Pretty disappointed in the hotel. It needs work. The overall condition is poor. The Ice Bucket tray in my room was dirty. They lock the lobby in the evening and you can't talk to the front desk with out going outside. My room was missing the TV remote.

facilities are worn out and a facelift is needed. the staff was friendly. the rate was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area and the age of the hotel reflected that. if you are looking for a decent place to stay for a night, this will do, but don't expect top of the line facilities.

We got the king size bed with the jacuzzi tub. Jets in the tub didnt work. We were not told the pool was closed. Went to use it and the water was green. Had blood stains on the comforter. I talked to the lady who was working Saturday and she was on the phone with another customer. I waited and she told them to hang on a second. Asked me what i needed so i let her know the jets in the tub didnt work. All while this other guest was on the phone. Not impressed at all. And hoping once my payment clears it really clears for a discounted rate as i was told it would be.

We checked in to find the pool was closed down but had already paid through Expedia, so we stayed. Also, Expedia advertised the hotel had a hot tub, which it did not!

Cheapest place to stay for an overnight locally while we were without power at home. Pool was out of order which was disappointing. Hotel looks a bit dated but room was clean. Hot water was nonexistent, exposed wires hanging from ceiling from a previous smoke detector. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was available but I didn’t have any. Looked well presented if limited. Overall it served our needs but nothing special. Also a 100 dollar deposit was required. I’m not sure if that’s for everyone or just because we were local

Spent $160 on a jacuzzi room only for the jacuzzi jets to be broken. Just a large bathtub. Then, when I woke up at 4am to dry mouth, the vending machines were broken. Order DoorDash instead, and they won’t allow the delivery driver to enter the building. So the front desk calls the room when they arrive and wakes the whole room up. Go to try and get it from the front desk and the door to the lobby is locked. I have to go outside to get to the front desk, and then am locked out myself. I have been to many hotels. It doesn’t feel like customer service should be that difficult. I won’t be back.

The lobby is the most clean place in the whole hotel. We chose to stay there because they advertised a pool but when we arrived the pool wasn’t maintenance or up and running at all. When we got to our room it smelled and there was no toilet paper at all, I went to the desk and asked she chuckled and said I don’t have any I will look and see if I can find some she went and looked and found a quarter full roll in a room down the hall and gave me that and said sorry my manager had came in and gotten any. Also the outside door entrances don’t lock like they are supposed to there are sink holes in the hallway on the second floor and dirt all over the halls and stairwells. Definitely needs some renovations.

The employees are kind and helpful but this hotel needs a major revamping. No elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. The room look clean at first glance but the counter tops were not wiped down, they were sticky and had fingerprints on them. The bathroom was pretty filthy. It looked like someone had brought their clippers and gotten a haircut in there. The shower was actually dirty and had pubs in it. The fridge didn't seal so keeping things cold wasn't an option. I felt better about the room after wiping everything down with antibacterial wipes. The bed was clean and comfortable fortunately. The biggest disappointment is that the pool is closed. My 11 year old was hoping to swim but after inspecting it I probably wouldn't have let him anyways, it was nasty. If you really don't care about where you're staying and just need to crash for the night in a cheap hotel it's fine but two nights was too much for us.

Although I liked how close it was to Eldora which is why we came… the facility needs some major upgrades. Caulking in the bath tub, wall paper peeling off, left over ice cream in the fridge. Oh and I wanted a non smoking room that I reserved months ago but they didn’t have any available which is bull. The employees need to look at their bookings before giving out rooms that were already booked. So we had to stay in a smoking room. Definitely will not be staying here again.

It's a roach infested dump, staff or management were setting off smoke detectors and fire alarms every other day. The hallways always smelled of weed, poop or cigarettes.

Staff at front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly when my room flooded from the bathtub leaking, room also smelled like mildew, had mold in corners, and wood on doors and baseboards is rotting from water damage. Room i was moved to didnt seem to have been cleaned in a long time, from burn holes all over in a non-smoking room, to hair covering the bathroom, stained and dingy towels, it was not a great experience.

We did not stay at the Quality Inn last night because of bugs in the room. We found a dead bed bug and 2 live cockroaches in the restroom. The rooms are old and and dirty.

Toilet had pee and pubic hair on it. Bath floor had hair on it. Shower wouldn’t get hot. Main room floor had trash. Bed didn’t smell clean. Dusty counters. For $150 for a night it was an absolute joke. I’ve spent $75 at a Days Inn and never felt even remotely that grossed out. Talked to staff and they said they’d work on a refund, but I highly doubt they will. Because an unclean room is a sign of laziness.

There was trash on the ground all around the property. when we checked into our room at 8: ish the sheets were dirty and smelled bad . I went down to the front desk to ask for different sheets, that we put on ourselves. they were very dingy in color definitely need thrown away .

Bath tub had cockroaches in it

Smelly, not clean bathroom. Cockroachs seem in the bathroom at night me no pool or hot tub as advertised. Outside area was dirty.

our bathroom was was not clean the tub didnt look like it had been cleaned there was black mold around the tub and scum in the tub.. the sink had old toothpaste in it and what looked like spit on it. I went to use a towel to dry my hands and it had what looked like old toothpaste and dirt on it. ther were nail clippings on the floor by the bed and the bed didnt look like the had changed the sheets they were wrinkled and smelled of aftershave or perfume, we did complain and they did come and cleaned the tub but didnt vacum the floor or give us clean linens will never stay there again or give them a good review

- room smelled so smoky that our clothes smelled the next day after we left. - the sheets were stained and almost tattered. We went to Walmart to buy new ones to put over the existing sheets. - there was grime and hair and filth along the baseboards and stairs. - Stains on carpeting throughout the hotel. Messy lobby. Lobby felt dilapidated. The bathroom tub had too many brown stains on the bottom. Furniture was old and broken down.

