction nearby) close enough to everything but u feel like you’re farther away. The owners are great.

My group consisted of 11 family members and all agreed that The Mulligan is a "must return to" in 2026. The Mulligan accommodated 8 of the 11 siblings: -- 4 bedrooms all on the ground floor-- Kitchen large enough for multiple cooks to prepare meals, -- Each family had their own bathroom and -- the walk-in/roll-in showers were a great blessing. ADA compliant homes are hard to find in Branson.The remaining 2 couples rented a 2 Bed condo just about 1 mile away from the Mulligan home. So convenient.

The villa was absolutely perfect in every way . Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, location was convenient, quiet , beds were comfortable, nicely decorated. The outside covered deck/porch is lovely ! We did not have anyone handicapped with us but if you need handicapped accessible this would be perfect. Will definitely rent again. Hosts were top quick to answer any questions!

My siblings and I decided to have a reunion. We chose Branson because of its location. We started looking in February and funny thing was my sister who lives in Florida and myself, from California, picked this place in Branson mostly because it was handicap accessible and looked amazing in the photos. My two brothers agreed. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door we were all very happy to be staying at a place where we could easily communicate and spend time together. The house has a warm welcoming feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We didn’t go to any restaurants and we were all very happy. They even had some games to play. We enjoyed the Trouble game. Whenever I reached out to the host, they were prompt in responding and explaining. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this house to anyone who enjoys getting together with their family or friends in a comfortable home away from home and saving money. It was actually cheaper than staying at a hotel and we made our own meals which saved us a lot of money. The house was clean and spacious. There was even a lift chair for my sister who is in a wheelchair.

The home was immaculate, and very accommodating to my disabled mother-in-law. It had plenty of space to host my family. (two teenage girls, age 15, two young adults, age 21 and 22, grandma who was 65, my daughter who is eight, and myself) It is located in an area that is close to everything we wanted to do. The host communicated with us every day to make sure everything was OK. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals there. It is located in a very quiet, safe area and very family oriented. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Branson in the future.
