The Parnell is an easy walk from the CBD. We were on the fifth floor and had views of the CBD, docks and beyond. there is lots of parking and a restaurant for meals if required. The room was very well presented and had space, AC and a view. bathroom was great with a really large walk-in shower with rainfall head. very modern. When we return to Auckland for a trip, I will certainly book in at The Parnell

The condition of the room was only OK, and probably needs a bit of investment as the decor is dated. Bed was comfortable, and water pressure in the shower was great. A bit of dirt and dust around the windows and blinds, so would benefit from a thorough clean. Good proximity to local ammenities along Parnell Rd.

We have now stayed at The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre.several times and will do so again in future. It is spotlessly clean, has a great location, and is superb value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most rooms have an excellent view of the central city.

We booked for studio room 6 months ago, didn't expect it the room was old, outdated and filthy with mould in the window area and dirt by the sill window. Raised it with the reservation manager, she refused to upgrade the room, instead the next day we are moved few doors in the same block which has been cleaned betterly. Won't stay in that hotel anymore. She won't refund us if we want to move the next day either.

Liked its location and proximity to facilities. Thought the Room was quite dark lacking natural light. Also the carpet was shedding fibre and there was animal hair mixed in there too. Unit was otherwise tidy and modern.

An amazing comfortable stay. We booked two two-bedroom units for a family stay - 3 adults in each unit. We had a balcony at each unit overlooking the harbour with lovely views over to Davenport. Very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Nice restaurant, ample parking spaces and convenient to shopping area. Definitely stay again.

Room was spacious, warm, clean and tidy. The room was dated. The place was great for somewhere to sleep for the night, but isn't somewhere we'd spend time relaxing in between activities. We could hear movement and water flowing in the room above us.

We had a 2 bedroom suite for pur family stay. Ideal for teenagers as plenty of space and kitchen. Although everything wAs very dated it was still very clean and everything worked as it should. Awesome views. 10 min walk to Parnell rise. Great location with uber on hand.

1 bedroom Suite was very spacious. Bed and couch were comfortable. Unfortunately our TV didn't have sky so we couldn't watch the All Blacks game. Our friends had the same type of room but on a higher level and they had it though.

This propery is a bit dated but very comfortable, quiet and with big rooms. Very good value for money. The reception staff are very friendly. The only thing I would change is the WIFI speed is slow - it was too slow to have work Teams meetings without the video and audio lagging.

Our room had 2 Queen beds on the 5th floor. We had a lovely view out over the port and harbour. Full kitchen, so great for longer stays. It's a bit dated, but for all the other benefits, it's a great place to stay.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. It’s really dated and not everything works. Beds were comfy but sitting on the couch was not. Needs an upgrade. Staff member on front desk was bordering on rude - totally disinterested.

We had a perfect stay at the Parnell Hotel. Check in was swift and trouble free. The room was lovely with the additional bonus of a small kitchen area. Large comfortable bed with with good linen. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely book this hotel in Auckland if I returned.

As a business traveler and regular customer I'm very surprised that this hotel is not cleaning your room/making up your room even if you ask for it. This now happened 5 times.... saving on cleaning hours is more important than providing a service for which you pay! Despite addressing this with management, they get this consistently wrong.

The hotel is situated close to the city. Restaurant meals were very good. My only complaint is that the room was not serviced each day. I had to ask each day for it to be done. They will only change towels every second day. No bed made unless they were servicing your room. This was not explained at check in. When on holiday at a hotel you should not have to make your own bed.

Family visit Auckland to go to Disney on Ice. Hotel is close to Spark Arena and on the bus route to the venue. Very handy. We booked 2 bedroom apartment which is great for our family. Went out for dinner after the show and bussed back up to Parnell and then walked to the Hotel.

We had a very comfortable night in what was a clean room, with a good bed, good shower pressure and happy with the amenities provided. The hotel is a little tired, but that certainly didn't affect our stay. We ate at the restaurant the next morning where the food was delicious, very well priced and the coffee excellent!

We love staying here it is so close to the city yet far enough away from all the chaos. Sadly we ate at the restaurant and it was well below average. We will not dine there again. The steak and veggies were awful . I ordered the chicken burger and it came with a few chips and was oily and so bland I would have to say one of the worst burgers I have ever been presented.