My room was not cleaned for three consecutive days. They didn't even arranged the bed sheet for last 3-4 days (I stayed of a week). It was as is condition the way I left in morning every day. Even bathroom was not cleaned. Even bathing soap was not given for three days. I was super busy so I didn't get chance to complain at the reception. Overall bad experience.

Good rates. Rooms and building need updating/remodeled

Overall is was a great place to stay for two nights. One thing I disliked was that our room key stopped working three times I had to go get it programmed three times.

Just an average room. Clean sheets, pillows, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom fan always came on with the light. That's annoying when you only want the light for late night potty visit. The room refrigerator was not cold. The room microwave oven had only one dial to operate the appliance and was very difficult to turn on for use.

The shower in our room didn't have enough hot water for a shower.

The overnight front desk lady was nice. Our room door handle only opened when you lift up, ac never worked as it was 20⁰ cooler outside than in the room, humidity was through the roof in the room. Desk lamp switch broken. Entire place reeked of cigarette smoke and even in a non-smoking room, smoke was getting in. Fire alarms went off at 4:30 in the morning. We brought this to the attention to the front desk but she said there weren't any other rooms available. We packed up and slept the remainder of the night in our truck. I will require a refund.

First off, they messed up my reservation. I had reserved a specific room. The hotel would not give it to me. A representative from Hotels.com even called the front desk and told them what I had reserved and the hotel still would not give it to me. So, they ended up putting me in a room where the shower did not work and the door would not fully shut. On the second morning, I went back to the lobby to let them know that the shower did not work and that I could not get the door to my room to latch. They moved me to another room. The new room (still not what I had reserved) had a hole in the floor, about the size of a foot and around 4 inches deep, that had been carpeted over and once again, the door would not latch. The maintenance man came and looked at it. Then, he went with me back to the front desk and explained the situation. The nice lady at the front desk said that I had been through enough and gave me the room that I had initially reserved. When checking out on Sunday, I was informed that the general manager said that I could not get my security deposit back because of they sent me to the upgraded room. To sum this all up, I ended up paying $100 more to stay in the room I had initially booked to go along with 2 other rooms that were dilapidated. Quick side note, when I stayed in this same hotel last year, I was in a room where the plunger chain on the toilet was broken. Everytime I used the toilet, I had to reach in the back and pull the plunger with my hand.

This location refused to let my family of 5 stay at there hotel because we had a service animal. It was 1030 at night the desk clerk and manager both refused to let us stay without proof our animal was a service animal. The ADA does not require nor do they provide service animal documentation.

I see so many people saying bad things about this hotel however my experience was very good. They took care of everything I needed and very quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

It was disappointing that they required a $100 security deposit because I reserved the room online through Hotels.com..it took five days to get the deposit refunded to my account. I will not be staying there again due to this policy

Multiple issues with this stay. Was not told a 100 dollar cash deposit would be required. Room had literal black mold around the top corners of the jetted tub. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never got the deposit back nor did I receive a receipt for said deposit. Spoke to the owner regarding my concerns and was hung up on despite being extremely professional. Terrible customer service and I will never stay at another Quality Inn, I will sleep in my car first.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Took 30 minutes to check in and then was given the wrong room and then my keys didn’t work 3 times

Close to restaurants

My one-night stay was worth the price paid. I was on a budget. The place was clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. Location is quite convenient to the interstate. Furniture, building and finishes were worn out and poorly maintained (i.e., vinyl wall covering in the bathroom). Under similar circumstances, I would stay there again. The price was right.

The location was great! Close to everything you could need. The only major complaint I had was the bed was so uncomfortable, woke up sore.

did not spend much time in hotel other than sleep, so not much to report on. was convenient location to venue that we visited.

It was just off I-75, which made it convenient as we were on our way north. For a budget hotel, I thought the room and breakfast were a good value. My husband and I were pleased.

It was a very quiet hotel in a great area and we felt very safe. I will say, our room didn't look like it had been cleaned. The toliet had dust and hair on it and there was some trash in the trashcan. I would stay here again....but... we stayed the night before the eclipse and the $70 a night room changed to $200 for the night. $70- worth it, $200,- not even sorta worth it.

Lacks elevator and no hot items ready to eat for breakfast

No hot water to fill the tub.. unclean tub .breakfast was sad. I guess you get what ya pay for won’t be back to this location

We first tried tv and remote did not work. Than there was only two towels for us and then the jacuzzi did not work. Went down two times and no one at desk. Outside smoking. Room was dark and dingy. Not much for breakfast. We are use to having eggs and sausage at motels. Will not stay at Quality inn again. .

The bed was ok. The breakfast was minimal, but did have something to eat. Not thoroughly impressed, but you get what you pay for.

Room fairly clean, shower worked well. Toilet did not work and my husband had to continually try to fix it. Staff said there was no plumber available. There was air flow in room but not air conditioning. It was humid in the room and my clothes felt damp. Breakfast was ok. Will not stay again.

We were disappointed that there was no cable tv in the room, although they had it in the lobby (so couldn't watch our NCAA tournament game in our room). Also, they use styrofoam dishes for the breakfast -- terrible for the environment.
