Peaceful & Trendy Unit Near Attractions

Everything was as described. This is our second stay in Adam's properties. This unit was easy to access. It was a first floor unit, so you could hear neighbors upstairs, but it was not a problem. We would definitely stay again.

Apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. We had our adult children over for dinner, and the kitchen and living room were perfect for the 4 of us. The apartment was also spotless and smelled very clean.

The check in process was not smooth. The keys did not work and neither did the digital code. The owner was able to get us in with a spare key. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable as was the living room furniture. It was fine for a quick trip.

Overall great spot

Pros: relatively new and clean. Quiet and safe area, ample parking. I was able to stay an extra hour, even though the checkout info said I had to be out by 10 sharp. Reponse within a few hours from the mgmt company. Cons: small things (towel bars, toilet paper holders) broken, shower leaked. Paint peeling in some rooms. Washing machine stopped working halfway through stay with a "clean hose" error. I reported it to the management company, who asked me what happened when I disconnected and cleaned the water tube out to fix the error. I was not about to disconnect and clean a rental's water tube on a washing machine. Lockbox didn't open on arrival at 2am but thank goodness someone had left the front door unlocked so we could get to our unit. Wifi kept cutting out, management asked me to do things to remove the routers from their old internet company. I also declined to fix this for them.
